Thank you for an affirming topic today. I was dating a sex addict and didn't know it at the time. We haven't been involved for over 4 months and I have cutt all ties due to his behavior. He currently has GF's that don't know about each other and he has spread STD'd because of his activity. I am a survivor of sexual abuse and my therapist has called him a deviant sexual predator and had described his behavior as criminal sexual abuse and it's a form of controling his victims. He is a porn addict also. He is also a recovering drug addict but is involved with active alcoholics and is acting "as if" he is using. He had to flee another state because people were looking for him and he is now in St. Louis. I have called CPS and the police to report him and I haven't had any luck. What he is doing to these women is going on with the presence of minor children in the house. He needs to be off the street and locked up and getting help. He has his family completely snowed and they think he is some angel. I have reported him to the health department for knowingly spreading STD's. The truth needs to come out. At one point he was working hard on trying to change and there is a good person in there. Is there anyone who can contact me for further help? Thank you.

hey tyra! i was watching todays show and when it got to will i started to think "danm i have the same problem." but the twist of it all is that im only 14. i was introdused to porn at a young age by my brother. i have only just told family and friend that i am bisextual. i am still a vergen and will continue to stay one.i have the contius urge to masterbate. and during school,on the street,in the movies,and on tv i undress men and wemon that i find atractive whit my eyes.i know i have a problem but i dont konw what to do. i need help.

Tyra, on the show you said you dont want anyone under 18 taking this test. With people on your show this problem started before they were 18. I think anyone should be able to take it. If they are thinking of taking it to see what the test says because they think they might be, this test could be something to push them to get help before it may be to late or before it escalates.

hi,tyra I watched your show.I'm 19 years old & My boyfriend is 20 & were both Christians. We have a problem. Were not soposed to have sex untill we get maried. Its hard for us not to do that because we live together. We so hard not to have sex. But sometimes we can't help it. We used to be sex addics. We would have sex everyday for about 2-5 hrs. I mean sex is a beautiful thing. I mean we both love eachother slot we want to get married& get a place of ower own but we can't aford it. His the only one working, I can't work cuz of my conditin.but we keep our heads up, and pray with faith that one day we get our own place &get married. And forhim to get a better job that pays him good.

You should really get someone on the show that has experience and a solid reputation in regards to men and spouse dealing with addictions to pornography.
