i commend tyra and the show as a whole for delving in a pretty wide, diverse, entertaining and life-reflecting issues. imaging partaking in such a discussion where those guys and ladies had the guts to admit to the world what they've gone or going through... it's really enlightening. likewise commended is the episode's guest counselor. finding it hard to judge them in any way, since we, admit it or not, have some form of SA within ourselves... even simple masturbation is a manifestation, and lemme tell everyone here that porn, however we all delight in it, spew smoke and the fire's notorious in burning nastily.

The Tyra show is such an inspiration to me that it helps me with my personal situations that may be similar to that on the shows. Being able to love God is the key to humanity.Once you love God you will love yourself cause he will give you peace, joy, happiness and love. You will not stand to degrade yourself with immoral sex. She is a very courageous young woman to come out and say that she is a sex addict .Instead of people judging and critising her we should come up with ways of helping such individuals . dear sirs, It is never an easy thing to ask for help. What can make it even worse is the fact many don't want to hear it. It is never an easy answer no matter how you add it up.

"Don’t settle for the person you can live with, settle for the person you can’t live without!" And that is YOU!!! Every relationship begins with you. If you don’t love yourself, then the love you give back is needed love, given in attempt to fill an "inner emptiness". We must begin by loving and accepting who we are NOW. People will have their opinions but at the end of the day it only matter how we feel about ourselves. Be kinder to yourself and believe in yourself. Treat yourself with respect and others will do that too. What you put out is what you get back. Loving yourself unconditionally and reclaim your power. Believe and focus on what we want in life. We cannot change our past, however we can change how we look at it. Accept responsibility for which we are, but at the same time be gentle. Have some compassion for our mistakes and short comings. The more you forgive and love yourself the more others will be able to forgive and love you. We must love ourselves this means…. Sex addiction is huge...many women and men suffer from this and it should be treated as if you were and Alcoholic AA or CA etc etc. There is help and a 12 step program is an excellent place to start. I have been sober for years. Many people use alcohol to get the courage to have sex...like the guest today Lorenzo. This was not my problem. It was difficult for me as I lost my marriage over it 7 years ago. I used to think that at least with alcohol you could stop by not going to bars but sex is everywhere and comes in many flavors...from anonymous sex, to viewing porn on the internet, to paying for it and even masturbation etc etc. I hope more people out there get the help they need because SA is one of the hardest addictions to overcome! Good luck, and I am glad Tyra had a show dedicated to sex addiction.

HEllo, after seeing todays Tyra show, I realized that it could be happening anywhere in my school. When I heard Britney talk about how her first time was when she was 13, it put me on alet because I am 13. Thank you for teaching me that.
