I would never date anyone who was gay for pay! A person willing to compromize their beliefs (in this case their sexual orientation) for money is just greedy, and in my opinion, confuzed about who they are.

I would definitely have a problem with my boyfriend doing gay porn.In fact whether it was gay or straight porn I would have a problem with it.He would still be having sex with someone else.That's what my issue would be.People can say that there are no feelings involved and its just a job but that is not the case.If your spouse cheated on you and said there were no feelings involved would that make it okay?NO!
I just wanted to comment about the "safety" of gay bars and straight men ruining that "safety". For starters, gay bars are not safe. Also, there is much more hate from gays in gay bars than straights. A straight bar tender walking into a gay bar doesn't suddenly break the bubble. I personally don't care if the bar tender is gay or straight as long as he treats the customers with courtesy and respect and no bartender is going to keep his job if he doesn't. In my experience, most of the strippers in gay bars are in deed straight, but they still treat the customers professionally. I even have a gay friend that runs a company with straight dancers that is promoted to both straight women and gay men.
I'm partially open-minded about it. I don't see a problem until it comes to raising a family; however, if couples find some kind of middle ground with it, I think it's wonderful. I, personally, would not be able to be in a relationship if that was my husband's profession. Maybe I'm just too greedy to share him. I have no problem with homosexuals or porn. I just know neither one is my thing.
I want to say something about what the guy from the advocat magasine said, he had sad that he wants to go to a gay bar to be around all gay people, its one of the only places they can all be togther but what i dont get is that if gays are fighting so hard to be a part of their community and not be judged then why are they staying all together, they should get out and go to other clubs in this case, if they dont want to be judged for being gay then they shouldnt judge a straight guy working at a gay club who is showing them a good time whether he is gay or not. If they want to have a good time then have a good time and not worry about whether or not your bartender is gay or straight, he is there for the money, its a job they all have jobs, i bet they wouldnt care if a gay guy was working as a bartender in a straight bar would they!!!!
Shows like this influence kids to do sexual acts with the same sex. If all people were gay that would be the end of man kind. It is too many gay topics on T.V. that influences kids to think it's ok. These days people will do anything for money with no morals. Wrong is wrong and right is right, I hope you look at the big picture and not doing this for ratings.
I was just watching your show on "gay for pay". I don't see what the issue is. Gay men have been pretending to be straight for thousands of years in the cause of money and career. Why should it be any better or worse the other way around?
in my opinion if thats what you want to do then do it... like that one guy said it doesnt really affect any one by what hes doing because those people are not related to him.. hes just doing a job that pays really good money thats all it is... i think you can be straight and do a gay job... i think if thats what they want to do then they should be free to do it.. at least they are coming out about not really being gay and saying they are straight..they just need the money....thats how i see it..

I don't understand the logic of going gay for pay. If you can be gay for pay you can be gay period in my opinion. I would divorce my hubby so fast his head would spin if I ever found out that he was doing gay porn. The money part is just an excuse for these guys so they can say "No I am not gay I am getting paid its just acting in porn." To me it is total bull and they just need to stop frontin and be real with themselves. You cannot be gay just for the money. If it was something they didn't truly want to do then they would not. That is exactly how I would feel if my hubby was doing something like that- that it was because he felt like doing it not that because he was getting paid.
I dont really think it matters. If its ok for women to have sex with women then why aint it ok for men? I have alot of gay men in my family and gay people are awesome!!! im married and my husband isnt against gay men but he dont like the fact that men have sex with men. But im bisexual and my husband loves that. it dont make me gay. I love my husband more than i could any women. But i just dont think its right that you should judge someone based on there sexual preference!
Well, it IS Tyra's show and she'll spin the topic however the network tells her to. It is after all FOX network. As to the "gay viewpoint" on porn, his is one of many different OPINIONS on the validity of porn. His OPINION is not that of many gays (rather he represents a magazine active in demanding gay rights). His OPINION is that gays should be given rights of everyone else BUT should be left alone in their segregated lives. Actor is actor, I doubt than ANYgays are being denied work and lot's of them are buying porn. DO NOT believe that gays don't participate in group sex, drug use as mentioned, in fact, just scan Craiglist and tell me how many gay men are ACTIVELY SEEKING MARRIED STRAIGHT MEN FOR SEX! Gay bath houses are still going strong (funny how they stay open while every time a heterosexual ADULT swingers club opens, people like Tyra spin them as immoral and a threat to community, and most get closed down by law enforcment for minor code violations) Tyra, friend of gays, but only the respectable ones.

IT'S A JOB PEOPLE!!!! They do porn for the money. And the money is alot. Gay porn really does pay alot more than straight porn. If straight work paid as much as gay work, these guys would leave gay work in a heart beat. And who cares what they do to get money? One of the men here is supporting his wife and three children with the money he gets from doing gay porn. What about people who work 9 to 5 jobs to pay for drugs? It's not how you get the money, it's what you do with the money. And who cares if they are gay, straight, or bi? Last time I checked it doesn't effect my life any, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't effect yours either. It's their lives, FOCUS ON YOUR OWN!!!!
