It's time for a little transformation inspiration!

Tyra spends the episode chatting with some folks who've beaten the odds -- both big and small -- to transform their lives. First, a 17-year-old boy shares the story of how he petitioned to find his foster parents when faced with the possibility of being forced to live in group home. Then, Tyra helps Nivea pick a winner for their "My Skinny Jeans" challenge, but first we meet the brave babes who participated in it. Finally, Tyra reveals an "ANTM" secret regarding this past season's transformation pictures.

Hi Tyra I really dont know how to say this but i just turned twenty two and its monday and i am watching your show about the teen girls and sex act. Im cring now and don't know how to say it. hi tyra i really need your help i gained alot of weight while i was pregnant with my 2nd child. now i can seem to lose weight i eat right i exersize. i just cant lose the weight my goal is 135. i weigh 150. i really want to get rid of mystretch marks before i had my 2 kids every summer i would go to the beach and wear a bikini now i dont even feel comfertable being naked infront of my husband unless the light is off please help oh yeah i also have dimples on my thighs and on my butt.

Hi Tyra! Im writing you to let you know how much of an inspiration you are to me and many other girls like me. When I say girls like me I mean girls who have always struggled with there self image. Who always felt like they were not as beautiful or as talented as other girls. I love you Tyra because I feel like you have came from the same struggles I have living in a single mother home. You know all the difficulties of that comes with living in a single parent home and have over come them and that inspires me. I have dreamed my whole life of becoming a model and even though so many people in my life have told me that it will never happen for me with a numerous amount of reasons why I will still strive to achieve my goals because I am slowly learning that my self worth is not determined by others opinions and if I keep lookin for others approval I will never be happy with myself. Strong women like you and Oprah have helped pave the way for girls at the bottom to make it to the top and with hard work I believe I can. So keep looking for me because one day I will be every where and I want you to know that you helped me realize my goals and helped give me the strength to go after them.

Tyra! I am 17 years old and i have stretch marks on my thighs , knees , and on my butt and scars on my legs, And i weigh about 130 pounds, the heaviest i have ever been. It's really frustrating becuase I know I am beautiful but I always cover myself and I would love to just wear shorts and skirts and dresses and feel comfortable. Please Help Me! Thanks! Jess

Hi tyra my name is cristal im 20 years old i have 4 kids and i have been married for 4 years but i have been with y husband for 6.i love my husband and kids but i have gain so much weight im scared that im going to make my husbad want some thing better then me and that isnt so big i want to be beautiful for him and my kids and i dont want them to be ashamed of me or to not want to be seen with me becouse of the my size please help me and show me how to be beautiful with the size i am or how to lose this weight.i have no women rolemodel just u and i love the way u care for everybody and how how u make them feel better about themself and i just love the way u care soo much.help me please im sick of being depressed and crying all the time some times i hate myself.my kids and husband need me and i need u please please tyra im asking with all my my strength.

Hello Tyra Im Grace and Im 14, I know that this has nothing to do with loosing weight but I really need your help and this is the only way I can ask you. I have a problem with stretch marks. I have them all on my calves and there making me really feel uncomfortable about myself. I wont wear specific cloths that shows of the legs...never. I see girls in my high school wearing shorts and skirts and dresses and sometimes it really makes me want to cry. I wont ever go to the pool because of them. School starts on Tuesday and Im going to be wearing shorts in P.E Im really horrified, I don't know what to do.I wanted to know is there any way I can get rid of them. Do you have any advice or anything you know I can use to get rid of them, or hide them please Tyra can you help me Please. -Grace
