NEXT: Backstage Secret: I'm Gay for Pay

Same sex is nasty.

Dear Tyra, My name is Danielle Miller. im a single black mother. i reside in Wilmington DE. I wrote you because i watch your show very often and i see that you deal with different matters and shed light on them for the public to know. the problem is about a year ago a man broke into my home with a loaded gun. the police report says one in the chamber and 14 in the clip. my daughter was 14 at the time and being a single parent i worked as an plembotimist. i went to work 4 a.m and that leaves my child in the house alone until she gets up for school. sometimes my daughter miss the bus and i cant go get her so she will be home until i get off about 1-1:30pm i recieved a phone call the night before from a female that i had dealth with and i was supposed to be her childs god mother , the crazy part is thst the guy that did it i called him my brother. before the cops id'ed him i knew who he was becasue he dropped the cell phone inside the house. the more crazy part is the guy that help set it up with him is my ex-boyfriend actually who i was planning to marry and being with for the rest of my life. people keep saying i should have known but who could i he said he loved me and until about a month ago. i didnt know that it affected me so much until i heard the words come from out of his family memebers mouth. i was calling around to get a number on a fellow author so she can help me finish writing my book that i started. she

I was watching the show today and i heard a very anti-stright comment from the editor of that gay news paper He said that Stright guys should not work at gay bars as it's for gay people to feel safe and to be with others. I manage a "stright bar" if i did not hire somone because they where gay, I would have a law suit. Is it not a double standard, for them NOT to hire a Stright Man? It makes me sick to think that some gay people can be un tolarent of Stight people but stight people have to be tolarant of gays. I happen to be Gay and it sent the wrong message, Gay or Stright we are all the same, we all have feellings, hearts and souls and need to be tolarant of everyone.

i was not able to see the show but i think people that do gay for pay my can be gay and just use that for a cover up. deep down inside they know there gay but are probably not comfortable to come out of thw closet. I do not discrminate aganist the gay community but if your gay just be honest to yourself and dont use other things to hide it.

i agree with most of the comments if ur gay for then ur gay period. there are many others ways to make money without sleeping with men

id let him do it, i mean with all the money they make. and i probably wouldnt care if my man flirted with guys. that money would pay the bills, who can say thats wrong?

I'M SORRY, IF YOU ARE GAY FOR PAY THEN YOU ARE GAY EACH AND EVERY OTHER DAY. WHETHER YOU ARE THE PITCHER OR THE RECEIVER GAY IS GAY. STOP TRYING TO PUT A PRETTY LITTLE BOW ON IT, YOUR GAY!!! OH YEAH,TYRA WHY DON'T YOU PUT SOME OF US BLOGGERS ON YOUR SHOW.I'M SURE WE WOULD HAVE ALOT TO SAY!!!!!

this was soooo stiupid you shouldnt judge nobody its there choice & iam straight how would tyra fill if she was up there & getting shut down & not getting her chance to speak oh they would make sure she got her chance to explain after this i will no longer watch this show again every body needs to follow

Hey Tyra, DO NOT beleive any Guy that say they are Gay For Pay. NO WAY would any of my stright friends do any thing with another man for any amount of money. Also if a Man goes with another man and has Sex even if it is ONLY for money as they call it, they are at least BI-Sexual and probably even Gay, but NOT STRAIGHT!!!!!!!! So if guys want to say that they do it Only for money, lets just let them but we ALL know what the deal is. That is there way of going with the same sex and enjoying it and NOT coming to reality....I speak from experience. I told people when I did Gay Porn that it was only for the money and WOW that did NOT fly with my girlfriend when she found out, and it was soon over with her, because I did not want to stop and not because of the money, but because I enjoyed the sex with another man even though I was trying to convience myself and eveyone else that it was only for money....So all you guys that say GAY FOR PAY it gives people a good laugh. So Tyra Great show and to the Guys keep telling YOUR SELF Gay for Pay because NO ONE else believes it.

i completely agree with the guy on page one, his name is pete(posted 7/09/09) on the "gay for pay" episode. tyra completely shut them down. they came on the show out of thier own good will to enlighten everyone on what they did, how they felt, and how they did choose to live thier lives. tyra instead shut them down, put thier morals into question and in questioning them, made them feel bad for the lives theyre currently living. i dont think its up to ANYONE, i repeat ANYONE, to judge how someone lives thier lives or the choices they make.im a gay man and im completely ok with being gay for pay. if it was my boifriend being "straight for pay" i wouldnt care. what he chooses to do with his life is his choice and as long as he comes home to me at the end of the day(std free that is) id be okay. hes not hurting me or anyone and if ur paying than obviously ur getting what u want. that gay advocates guy was a douche. not accepting straight dudes in certain situations is reverse discrimination in and of himself being an "advocate". just because u "accept" or "tolerate" gays doesnt mean ur truly open-minded towards being human as this episode showed me. the bottom line for me is that we're all human, and we've all gotta do what we need, feel we need, or want to do.

Hi, Tyra, i watched your show on gay for pay and you asked if the audience had a problem with their man if they were gay for pay. Well my boyfriend wants to be a bartender and also wants to work at a gay bar. I have absolutly no problem with his choice. It makes me happy, and i would love to work there with him.

I totally agree with Pete, even with his typos. Her guests were completely respectful, but she continuously cut them off. And the gay advocate seemed to be pushing segregation, even though his whole goal is equality.

i think this is just unbelieveable.. coming from someone who is gay i think this is just rediculous! how can you "claim to be straight" and do gay porn?

I cannot believe that Tyra would invite people on her show just to make fun of them for being "gay for pay." They were very respectful the whole time and all she did was shut them down and make fun of them while they were trying to explain themselves. It's what the do for a living and it's not up to her to judge their sexuality. And that gay advocate was way out of line saying that he wished that straight men wouldn't be at gay bars. Isn't that discrimination? Why shouldn't everyone have equal rights? Every bartender flirts to make tips why does sexuality make a difference at all? I applaud how respectful the guys on that show were able to be. I don't know if I could have done the same if Tyra was poking fun at me and then talking down to for my job and getting made fun of for being straight and a gay advocate?!?! Does that mean that straight people cannot support a lifestyle different from their own. There was a lot of ignorance expressed on the show today and it was ridiculous.

His website is clubdean.com. Second, being a gay bartender in a gay bar, I like working with straight guys. The gay guy on the show kinda pissed me off. He said that we go to a gay bar becasue thats were we feel comfortable, well if they are comfortable working in a gay bar, then they are comfortable with us. I flirt with my clients but that doesn't mean that I'm gonna go home with any of them. It doesn't matter if you are gay or staight and working in that enviroment. People go out to have a good time and if the bartender can help with that then who cares. Also I know quite a few guys that look for the "straight" guys in gay porn. I believe that all those guys have tendencies but it's still hot to think about that.
