Kia Ora Tyra I come from the land of Aotearoa New Zealand a little country below Austraila I am writing to see if you can help my 19 year old daughter in 2005 she was the driver and involved in a traffic accident and admitted to Middlemore Hospital Auckland. This resulted in skin loss and severe gravel glass scarring a part of her cheek removed and damage to her upper eyelid on the whole right side of her face.Over the last 3 and a half years it has been a big strain she wore a white patch that covered the whole side of her face for 3 years she has now adjusted and has stopped wearing it and tries to cover her face with makeup.A skin surgeon Paul Le Grice who has performed 10 laser treatments over 10 months which has slightly improved skin quality and pigmentation. Aspects of her face starting from the forehead good skin on both sides. Eyebrows sit slightly higher on the right than the left and have scarring over the upper eyelids of the right side. There is also a sigificant notch on the upper eyelid and this correlates to an area where the upper eyelashes do not grow in a straight line.There is some fullness of the upper eyelid which may be fat but also may be from the lacrimal gland protruding. There is suggestion that the lateral part of the upper eyelid sits slightly lower than the left. The lower eyelids are good although the skin immediately beneath the lower eyelid has a tendency to fullness and to cause the lashes to roll in slightly on the right side. Dear Tyra and producers.I have a big wish/dream that I would love to come true. My wish/dream is for me to come a super model for magazines or for makeup or for something big I wish I could be a run way model like you but I just don’t have that height im only like 5'. the reason why I want this so bad is because I want to help my parents pay bills and help get them a new car because the one we have brakes down 24/7. I would like also tell you what my wish is, my wish is for my mother. Tyra do you have any suggestions to get assistance for my son. One day in November I fully ruptured my membrane at 22 weeks of her pregnancy. I had to remain in the hospital on bed rest for the remainder of my pregnancy. I remained there 5 weeks until my body went into labor. I had a cesarean and my son was born 3 months premature. My husband had to pay 84 dollars a week just to use the parking garage. We are continuing to pay to park and because I ruptured early, my son's lungs did not fully develop. We have been told he could a series of problems ranging from cerebral palsy, brain bleeds, and he would have problems with his adrenal glands, and would require salt tablets for the rest of his life. He also has been diagnosed with severe hearing loss after failing two hearing test and he has chronic lung disease. He requires a trachea to breath which is a hole in his throat to connect the oxygen ventilator that he needs in order to breath. He has G Tube which is a tube surgically inserted in his stomach so he can eat. I can no longer work so I can be with him everyday at the hospital. My husband is currently unable to work in the field, so the bills are starting to overwhelm us because we do not have enough income. We had to purchase a steam cleaner and a vacuum cleaner with a hepa filter on it. We are going to have to purchase a humidifier and a hepa filter for his room. We have to use a special air filter for the air condition that is Ultra Allergen, but it costs 16 dollars more than the regular filters. He has a

Dear Tyra, I'm writting to you to ask you to make my sister's dreams come true. My nephew was born with a very rare syndrome called Solitary Central Incisor Syndrome. 1 out of 10,000 live births are exposed to this very rare syndrome. When he goes to the medical center to go see his doctor's there is alway 3-5 doctors in the room, because they are so fascinated with him because they have never encountered a child with his type of syndrome. They have only read about it in medical books. It causes him to have hearing loss, stops his growth, forcing my sister to give him growth hormone shots daily, he has a learning diability, his censors are off, his skin is covered in exyma, he ocassionally has seizures, his nose cavity is too small, and his skull isn't fully developed, causing him to have a gap in his skull, which he only has one big tooth in front, instead of having two big front teeth. What I'm asking for, and too fulfill my sister's dream is to provide her with more money, a reliable car, and to be able to start an organization to help other be aware of this syndrome. By helping her in giving a reliable car, my sister will be able to take her son to the doctor's office, all the way in Oakland, and with the money she would be able to pay bills, provide more treatments of shots for his growth.
