NEXT: Backstage Secret: I'm Gay for Pay

if my man wanted to do something like that i would be with him 100%. if u love them support them

I just watched the episode "Gay for Pay" and as a bi-sexual man myself have to tell these guys to come out of the closet already! There is no way a "straight" guy is going to bottom(take the present, in Tyra's parlance) for another guy and say he's thinking of his gay fans getting aroused or his g/f to get him aroused. I have a problem with these supposedly straight guys desiring to have sex for any amount of money with another male. A hetero-sexual guy just doesn't even consider that an option! Bartending and straight at a gay bar is not a big deal, it does not require physical contact like sex and I truly believe it's just about the money but the sex...c'mon guys..get real, at least your admit that your bi-

Man & man=GAY! U HAVE 2 be attractive 2 a man in order 2 have intercourse even if paid... & if not totally gay, u @ least have 2 b a bisexual!

I am a Senior in high school, openly gay, and very seriously considering going into gay porn. My boyfriend fully supports me, and does find it very attractive. Of course I have the worries about if it would ruin my relationship or views on sex, but thus far getting a degree in Nursing isn't getting any cheaper! After watching the show, it in a way, got me really excited and pumped! This would be a great opportunity to not only make a lot of money, but also meet new friends and such. Call be crazy, but I think that this would be a reasonable way to pay for college, considering I'm from a very conservative and affluent family... and seeing as they refuse to pay for my schooling, gay porn would help. Seeing as I am gay, I would really enjoy it too, no acting! :) Comments anyone?

Some of the commenters here need to get a grip on reality. At the end of the day, porn isn't about heterosexual, bisexual, homosexual, it's all about the money. It's just free market enterprise, they trade a service for a good and each goes on their way. Tyra Banks had Sasha Grey on her show awhile back and while Tyra was busy arguing that poor Sasha was clearly being "exploited", Sasha makes upwards of $150,000 a year. The guy who said he makes the same amount of money having sex with one man as he would with 20 women is making a perfectly rational argument. If you could make the same amount of money, doing approximately the same work with less time and effort, how is it irrational to do the one that takes less of your time for the same money? Don't get hung up on "well he had sex with a man so he must be gay." People can compartmentalize before, during and after a sex act. Hell, people do it for free with drunken hookups and one-night stands. Detaching emotion from sex is far from impossible. And if getting an erection is a problem, we live in the age of the 36-hour erection (thank you Cialis) so getting the equipment to function is no longer a problem unless you have a weak heart. Accusing these guys of being gay is almost as ridiculous as saying Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal were secretly gay for appearing in Brokeback Mountain.

Anyone who knows anything about identity theory knows that being gay has nothing to do with actions, it has to do with a whole range of attributes and attractions. Bottom line/the Cliffs Notes version: A man who is sexually attracted to another man = gay Having sex with a man does not make a man gay

This show was soo crazy!I personally have to side with the guests that came on the show and talked about what they do.They are NOT gay and even if they were WHO CARES!!!They are doing it for the money not for there own personal satisfaction.I think it is amazing that they are willing to even come on the show and speak about it and be honest.it is easier to have intercourse with 1 man rather than having intercourse with several women just to make the same amount of money.you cant make that kind of money at a real job. Also there girlfriends most likely dont want there man to have intercourse with another woman it's different if they are with another man.I just thnk that all of you should just give them a FREAKIN BREAK!

What about straight women that kiss each other and have threesomes? or the large amount of straight women who do lesbiam porn? Some people love money and the attention certain actions bring them..good or bad attention is attention..

I feel that a straight man who does gay porn, sorry honestly your gay.  Aint no where in this life time a straight man will be with men,  A MAN WITH A MAN IS GAY, A WOMEN WITH A WOMEN IS GAY. I was told that these men a called tricksters. YOU FIGURE IT OUT. At the end of the day whatever floots your boat but it stills makes u GAY!

People like to oversimplify an overly complicated issue like human sexuality; straight, gay, and (maybe) bi, and that's all there is to it. Then you confront a situation like this, and you have to make it work with your working definition: 1)he's really gay or 2)he's bi. Or you can wake-up and realize that sexuality isn't so simple after all. Unfortunately, getting into all that it entails would take much longer time than I'm willing (or possibly capable) of/to invest... basically, relevant to this topic, stop trying to equate the mental aspects of sexuality with the action of sex. What's true on the inside isn't always what's manifest on the outside; e.g. "gay" guy who acts like he's "straight" (exclusively dates (and engages in sexual activity with) women, and even marries and has children); would you classify him as "straight"? He only has sex with women, so why wouldn't you when sleeping with a guy must mean he's "gay"? Also, we like to think that we are using the "correct" interpretation for concepts, but the truth is they are culture bound. What's considered "gay" here doesn't mean that's how it's considered as such somewhere else. What does this have to do with this? It shows that "straight", "gay", etc. are meaningless, and we must actually agree upon what each entails. Actually, in current Western culture, I've noticed that we're kinda between two perspectives on sexuality: 1) more "traditional": sex as a symbol for "love" means love someone then have sex; 2) pragmatic hedonist: I want feel good; have sex = give pleasure; pleasure feel good; therefore I want have sex: on the extreme, attraction isn't a factor at all, but for most people it probably still is; however when you get to this whole situation, you not only have to

guess i just feel the gay community is often exploited and your show made it worst . those guys did not represent or explain anything right cause they are "not gay".NOT ONE TIME WERE THEY CALLIN THEMSELVES GAY FOR DOIN WAT THEY DO U LET THEM SAY "GAY PEOPLE" AS IF THEY WERE NOT GAY.hello gay is gay i have tried to date women and because i have been gay im gay. how dare u tyra i thought so much more of your show. i thought at least one of them would be a different point of view. yall made gay men seem so nasty and triffling. because its gay men that pay me and im straight. please. gay men are gay straight men are straight...please real straight guys are straight...they are the one that make $$$ and do not know the measures to properly protect from stds.HELLO.dont get me started. im outraged right now...

I just want to state that I am in completely support gay advocacy. But I really believe that alot of gay people are using the gay card like some use the race or gender card. There has been this big double standard all of a sudden. Where it is ok for gays or lesbians to do things, and once a straight person does the same same thing but on the other end of the spectrum it's big issue. It just really pisses me off

it figures u would have this show topic. i was just curious becuase the guys u picked were from a certain demographic and i feel really hurt. myself as well alot of people i know are black men and it is really crazy not one was one your show. im not surpised because who really cares...black men are exploited and its a shame no one is ever goin to know till its too late. i love u tyra but those so called sex workers are lame. all i goin to say is it gets worst. i have no problem sharing wat i know wtih u.

I just want to speak on he fact that gays dont want straight guys working in gay bars. I think it hypocritical. It just like straights saying they don't want gays working at straight bars. Discrimination is discrimination. For example a lesbian can work at a straight bar and flirt with straight men for tips, so why can't a straight men work in a gay bar andflirt with gay men for tips.

I think it's odd that these guys do what they do, but who am I to judge. I did catch that the actual gay guy on the show (sorry I forgot his name), mentioned that he would rather the bartenders go to a straight bar and he disagreed with what they are doing... What about all the gay men that are strippers for WOMEN. Is he saying that they shouldn't be at a women's club and go a gay man's club just because they are gay. wouldn't that be considered a "straight for a hourly rate" kind of thing. But I guess it's, as usual, double standards.
