NEXT: How to Say No Once You've Already Said Yes

This is so sad. To me, she's just as bad as a prostitute. It doesn't matter if it is legal or the fact that she's using it for her education and not something stupid like drugs or alcohol. She's a prostitute in my eyes and basically the whole studio audience based on the reaction that they are having.

Oh my God no! Save that for marriage. If she wants money for college, get a real job! It might take a while to save, but you'll feel so much better knowing that she payed for her education with the money from her job instead of selling herself and bringing shame to her whole family. And yes, they probably know who she is. It's really gross that she'll sell herself to a guy old enough to be her grandfather! It's so disgusting!

All i have to say that she should of been thinking about herself first going on tv and expect nobody to judge her for auctioning her virginity that is so crazy when there are girls out there getting raped, beaten, and for her to say it's just sex!! it's people out there like her that is just trying to make a buck from some old perv!! What has america come to when everything is about sex from little girls having sex at SCHOOL to goverment officials having sex scandals and how do we expect for anybody to any better educated or not???

I think that Natalie is beautiful and seems to be a very intellegent young lady. It's her life and she seems to be well-informed and on top of everything, so if she wants to sell her virginity to make money and to develop a thesis for her Masters, then it's her choice and I support it.

if she wantz to she can. but my advice is no just becuzz it could make you feel really bad about yourself afterwards

It's her choice what she does with her body. However, she shouldn't try to sell it as being about empowerment. When a woman decides that she is a commodity --an object-- for sale to the highest bidder, that is not empowerment. It is prostitution and it is dehumanizing, degrading and brutal.

It is Natalie's choice whether she gives up her virginity or not. But, she should understand the risks of pregnancy and STD's. Asides from that, it seems no one here understands the physical, emotional, and other benefits to having sex. Sex is an EXCELLENT stress reliever (most of the time), it increases and helps circulation, makes for a good work0out depending on what she does, it can strengthen bonds, it boosts self-esteem, and many other things. If Natalie is doing it for research, then that's even better. Everyone sees something like this in a very negative way, but you need to understand more about it and view it more professionally and less personally. Some people are putting their religions into their views, and I'm not saying your religions are wrong, but if she is not religious or spiritual (big difference) then you should not impose yours on her. This decision is entirely up to her, and there is no right or wrong decision to make here, but she should understand everything that involves and is going on with this situation. Typically, expectantly, and inevitably, she is going to lose her virginity anyways so why not now. You probably are thinking that virginity is a special thing, but thinking that is unprofessional and includes your spirituality in your opinion. Technically, a woman's virginity is a membrane inside of her and nothing more, if she believes that it's special; then she might reconsider, but probably not.

I see nothing wrong with it.She is doing it to better herself, and for study. She isnt doing just to do it like that nasty blonde headed girl Brooke. She has reasons. Its her body her choice.

Well it seems like more and more, People are'nt spiritual in any sense anymore That is sad. Hopefully people will wake up one day. Natalie is only in her 20's. She has alot of experiences in life to encounter. Just remember God has many ways for you to learn his way. Things will show up in your life. You'll either see it, or be blinded in your misery. That choice is up to you.I'm not going to judge, I will just give silent prayer. Good Luck

I feel that Natalie should give it some more time because her first time should be very special. Not with the highest bitter. Because she should know that her body needs to get used to having a foreign object penetrate her flower.

Natalie mentioned how she is doing this for a case study. When Lee appeared on stage she also mentioned that it's not just about the money and the highest bidder but also about the chemistry she feels with one. If she were truly doing this for a case study, the chemistry would not play a roll in her decision. If she is trying to sell her virginity and only her virginity, she would do just that. The highest bidder would win their prize and they would choose to unwrap their present any way the deem appropraite. She may be choosing to sell her virginity, but once they fork up the cash, technically it is theirs. This is nothing more than a high class hooker or prostitute. She is selling her body, and selling something that is absolutely priceless. Religious, Spiritual or nothing at all, one cannot deny that losing one's virginity is a big deal. It is something that can never be replaced and never be given back. It's a priceless gift. Moral of the story, it's her choice, so she can go ahead with it if she would like and continue her "case study" but in all reality, she is nothing more than a high paid prostitute.

I think this is soooooo sad!!.. Its still selling your body no matter if its for a study or whatever. Sex is meant to be between two people that are in love on a very different level. Sex is when two people become one, body and soul! Why not wait til she finds the "one" not bid her vagina to some creepy old guy or a guy she doesn't know!! haha I mean can you really tell how a guy acts or feels or if they're a good guy by writting each other back and forth..Absolutely NO, You find in this world alot of guys have sex to have sex (no emotions), not because they feel a deep connection. I know when I was younger guys would use me over and over, I felt like trash, thrown away, then they would never call again! Hate to see that happen to her.Whatever if she want to throw her virginity away to some guy she really doesn't know, so be it! Just know that you gave that gift to someone else other then the one you LOVE. Doubt she'll feel the same after she does have sex for money.. Its all about the money, i mean i know alot of virgins and i doubt getting paid for someone taking their virginity is on there mind.. hmmm. I bet I can please a man wayyy better then they can. Sex is emotional, not something you can study because its different from person to person. They just want camera time.. WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMMING TO!!!! Even if your not give your body to the highest bidder its still prostitution sweetie. pros·ti·tu·tion:noun 1 : the act or practice of engaging in promiscuous sexual relations especially for money.. haha.. Does someone wanna bid on having
