if my boyfriends was going gay for pay i would dump them! because gay is gay and i dont want 2 be goin out with a gay dude even if it was for pay which i think is really unclassy!!!
Cheating is cheating whether it be with a man or women. Don't have sex with someone and then come home and try to get it from me too. I have nothing against the gay community, but I think you have to pick--gay or straight. There is no middleman in my book! See ya later boyfriend.
There is no such thing as gay for pay either your gay or not. You can be straight, gay, or bi. Some people do experimenting at some time in their lives but this whole gay just for the porn industry thing whatever You ARE GAY! Accept it
I am a gay man and personally, I don't care if str8's want to work in the gay bar or dance in the gay bar or do gay porn even. We all have the choice to go to that person and tip or order drinks or buy the video. I think the gay gay community is general is very open to all. Key west once had a campaign that was WE ARE ALL ONE HUMAN FAMILY. Enough said
I want the link to this guys webs site
Hi, I'm Brittany, I'm sixteen and I live in Canada. I honestly think if my boyfriend was "gay for pay" I would have to say good-bye. I'm not trying to diss the gay community in and way. Everyone has their sexual prefrences and they're intitled to that. I just wouldn't be able to handle the fact that my boyfriend was sleeping with someone else. Let alone a man. I'm Bisexual, but i would never cheat. and even though he's would be getting paid do "preform" I personally, would consider it cheating. Thanks Tyra, Loved the show today. xoxo
AND ANOTHER THING I THINK I WOULD DO IT FOR THE MONEY TOO ITS HARD OUT THERE IN THE WORLD TODAY WITH OUR ECONOMY FASTLY DECLINING DAILY LOL ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY THESE DAYS AND DO WHAT YOU CAN TO MAKE IT....WELL LEGALLY LOL
i praise the guys on your show its their life to decide whether or not they want to do this and i think alot of people would do the same because of the money my only thing is that they have to be somewhat gay to do that kind of thing whick im not knocking them for its their decision and if they are happy doing what they do then we all should be happy for them and i think they have alot of courage for going on national television to tell the world about what they do and how they feel so big thumbs up to honesty and if their girlfriends dont like it then why are they with them i mean c'mon get real!!! thanx Tyra we love you!!!!!!
Honestly I don't watch your talk show that often, but I saw the teaser for this episode and I could not resist (I do LOVE ANTM and CNTM!). So here are my thoughts/concerns. Perhaps my circumstances are a little different as I live in Canada and the perception is that we have a more tolerable society when it comes to minorities. I am 25, male, recently married to my boyfriend of 8 years, and according to standard labels am "gay". My opinion (not that it matters) is that I have NO problem what so ever with these guys working in gay bars/ stripping/ or doing gay porn. Why not? so long as they are happy who should have a problem with it. My major concern is with your panel person from the advocate magazine. What has the gay community been fighting for? have we not spent decades looking for 'equality"?? hence same sex marriage? well like what your amazing new president will help to accomplish, this leads to a melting pot society. Integration vs. Segregation. This is what has me concerned with the comments of the editor of the advocate, I myself do not believe in titles of "gay" or "straight", like the Kinsey scale we all fall in there somewhere but no one person is 100% gay or 100% straight. Someone that has lived their lives as "straight" can and has in the past, when in the right situation "fallen" for someone that happens to be the same sex and the of course the opposite is true. I don't go clubbing often, but why can't I go to a "straight" club? and why can't a gay club have straight people as guests or working there? It's time to drop the age old stereotypes and just "be".
I myself would like to celebrate the men that you had on your stage today, if they can admit to being ignorant in the past, and after the work they have done have come to be able to say "gay people are just people too", that has to be seen as a step towards equality. I don't want to be defined by who I sleep with, and I don't just by living my life as a member of society. We can say this in Canada, hopefully the same will be true in the US, but, I pay taxes, I work, I own a house, I am married... OH LOOK!!! I am a "normal person" same sex marriage has done a lot to help that. I have written to much already!!! sorry! but in closing I will share a snipit of a conversation I had with a right wing conservative the other day. he said "don’t get me started on same sex marriage!" and all I said was "you can't say that, there is no such thing as same sex marriage in Canada, as per the constitution, there is just marriage"... he was shocked, and agreed with that statement. We are probably going to be good friends now. Thanks Tyra, you and your team do great work! Cheers, Jeffrey
I think its so funny how people are jumping all over straight people for doing what gay people already do, play the opposite field to benefit them. I can see why they would have an opinion about another group of people representing them but arnt we all deal with professional situations where its best to "go with the flow" for the sake of business. Personally if I met a man whom i was interested in dating and he told me he was doing gay porn, i would have questions about his sexual safety, as i would if he were in straight porn. A gay bar wouldn't be a big deal ( there's a chance i could have met him a a gay bar this way lol). But defiantly my worry and questions would be about sanitation and condom use. I also thought it was funny when tyra had her slip up over Cleopatra, lol. Anyone could have made that mistake but i remember from high school, she was the last of the Ptolemy line. Elizabeth was perfect for that role as time has proved. :D
I would not care if my husband was a bartender at a gay bar. That doesn't mean you're gay for pay. Just like if a gay man worked a a straight bar. But if my husband was sleeping with men for money there is no way that I could be with him. For one it's gross, and two I'm religious so sleeping with anybody is a sin unless you are married to them. I also I believe being gay is a sin. It doesn't matter if you really are gay, or doing it for the money.
If my boyfriend told me he was "Gay for Pay" I wouldn't allow it. I think its nasty for a man to go have sex with a man then come home to me.
As long as he was used protection EVERY time, and it was solely men (no women) I would be alright with my boyfriend staring in pornography.
I was watching your show Tyra, and to be honest I find this topic rather strange. Maybe its just the straight men I've been around, but usually men who are actually straight stick to that very closely and wouldn't feel comfortable being sexual around other males. I think the girlfriends of these "straight" men should reevaluate their relationships and realize maybe there are secrets that they are unaware.
