Hi Tyra. My name is Katrina. Im 24 yrs old from a small town in ky. I wrote your show months ago requesting a show idea for a plastic sugery makeover. I never got any reply, then i seen this post. Since then I have been writing drs and other shows to get help, but i have had no luck in doing so. Its really hard getting all the rejections, but i keep praying to God that this miracle will happen to me. Its the only hope I have, so it keeps me going. I developed an eating disorder in Jan of this past yr. I started inducing myself to vomit.Its tough, but im getting through it. Ive ruined my teeth, so now I have another thing to fix. I hate that it turned 2 that, but its hard dealing with your body issues, especially since its been that way since u were 13. My body issues developed b4 i had my child in 2005, now they are just getting worse. I just want to be that person on the outside that I feel in the inside.But My fantasy makeover would be like the ones shown on the show Extreme Makeover.Its more of a dream for me. I feel like it holds me back in accomplishing anything in my life. I want to go to school, but sometimes its just a struggle to get up out of bed and go to work. I havent been swimming in almost 4 yrs. I feel like it affects my daughter also, bc mommy doesnt like to do fun things. I have never worn a bikini, nor a tank top in public. I always wear clothing that covers my flaws, so i dont get out much. I dont smile hardly bc my teeth are
HEY!WHAT'S UP TYRA! My name is Serena Hernandez. Im a 30yr. old married mother of 7 kids, and I'm from Nipomo CA. Nipomo is in the San Luis Obispo county area. I am so excited that you have this (what is your fantacy makeover.) My fantacy makeover would be to get a butt implant, tummy tuck, and a breast lift hahahano but seriosly my wish would be to have a teeth makeover. Before i had my kids I was to into going out to party to take care of myself like going to the doctor for check ups or the dentist. And now that I have my kids I'm to buzy with getting their needs met, and neglecting my own needs again. There are also other things in my past that I'm not proud of that i'm sure had a effect on my teeth to. I stay at home with my kids and my husband is currently unemployed. We recieve medical, and they don't cover dental work, only extractions. I have to cracked teeth, four teeth that have been alredy pulled out and four others that need serious work on. I don't want to lose any more, and there are no dentists that will fix them for me. I get so embarresed to talk or laugh with anyone, and I am to embarresed to kiss my own husband. I just want to be able to give him a big smile and laugh with him like I used to. My husband and I have been wanting to take a family photo, but I have been putting it off because of how my smile will look. Please help me TYRA! Thanks Serena Hernandez

I LOVE to smile but i also hate i mean hate my teeth, because i was sick when i was baby and when i was just 7 years old, I have been on so many meds for this and that. Plus my hair is very frizzy and i need help in cloths and style. Love u so much Tyra Banks smile with my eyes all the time girl

Hi Tyra, I am 26 years old and I could really us a make over. My style is pretty much urban casual, I own maybe 2 skirts and one dress everything else is jeans and Chuck Taylors. I also have no clue how to put on make up, I can never find anything that makes me look natural. I stick with eye liner and shadow and thats about all I know how to apply. Tyra I watch the show every day and when you said to go to the website and tell you what we want in a makeover, i jumped with joy haha. I'm 15 years old and when getting a make over i would want Boys Like Girls playing in the background. I want to dye my hair, im sick of this boring dull brown. Of course I would want a hair cut, its juts so boring now. Every day i wear it straight and its damaged and lame and I don't know how to make it more exciting. I'm a little over weight but very self-contious so i stick with jeans and sweatshirts every day. I don't know what clothes would look good on me and flatter me all at the same time.

With saying this, I have trouble finding clothes that fit or finding clothes that look slimming. I always wear my hair in a ponytail or just down and I never know what to do with it. Hi Tyra!! My name is Meka and I am for Louisiana. I am 26 yrs. old and I am in a constant on and off depress mode. I have thought about suicide plenty of times and have almost overdosed on painkillers twice. I didn't use to be like this, but after having two wonderful kids and get on birth control I gained so much weight. All my self esteem is gone out the window along with the beautiful person I used to be. My fantasy makeover would be having a cosmetic makeover. Like a tummytuck and butt lift. I don't go out because I see myself as being too fat. I don't even wear girl clothes, I always wear my husbands clothes cause they are baggy. I can not afford this surgery, but I am in desperate need of it or I am afraid I might go crazy or do something stupid. Please, please help.
FANTASY MAKEOVER??? That would mean getting the excess skin cut off my legs and lower back with a butt lift and excess skin off sides and a boob lift and then neck made taught and well bypass to fix the staples that have popped from the gastroplasty I had in 1998. The icing on the cake w/b teeth whitening and a few veneers. That's a lot to ask for so I'd be real happy to have veneers and teeth whitening. Love your work Tyra and your selflessness! Ava
I am writing about a makeover. I was hoping for a complete makeover. I really really wanted a new smile. I don't like to sing in the choir with my teeth showing but I do it anyway. When it comes to taking pictures I would rather not. But I try to look beyond the outer beauty and realize the inner beauty because regardless God made us all special.
