First of all let me say that I like that the Tyra Show features a lot of controversial subjects. However I feel that even though Tyra is open minded on some issues, a lot of other issues I think that she is closed minded on, and it seems like she tries to make the people that she doesn't agree with feel bad. In doing this I don't think that Tyra is getting the most honest answers and possible solutions to the issues being discussed on the show. Now about the mothers with the sexy jobs, my personal opinion is that as long as they are taking care of home(shelter, food, education, discipline, and guidance), not hurting themselves or others, breaking any laws, and being very discreet. I think that they should be able to do what they want and need do to fulfill their needs, and desires, and the needs of their household. I think that people should quit being so judgemental(Tyra), and let people live their lives. Sometimes the people on your show are put under a lot of pressure and so they don't say what they really need to say. It's like Tyra takes advantage of the fact that people are on television and they aren't wanting to be embarrassed so they don't let it all out and then Tyra gives her one-sided opinion and when that happens I think the public gets the wrong message. Not saying Tyra's opinions are wrong but definitely one-sided and a one-sided talk show is a one-sided talk show, then no one gets the full benefit of the issues that are being brought up.
Atleast they getting paid for their jobs of sexual content. Look at the woman who have children and sleep around giving up the goods for free? Like most of the women in your audience pointing fingers and judging the women who have jobs in the sex industry. I saw nothing wrong with what they were doing. They weren't standing on street corners and they don't bring it in the home. They getting paid to do a job that will be occupied by someone...so why not them? I was shocked at how disrespected those moms were and how you treated them and allowed the audience to treat them. You should apologize to them publicly. They are good decent citizens of this country, working, raising their children, and doing the best they can. They both were beautiful, articulate, and intelligent business women. This was the first Tyra show that really shocked me and rubbed me the wrong way.

I agree the Stripping isnt for a mother to engage in...yes there are other options out there. But put yourself in their shoes. Have you experienced what they have gone through TYRA? No I am guessing not; i am may be wrong. However you dont have kids im assuming you dont know how it is for struggling mothers who try to make a living and have to worry about putting food on the table for their kids. Also My question is for Tyra and the other woman who spoke against the Dominatrix Woman... Who are you to tell her that its a psychological issue. If thats something she enjoys doing without her kids knowing and without harming her kids; then i see it as if it is perfectly fine. You heard the Woman she was fired from her job and she was worried about her kids well-being. I also felt as if her daughter was just putting on a show just because the majortiy of the audience disagreed with what she did. She is a mother trying to provide for her kids and thats the way i see. She isnt getting involved with anything too sexual. Well thats all i have to say.
Tyra this is my first post although I've been watchn since the first show..These mothers are ridiculous how can u say sorry or apologize on 1 hand yet still say u have no guilt and u won't stop. Only people that apologize are people that fell guilt of wrong doing that's why we say sorry, I thought maybe it just me. So many youg kids today go down the wrong path, if not because of there parents then in some sort of way because of a security blanket...ohh I'm gon strip because I don't wanna continue my educaation and hell my momma do it so I'M A DO ME...and that is exactly what you said somethin a child would say see how I connected all that lol..luv the show tyra we need more shows like this so people can know that not doin for your kids is not the only you can hurt or damage there life. There is a lot more to life than just having and getting and wanting things...education and a good job is the only sure fire way to succes.

Super Models, strippers,and house wives all have One thing in common. They all take their clothes off for some kind of reward. Tyra Banks, as a Super Model you STRIP down to the bare minimum for a photo shoot. These photos are then printed out and are distributed for the WORLD to see. Realistically speaking you are getting PAID to get naked for perverted pre-teens to Viagra popping Geriatrics. But you're Tyra, you are so much better than the ladies you had on your show. The woman who are "Doing What It Takes No Matter What" to feed, cloth, and just provide for their children. What is your excuse for getting nearly naked to MILLIONS of people? At least those women do it to regain their confidence and to provide for their families. And for the prudent women commenting about how those women were wrong for being moms and being so sexually open, think about the next time you give your husband some extra loving care just so you can get your nails done or anything else you may have to use a little "persuasion". Oh and before you start to get your panties in a bunch, I've done modeling in my younger years, I stripped for a YEAR after having my first son and his dad and I separated, and now that I'm remarried and a housewife and mother of two, I LOVE to get down in my lingerie and give my husband that peep show he's always begging for. Especially when I can convince him to take care of the boys so I can relax and catch up on some much needed me time.
I'm not saying that what they are doing is ok but sometimes being a mother is not always a decision find a way someother way
The Dominatrix mother found herself trapped when she lost her job because she got hurt on the job. I was a single mother for many years and No I do not have a body like this mother But somedays when I was going to college I thougt about if I could pull off being a stripper or in the sex industry and make good money I would have. She has time and money to give her children. I had neither I went to school and worked and now one of my sons feels like I abandon him because I let him stay with my parents. I will never get that time back with him.
this show was interseting and heres my opinion you should exhaust all i mean all of your options before you think to do something that could possibly change you life push cart in a grocery store do something there are things out there that you can do in order to support your children i think persons that do this kind of thing have given up and use this as their last option dont. say you want to do this for your children for a few years cause when you start highly unlikely that you can stop even if you want because YOU have needs then what

if my mom had a job in the sex industry,i would totally not approve of it. i would hate knowing that my mom's out there putting her body on display 4 the world. i do understand that sometimes being a stripper is the last resort for single mom's but unless it's my mom's absolute last resort,i wouldn't want her stripping.

I am totally disgusted by the Dominatrix Mom - she is only doing this for selfish reasons. I also think it was a huge mistake to show that video to her daughter - she will never be able to get those images out of her mind. Women make the decision to have children and become a mother - and as a mother, this is not appropriate.
