Tyra speaks with guests who are so desperate for plastic surgery that they are actually doing it to themselves -- and with severe consequences!

First, we meet a woman who injected 100% silicone lubricant into her fact after purchasing it off the Internet. She opens up to Tyra for the first time without wearing a disguise! Tyra also meets two young women who were so desperate for a curvaceous "JLo butt" that they almost died.

Then, the cast of Oxygen's new reality series "Addicted to Beauty" stops by, and Tyra provides her own DIY tips on handling the peskiest beauty & health problems. From getting rid of deodorant stains to cheap ways to exfoliate, Tyra's got the answers!

Society has a lot to do with how people see themselves. For decades we have seen on television,magazines and bill-boards what beauty should look like. All of this has created a world of shallow and insecure people. Women have it the worst. Instead of embracing ourselves and the attributes that make us different, we're thinking of what people say about how we look. If your happy and proud of what you look like then why be ashamed. You are the creations of your mother and father(made in their image)so what's the problem? you hate them that much, that your willing to change or even distort what they've created? Love yourself first and embrace the beauty as well as the flaws. If so much emphasis wasn't being put on your flaws from certain other insecure people or tv etc...then you would have never felt that way from the start. So if your short,tall, thin,chunky,overweight,cute,pretty,beautiful.......just love you. You are who you are, we all weren't meant to look alike etc...so just love you!

Well... Tyra, I think that it's crazy to do plastic surgery by yourself at home "leave it to the professional's!" I think ("natural beauty") is what makes us look beautiful not (" plastic surgery") There are so many side affects due to plastic surgery and people don't even care because they rather risk their lives to be beautiful, when all it does is ruin it because sometimes you may not get the great results due to plastice surgery! "Don't try to be a barbie!"

Hi Tryra i saw the show like many others did i think she has not had a bad reaction yet ! plastic surgery is to be left to the DR. not her and BEAUTY is in the eye of the beholder...lol

Hi Tyra.I watched your show about biracial people and what they think about their identity. The show made me think about your social experiment and it got me to wondering if your guest would change their opinions if they had an opportunity to view the National Geographic Channel's program on the history of race. The program show how all mankind was first based in Africa. It was discovered that as a result of climate change many groups of Africans were forced to migrate to different parts of the world thus causing their skin to change and on some their facial features {their eyelids} to adapt to new climates they were experiencing. This is a great program and I wish many more people would be able to watch. Please check out National Geographic Channel.com when you have a chance.. LOVE YOU SHOW.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

I have a complaint about Tyra's hair, I love the fact that you have gone natural and stopped putting all that weave in your hair, but please tell your hair dresser to do your hair better than he/she has been doing. Either your hair is in a ponytail or down with big frizzy curls that make you look a lot older. Please tell your hair dresser to find you new hair styles, because your weave looked a lot better.

Hi tyra, I dont really know why somebody would do something like that to them selves.Am 16 almost 17 and i way 129 and everybody telling me i need to lose wight or that i have a big nose.Every one is perfect in there own little ways and you should just be happy how you are.xoxo love you tyra
