It's a fakeness intervention when the family and friends of these guests try to get them to change their ways. One guest loves fake nails so much, she has to buy all open-toed shoes -- to accommodate her fake toenails! We'll meet a girl who wears several bras so she can fill them with layers and layers of padding. Will these lovely girls let their natural beauty shine through? Plus, find a few foods that can help enhance your inner and outer beauty.

dear tyra my name is natalie and i am 14 years old. i myself have a problem with wearing makeup. i absoulotly hate wearing makeup but i feel like i have no choice. see i have been dealing with acne for around a year now which have also caused acne scars. i cant feel comfortable without makeup whatsoever and it just makes me feel like im ugly without it. all i really wear is foundation or compact or whatever i can find to cover up my acne and acne scars . i have tried so many treatments for acne but nothing seems to work for me . i just want to be able to be comfortable in my own skin and just being able to get up in the morning and going straight to shcool without worring about putting makeup on.all im asking for is to see if you have any advice for me whatsoever that it would be useful to me.

Dearest Tyra, I loved this segment because you wern't asking your guess to do anything that you haven't already done. I loved the one guess that had the courage to take off her hair weave. Also I love the lady with the fake finger nails. She was absolutly adorabe. I can only imagine what it was like for you Tyra when you finaly showed your real hair. To me that takes a-lot of courage to do something like that. Specaily when you are known for your great beauty. I loved the young 16 yr. who was wearing all the makeup. She still looked pretty without it. Well Tyra please keep doing what you are doing.

i tyra i love your show i come from work run home so i can see the show you help a lot girl ireally need help tyra i been so un happy with dark spot on my face i been trying every cream and its not working can you give me some advice i sometimes ifeel depressed i dont want go no were because my self steam please tyra help me im from boston MASS iwill be happy for you to mail be back wish i can be at the show one day its my dream been in tyra show thank you i love you tyra

For the 34 B girl.... I am a 34 b myself. I think you are a pretty girl. A guy should like you for you. I know you've heard that a million times before. Well here a few tips on how to look bigger naturally. One you can pull your straps all the up so they look closer together. Two you can wear a padded bra. Also use tyras tip about the v neck. Hope this was helpful.

Let me start off by saying i adore your show i watch it everyday after school.I like how your real you dont get famous celebs on tv all the time its more about the regular joes like me..i think that is really cool.The homeless episode was really eye opening..i'm in a high school psychology class and were also learning about it and its hard to fathom the statistics.thanks for the wonderful shows keep it up!

ITS OK TO DO THAT STUFF JUST DONT GO TO THE EXTREME THATS WHEN IT BECOMES A PROBLEM JUST DO IT IN MODERATION AND DONT DO IT TO HIDE UR REAL NATURAL BEAUTY CUZ U DONT LIKE HOW U LOOK NATURALLY....THATS WHEN U NEED TO DO SUM SOUL SEARCHING AND FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY MAKING U GO TO THE EXTREME

Hi Tyra! I just wanted to thank you so much for being there for us teenage girls and telling us to let our inner beauty shine through. One of the things I'm most insecure about is my height. Its always been hard because unlike these girls, there wasn't anything I could ever really do about it. After watching your show and ANTM for so long, I've learned to accept the flaws that I was born with and learn to love every part of myself, good and bad. Thank you so much for being such a great role model.

hello Tyra ..you could not get me 2 take my fake nails off or stop wearind heels..A STORY TOO SHARE WITH YIU ...lol I WEAR fake nails which always got red,white and glitter gold on them...I SAY my heels because I LOVE 2 wear pumps even my boots 4 the snow which i shovel in is heels. BUT AFTER 8 YEARS I HAD TOO BUY SNEAKERS 4 THE BREAST CANCER WALK 2009 in honor of my mommy we walked with her as a family ..that took alot out of me ..but I did that because my father made me do it...lol I LOVE MY LONG RED FAKE NAILS
