Tyra your pathetic you got to go I'm tired of you making people feel bad and guilty isis is confused nobody is born in the wrong body and if you agree that's showing people that you may just as well be transgender for all we know, you disappoint me and I hate when you cut people off when they are talking I don't care if its your show but you need to shut up you need to stop saying you know and feel your guest pain when you don't stop saying you are a christian because you are not, you can't serve god and serve the devil which is your flesh god said you either serve me or the devil you choose gay, lesbian, transsexual are all spirits and bad demons of the devils work it is a choice you are so dumb and you are letting the devil use you to promote this discusting act on your show stop having all these gays and people on your show and then taking only their side

That commentary about gay being okay but transgender is totally wrong and stupid is one of the most idiotic comments I have yet to hear anyone say on this group--and boy, there have been some bad ones! The only loser I hear is the one who is unable to accept the fact that other people may be different, yet you accept SOME people being different, but just as long as they are not TOO different. I am so very sorry that you chose to have that attitude. It is born out of ignorance, but is especially ridiculous when you say it is okay to be anything else, just not trans. Yes a transgender female such as Isis (or myself) may not have ovaries, but that is not what makes a woman. What does, is what is in the brain and how it is wired. There are also many biological women who are trans men. They do have ovaries, yet are male in their brain, in their thought processes, in their outlook on life and the world. All of that is much more concrete and applicable than if you have something dangling between your legs or not. Just because you have a body with one head, two arms, two legs, and may call yourself a human being, does not actually make you one! The thing that sets us apart is that we do have intelligence and the brain power to use that intelligence to learn and grow and be better people, making this world a better place to live, unlike those who would destroy all they do not understand.

It isn't all that bad being gay. Sure it wrong religious wise, but whatever. What's stupid is transgenders. What kind of lost hope loser would want to become the opposite gender? It's stupid. Why doesn't this BS happen in other strong countries (it does but it's not as outspoken as here!). I would like to tell every transgender boy (like isis) you'll never truly be a woman because you don't have an ovaries, you can't even have any babies or anything. And if it doesn't occur that you were born with something dangling between your legs then don't be surprised if a doc. were to say "you have testicle cancer." and it final occured to you that you're a freaking MAN! Just stick to straight/gay/bi, atleast they've got there heads on straight!

If you like to continue to show your ignorance, then that is also a choice on your part. If you chose to not listen to actual people who actually live with this every day, then that is also your choice. How many times have you heard someone say, "You wouldn't understand because it didn't happen to you." Well, that is certainly applicable in this case. You wouldn't understand, and you won't even try to understand. That is both pitiful and sad that your life is so complete that there is nothing new you can learn in life. All I can say to sum up is don't judge someone without knowledge--and just because you might not personally understand something doesn't make it not real.

Even though I dnt watch ANTM like tht since Eva won but I agree with Lakisha......God ddnt want Adam 2 b Eve and Eve 2 b Adam.....Its not ok 2 be gay.....And 4 people 2 think tht it is ok something is wrong with you....God has a plan for his people b4 they r even thought about and being gay is not 1 of them,I just wish tht people would stop staying tht they r born tht way bcuz ur not....until u have proof from ur physician 2 say tht u a have a mental problem then I would agree but until then stop blaming it on God 4 ur problems

I think the lesson is that we should be more open minded and be accepting of people's differences. However, what i find bothering is that when Tyra "ganged" up on Clark. Yes i agree that Clark is ignorant and uncomfortable with this topic and Tyra wanted her to be open minded but I really don't think that the proper way to do this is to gang up on her. Those who know better should also be understanding of Clark's upbringing and environment. Tyra should have just presented an idea to Clark like "be open minded coz you are also doing "bad" things i.e. kissing Elina. See?! Think about it!" I think for the Tyra show to be more effective, she shouldn't always proclaim that what she thinks is the right way. On some topics, it is way alright like violence and stuff but for this sensitive topic, i think she should also be more sensitive of people's beliefs

It's sad that Clark mentioned that people in her town could get shot for being like Isis. Unfortunately many innocent people are shot for being like Isis, so such a statement is at the very least insensitive.

Eww gross. What was Tyra thinking!?! Giving that thing an operation because she was "born in the wrong body". Such stupidity on their part. And Ashley, how do you just find out ur bi? I thought you were "born that way" *sarcasm*. McKey rocks and totally deserved the win. Clark is awesome 2. I agree with Cutie as well

I think it is great that Isis finally gets her dream. There are many people out there who don't understand her and so instead of trying to understand it they use hate and disrespect of someone elses dreams to become who they want to be rahter a it be a change to the body or a change in life. I just figured out a couple of weeks ago that i am bi . but it makes my mom uncofortable when i say that a girl is hot. She has even gone a far as dising the girl that i said is hot and i fell i can't speak my mind and be who i want to be. I still haven't told my dad yet but when i do he can't say my cause i found his tapes, I guess my mom can't except me for who i am, but any way i am so haapy for her she needs to be on cycle 12 she is hot , i have a cousin who is a guy and dresses up as a girl and he looks good both ways even his husband is goodlooking i am very happy for them!! and for Isis!

In all honesty, I find it rather annoying that people have nothing better to do with their time than to whine and complain about someone else's life and what they choose to do with it. Someone mentioned they refuse to be force fed gay lifestyle. No one is forcing you to do anything. You say its a gay person's choice to perform same-sex acts, well then its your choice to ignore gay lifestyle. Of course its becoming more exposed because gay people are just that, people. Just like you. I wouldn't necessarily consider being black and being gay the same, however, you should consider some of the similarities of struggle each must face on a daily basis. Being judged based on your skin color/being judged for being gay. Being beaten and attacked because you are black/ the same for being gay. Even being of a different nationality such as middle eastern or arab, look at the hatred they have to endure because a select group of people decide to do something. I am a multi-racial person, and I can't say that I have had to endure any type of racism other than inside part of my heritage. I've never felt accepted by certain blacks because I'm not black enough, or my hair is different, or I choose to speak correct English. However, I don't judge all blacks based on how certain people have treated me. And being multi-racial, I feel I have no place to judge anyone because guess what, my opinion won't make or break them and I have no heaven or hell to put them in. What exactly is it they are doing wrong? Nothing, living THEIR lives, so you should live your own. We preach equality for ALL people. ALL people. I commend Isis for her courage

It takes a lot of courage to put your true self forward, only cowards hide who they really are. I have much respect for any one who can admit their true self and not hide to please others. People reveal their mess to us each day, so why hide who you are so that they can feel better. People will continue to talk about others, however what they fail to realize is they don't even matter to those whom you are talking about. You are just talking to make yourself feel better and justify your ignorance. People you sit and judge don't care about you. I don't think about comments of people who don't matter to me.

BORN IN THE WRONG BODY my butt! If that's the case then see a psychiatrist. America is too accepting of nonsense. What's next...having sex with animals and calling it a religion. No Tyra, please don't do a show on that calling it normal. It's ridiculous. Other countries don't behave like this. I thought Tyra was a fool looking for more ratings when she put a boy on top model knowing darn well that covergirl and ford models was only going to sign a female to that contract. It's like Victoria's Secret hiring a male to do the photo shoots, and then explaining that he feels like a she, therefore he's a she. WAKE UP, IT'S GETTING CRAZY!

Brandy, Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. It is a breath of fresh air. There is absolutely no reason that those who may not have to live with these difficulties cannot at least be empathic toward those that do, so your thoughts are especially appreciated. You are so absolutely correct in saying that we would never choose to live this way if we did not have to. Unfortunately many people chose not to live with it and they commit suicide. This is all too often the case because of the hatred and intolerance of so many others. So these "Christians" can accept the blame for prematurely terminating too many people's lives. Thank you again. Michelle

Dear Lakisha and all other inconsiderates, How inconsiderate of you to say that gay people should go back in the closet. I have no idea what it feels like to be transgendered. I don't understand it, but just because I dont understand it, doesnt mean i have a right to judge it. If Isis and others say they feel like a woman trapped in a male's body, i take her word. Who am I to judge, I mean my name isnt Isis, so I how would I know otherwise? How did Tyra violate your manhood? You should feel lucky that you are considered what's normal. Not everyone is so lucky. I seriously doubt someone would chose to be gay or transgendered. Considering how judgemental people are, i sure wouldnt. And i get so sick and tired of people bringing religion and the bible in the equation as if gay people/transgendered people didnt grow up w/ the same beliefs. Have you ever considered how much harder it is growing up in a religion, but knowing that no matter what your taught, or no matter how many times you pray, its not going to change your sexual orienation, or in Isis's case, your true gender. Its 2008, we should all not be so judgmental. Consider yourself lucky if you were born straight, I'm pretty sure it's not easy living against the norm.
