This season is all about living right and feeling good.

Tyra has proudly proclaimed that she is the healthiest she's ever been -- and now we're meeting the lady responsible for helping our host -- Heather Bauer. It's all about getting fit, feeling happy and living healthy, not about being skinny. We've met Heather a couple times before, but this time she's here for a whole hour, helping us all get our shapes in shape. Tyra has become the healthiest she's ever been, now it's your turn!

Hi Tyra! Im 13 yrs old and have always been uncomfortable with my body. I lost 30 lbs last yr but then over the start of school gained it back and then some. This show taught me how to eat better and healthier but still feel comfortable in my own skin! Thanks so much Tyra! You have touched my life
 
Hayyy tyra!!!my names AGNESA &&I hope you read this!!You dont imagine how much i love watching your show!!!im a teenager that wants to be in shape soooooo bad but my close family & friendz keep saying i dont need to...but really the thing is i honestly dont feel comfortable with myselff!!ive tried everyyyyy single thing there is besides the pills!...ive tried excersizing,watching what i eat,not eating after six,not eating sweets,not drinkin soda,alll those things!!!since there not working its driving me crazyyyyyyyyy!!!!! i need your helpp!! pleaseee!!! give me some type of advicee!!!! thanxx
 
Tyra: Very proud to see you are looking so healthy and happy. I have lost 30lbs by watching what I eat and workingout. What sort of regime are you following and diet. I hear you say that you are in the best shape of your life, but how exactly? You have been such a great role model and the "so what"? You have shows based on different issues, but I think that now that you have lost weight that you can see that there is a healthier way of doing things. *PS- I liked Laura's personality better. Nicole was kind of dull but more risky. Good job just the same. Can't be easy.
 
hey hopw you read this i can see there are alot of people who want your help with weight loss so this will probably be a long shot but I AM READY TO BE BACK TO MY OLD WEIGHT OF 135 i am one of the thousands that cant afford or have time for a trainer and have a hard time pushing myself i am a mother of 2 and a wife i want to be more active before they get much older i have started tybo with billy blanks and i can see that it is has started to work but i need more help. my husband and i want to redo our wedding and i want to be able to get the dress i want and right now i am limited to only a few. well i have to get to work so hopefully you will consider helping me

Tyra, I have enjoyed and became admirer/inspired of your great topics about women feeling good about themselves or empowered ( having self-confidence) and finding out about our"True Beauty!" or "WHO WE ARE!.." It all good! WHEN YOU DO A SHOW ON WEIGHT OR "SO WHAT" THAT WHAT IT WAS ABOUT! IT WAS HOW TO GET HEALTHY AND FEELING GOOD! THE ONLY THING THAT SHOCKED ME AND SURPRISE ME WAS YOUR OUTBURST ON A PASS SHOW "SO WHAT" WHERE YOU WANTED SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT ABOUT A RUMOR ON YOU ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT IN PEOPLE MAGAZINE AND PHOTO OF WEARING A ONE-PIECE BATHING SUIT ON AND BEING CALLED "PORK CHOP" YOU SPOKE OUT TO RUMORS AND TOLD THEM "KISS MY F A** (KMFA)! YOU HAD THE LADYS ON THIS SHOW TO REPEAT AFTER YOU BY MAKING A BOLD MOVE ABOUT THEIR WEIGHT TO MAKE HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES AND GETTING IN SHAPE! YOU HAD THE AUDIENCE TO REPEAT "YOU CAN KISS MY F A**!" I WOULD TOTALLY DISAGREE WITH THAT PART OF THE COMMITMENT PLEDGE! IT JUST SEEMS SO INAPPROPRIATE FOR HOSTING OR LEADING A PLEDGE FOR AN AUDIENCE TO SAY! IT'S NOT RIGHT! Y is it that I cant find a link on ur website for ur daily diet (eating)and fitness routine??? I watched the episode but was unable 2 write everything and really didn't bother bcuz I assumed u would post it on ur website!!! Y is it not here?! Is the info only 4 ppl who catch the show?
 
tyra i really hope u read this , i love ur show nd everything but i am and think much more people are dissapointed because there is really no change 2 see this episode again and nobody even answers any of the comments! I really dont see why u say on ur show how u have all or more information about each show if u dont, not even the shape your shape with heather bauer on this page works its really messed up.....................sorry but i haded to say that because i see alot of peole asking for help without getting any response thats sad....................
 
Hi Tyra, I think you are doing an amazing job in reaching out to woman and youth. Your shows are informative and "real" topics that most don't want to talk about. (ignoring it doesn't make it go away). I am a 22 year old graduate student, i work full time, and unfortunately can not cook which forces me to eat out. I am about 20 pounds overweight and i want to loose the weight in healthy manner. PlEASE HELP!!!

Hello Tyra I am your biggest fan in the caribbean i am from Tobago I watch your show every night on C I have a huge ,huge weight problem i am 24yrs and weights 254pds.I am ashamed to look at my self in the mirror I do not watch photos of myself when I was slim. i am disgusted and angry about my weight and mad at myself most of the time some events I am ashamed to go and sometimes I am ashamed to let people see me. Hey Tyra. It's Mariah and i've been having problems with my weight. I never seem to have time to get rid of my weight. I love watching your shows but sometimes i'm to busy to keep with your health.
