I think this society is so screwed up. Why pretend to be something you are not???!!!! If God wanted you a certain way He would have made you that way...and God does not make gay people. People choose that lifestyle for one or more reasons. It is like a male prostitute...in essence...think about it...a woman might sell herself for money and this is the same thing. I know I would not and could not tolerate this behavior from my husband, boyfriend, SO, or whatever. This is just wrong in my eyes. Sometimes I wonder if TV shows don't just make stuff up for the ratings. If not, then these men need serious councilling. If they need money bad enough they can work 2 normal jobs. I gotta tell ya the end of time is near...you gotta get ready and being gay or even pretending to be is not getting ready.

It was sad to see the "slippery road to destruction" that these guys don't even know they're on. The things they're participating in will erode their dignity, and tear them down psychologically, emotionally and spiritually til their lives are ruined. Just like a frog who would jump out of boiling water, but if you put him in warm water and turn the heat up slowly, he'll stay and be boiled to death.

As a gay man, I was personally offended by the magazine editor that put these guys down. So what if straight guys work in a gay bar? If a gay man worked in a "straight" establishment, it wouldn't be wrong; because if a straight man had the same opinion about a gay man working there, that would be homophobic or discrimination. I hate when certain gays give the entire community a bad name. Discrimination can go both ways - even gay men discriminating against the straight community. That man made me SICK and I am ashamed for him.

With Tyra's comment comparing straight men being bar tenders in gay clubs to Elizabeth Taylor a white woman playing the role of Cleopatra is ridiculous. First, according European scholars Cleoptara was not black! Second, bartenders are not supposed to sleep with their customers as it breaks the rule of keeping business separate from personal. The whole point of gay bars is to associate with the other customers not the employees. So who cares if the bartenders are gay or straight? If only gay bartenders were hired it would also break equal opportunity in the work place.

personally, i think that if it gets you the money that you want, be as gay as they want you to be. If you and your loved ones know that you're straight, then no one else's opinions should matter. Fin. I think that if you decide to do it, mind as well do it well. && I agree. There are tons of women having sex with women in porn but because it's not as bad as "gay men", people don't care as much. That's wrong. It's the same thing... I think it's great that you made this show.

To Sean Goggles (cant remember your whole name): Who are you to say that straight men dont belong i a gay bar, are you saying that straight men cant associate with people of a different sexual orientation? because isnt that the problem with society and acceptance between people with a difference? People who contradict their beliefs need to sit and think, "Hey, am i the problem; or can i be the solution?"

I was a little irratated by the " Gay for Pay " episode ! Tyra and the audience were acting all superior and negative to the guests ! If it was " normal " porn actors there would not have been the same reaction ! But everyone is still hung up on the word , GAY ! Women have sex with each other ALL THE TIME in straight porn , and No One questions them on thier sexuality on TV ! Porn , is porn , is porn !It ALL has it's negative aspects ! And as far as to the men ( or women ! ) getting aroused by thier co-actor ; picture this ! You have watched porn , taken a drug and are now in a sexual mind state ! Someone is touching you in a sensual/sexual nature , on your privates ! Of course you are going to get aroused ! It's involentary , it's the nature of our bodies ! It's sad to see how close-minded , scared , and un-educated Tyra and her audience is ! And as for the mother who said by age 40 her son won't be good-looking enough to do porn , check out Colton Ford ! He STARTED his porn career at 40 ! And he is in a Hell of a lot better shape than her son is !!! He made his millions and has moved on , and is even better looking today !!! As for the brother in the audience who could'nt be " strange for change " , no one would want you to ! You're too ugly And Tyra , Cleopatra was GREEK , not black !Not Egyptian , go back to school before you make comments like that !

So I've seen this episode before and don't really know what to think. I mean, I understand that people would think these men are gay, but i don't think i fully do. I know people who will have sex, but it does absolutely nothing for them. I have a friend who is a stripper, she has to be naked after three songs or she's fired-- this doesn't bother her..it's her job. I think that if people have a problem with the men on this show- thats for them to decide and make sure they don't know any. As for the women who are in relationships with the men: if you have issues with the man, you need to figure them out. No one can but you. To the men:you have every right to do what you're doing whether you're gay, straight, or in between. Don't let anyone change who you are, but beware of the feelings of those you love.

I don't REALLY think that straight guys, who do gay porn, are FULLY straight. If a guy is truly straight, then he wont even get near another guy! Thus, I do believe that they are mostly doing it for the money, but I also think that there is Bi-curiosity, or maybe undercover gay! As a gay guy, i do believe that it is a big turn on, and a big Hit in the Porno world, seeing straight guys go gay. And me myself, I would consider myself being a fan of that too :D
