HII HOW YOU DOING I LOVED YOUR SHOW. SO I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS TO ASK YOU IM VERY SKINNY BUT I WOULD LIKE TO BE FAT NOT FAT FAT BUT I DONT LIKE BEEN SKINNY AND I WOULD LIKE MY bottom to get big can you tell me what to do or what to eat so i can get big.....

YOU KNOW, I DON'T FEEL LIKE THERE SHOULD BE AN IDEAL SIZE. IT JUST MAKES PEOPLE SECOND GUESS THEIR BEAUTY. ONCE IT WAS IF YOUR SLIM YOUR IN, LEAVING CURVY WOMEN OUT. NOW IT'S KIND OF FLIPED. SO HOW ARE SLIM WOMEN SUPPOSE TO FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF? I SAY WALK TO THE BEAT OF YOUR OWN DRUM. IF YOU LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE TELL YOU IS "IN" YOU WILL NEVER BE HAPPY!

Love u Tyra. A couple of years ago I managed to gain 75 pounds and I felt so terrible but recently I've become comfortable with myself. I'm very curvy, I have an hourglass figure, thick thighs, larger bust and I still have my booty! I like the way I look when I face the mirror and more importantly my man still loves me just the way I am. I've come to relize that there's no quick fix for my weight problem and that's when I became happier because the stress had stopped. I cook healthy for myself now and indulge when I want! Slowly slowly I'll get to where I want to be :)

I have to say loud and proud I LOVE ME SOME ME!!!!I am 37 and I didnt always feel this way. I wanted so bad to be skinny again after having two children. That never happened with proper eating and exercise. I became that girl that held all my friend's purses when we went out. It seemed I was never happy. The weight just would'nt come off. Then I saw Mo'Nique and she instantly became my shero. Things she said about loving yourself and the way she put it; maid me begin to feel better about myself. Thanks to her opening my eye's. "I LOVE ME SOME ME" Every curve, roll, dipp and slit. I LOVE ME SOME ME

I've always felt that my being fat was ugly and still do to this day but i put on a great front infront of others. I applaud plus sized women for loving themselves and wish that I could really feel that way about myself. But lets face it society is never going to accept a full figured women as beautiful.

I'm in highschool, and it's definitley hard being one of the "bigger" girls around, even though I have lost a fair amount of the weight I used to carry, but I'd just like to say I LOVE MY BODY. I only realized this year just how nice my body actually is, because I LOVE my curves, my legs, and my butt! Your show was really inspiring, and made me feel even better about my self than I already do.

I love my curves. When hater tell me im "fat" i say well... you have a nose now your equaly insulted or no way this is why i dont fit into normal people clothes

Hi Tyra! you may wonder that I am the only filipino guy who dare to comment on this page. Actually, I am an avid fan of yours. Ever since I started to watch you on America's Next Top Model I dreamed that someday I could see you in person. I hope you've plan to visit the Philippines =) Anyway, I am a gay guy and suffering from societal discrimination because of my orientation. Actually, I didn't care what they think about me but sometimes gossips and dim witted opinions were so irritating. Most of the guys here in the Philippines especially on the same orientation as I am they always think having a slim to muscular body is superior. They always think that we having a chubby or full figured body is ugly. I wanted to loose some weight because of that but when I always think of your advices I just smiled and say "people have different standards of beauty". I think the best part of my body is was my legs and my eyes. I just feel that these legs (though it is not smooth) are more attractive than any other people's legs LOL i hope Tyra you visit the Philippines.. take care always and I do love you so much..

All throughout high school I got made of fun of because I was so skinny and for my enormous forehead. I actually love my body the way it is even though my friends all tell me I need to get "meat on my bones" and I am proud of my forehead even though people have called me names like "five head" and "bumper." Obviously people have insecurities with themselves and the way they cope with them is by picking out others' flaws. Thank you for this episode Tyra! You showed people that even though they may not be "perfect" they should still be proud of who they are. YOU ROCK!!!!

All my life I've been on the heavier side of the scale. However, I have never been intimidated by al those skinny gurls [no for realz]. I am a single succesful woman with a young son. I go to the clubs with my gurlfriends and notice that many guys dont even notice me, because of my weight. But that doesnt bother me at all. I always say: "a man that looks beyond the outside of a woman, is a smart man". Many don't understand what this means!!! The way I see it is, It doesnt matter if youre big. If you love yourself and feel comforatble with "YOU", what others think should matter! I love my curves because 20 yrs from now, I dont have to worry about what my body ids goin to get me, or what bills are going to be paid because of how I look. Theres nothing more sexy to me, than a succesful thick woman that doesnt need to ask ne thing from anyone!!! One Last thing, to all those woman who think big gurls are distgusting: "ladies. The reason you judge us, is because you dont love yourself. And the only way you can feel a BIT better is to try and put us down. THAT DOESNT WORK, FIX URSELF BEFORE TRYING TO FIX OTHERS.
