Tyra has proudly proclaimed that she is the healthiest she's ever been -- and now we're meeting the lady responsible for helping our host -- Heather Bauer. It's all about getting fit, feeling happy and living healthy, not about being skinny. We've met Heather a couple times before, but this time she's here for a whole hour, helping us all get our shapes in shape. Tyra has become the healthiest she's ever been, now it's your turn!

Tyra's got all the facts on fertility.
The "Tyra Show" is investigating a problem that far too many couples suffer with -- infertility. Dr. Raj is on the couch with advice on the best ways to conceive. We'll also meet a couple whose failed attempts at parenthood have so far been heartbreaking. Tyra sends them to a fertility center and sets them up with a sturdy support system... a couple that's been through the same situation -- with successful results!
"Girl, go ahead and have the second cupcake. Who's counting?"
They may be your truest friend, but they might also be your BFFs -- your "Best Food Frenemies"! It's great to have supportive friends who love you just the way you are, but overindulgence isn't friendly at all. When you're trying to change your lifestyle in a healthy way, you need your support system to reel you back in when you might have gone too far.
If you have a friend who seems fatal to your fitness, join the Food Frenemies group in our community and tell us about them!
