Tyra, I'm sorry, but I think can be a bit of a bully. If people don't agree with you, you can be really harsh to them. I thought you were open minded!? Clark's "girl on girl kiss" in the hot tub is not a double standard to her "disagreeing" with Isis' choices (it was just a dare!) And I am proud of Clark for not bowing to your peer pressure and saying that it was a double standard. I thought Clark handled herself well. She likes Isis the person. What more is there to talk about?

I have a lot of opinions about the topic of this show, but I the reason I came here to comment is because Tyra, I feel like you were really unfair in your interview between Clark & Isis. It was completely one-sided. You didn't ask Isis any hard questions, but asked Clark a lot of leading questions and put her in a corner, drilling her with question after question. Why do you grill her and not Isis? Why is Isis' point of view so much better than Clark's? You have a very popular show, and are gaining more and more influence. With that influence comes journalistic responsibility, and no matter which side of the issue you fall on, that was a completely one-sided interview, and I am disappointed in how you handled it.

Tyra, dont you even dare to take Isis side because you know very well that transexuales are not ment to be. Jehova God does not make mistakes, the reason why babies are born with cancer and other illnesses is beacuse Adam and Eve disobeyed God because Satan mislead them. Ever since then satan has been the one controling the world. And since Adam and Eve disobeyed we have inherrited sin. Please read your bi bible before you contadict. (Romans 15:12) (1John 5:!9)

I am also a bit disappointed in Tyra's comments about God making mistakes. I am not familiar with her faith so I'm going to go any further with it. I am a practicing Christian and was a little disappointed to see Clark representing the Christian voice. Anyway, I do believe that people can be born gay or with gender confusion (not sure how to put that) This does not make them bad people or unloved by God. Men having sex with men is a sin according to the Bible and I do believe the Bible to be the word of God. BUT that is between them and God. I would never judge someone based on their sexuality. People have feelings and I try to be respectful of that. As far as Isis changing her sex because she felt that she was a female, well, I don't know of anything in the Bible saying we can't do that. I think what she did is a brave thing and she now feels comfortable in her skin. No one knows what she was going through unless they have walked in her shoes. Also, they commented on why children are born ill. Bad things happen to "good" people because of sin. Not their sin directly, but the sin of the world.

God does not make mistakes. Even if a baby is born with a disease, it was allowed to happen for reasons beyond our understanding. Isis is saying that God made a mistake to imply that God is not perfect. Clark is just as wrong with her girl on girl kiss. God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. People that are not in church or don't have church in them think that just because a person is homosexual or bisexual that it is worse than lying, stealing, cheating etc. It is all considered sinful in the eyes of the Lord. God loves us all despite of what we do. WE ALL FALL SHORT when it comes to perfection. I think that we get it twisted when we think that God hates the person. What God hates is the sin the person is committing regardless of that sin.

All Clark is really doing is saying what she thinks people want to hear. I hear a lot of contradictions coming out of her mouth. Her main message sounds like, "I don't agree with your life, and I'm allowed to disagree in whatever way I want because I'm a southern baptist. I'm going to be respectfully offended." (even though this doesn't really affect me beyond this competition). She's a complete hypocrite. She is looking down on the LBGT community and making a circus out of it. Especially that stupid girl on girl kiss....now are we allowed to say that she is a lesbian because she kissed a girl? Is she ready to be judged for her actions? She is just justifying a lot of things that don't make a whole lot of sense. Religious? Please...

I am SICK and TIRED of people using "I'm from the South..." as an excuse for bad behavior, ignorance, intolerance, etc. "I'm from the South...", "I was raised that way...", "Where I'm from..." are so over used it sickens me. It makes Southerners look horrible and bigoted. I am reluctant to mention to anyone that I was born and raised and currently live in Georgia because of this whole "I'm from the South, I'm a Christian" BULLSHIT keeps being spewed about by people who think they can justify their opinions with excuses.

I have so may issues with Clark, but one that really stands out is that she is saying she does not AGREE with Isis' choices. Uhmmm? WHAT? You don't have to agree it isn't something you get to have a say in. Part of the reason the LGBT community is so discriminated against and marginalized in our society isbecause of people like Clark. Learn to respect diversity, go to school and get some knowledge, broaden your idea and learn acceptance. It makes me sad that in 2009 there are still people blaming their small town or christianity on being racist.

Isis insists that he/she is *not a mistake and that God does not make mistakes* - So please tell me why Isis is *correcting* God's work by having surgery to make him/her a woman and playing on everyone's sympathy? Shouldn't Isis simply accept how God made the body Isis was given? Isis is more of an Actress than a Model. Sorry, but I'm just not buyin' in.

please tell clark to stop blaming her ignorant behavior on being raised in the south. it is a shame that someone who has been given so may experiences in life has kept her mind so small. and to stand on national television and defend herself on a double standard by hiding behind her religion is sick. a small mind is a small mind. she is petty, ignorant, and will continue to be. i think that is the true sad story here. i am disgusted that someone like her is even given airtime to broadcast her archaic hateful rhetoric.

Go Isis!!! I respect and look up to you for your courage and wisdom! I am a 14 year old girl raised in a Catholic community and I think I am accepting. I don't find it wrong what Clark did at all, but how can she then go say she wasn't freaked out by Eliana having a crush on her but Isis being a "he-she"(in Clark's words)freaks her out? I know Clark doesn't agree with Isis but she respect her decision at all!

Isis is a man,no matter if she cuts off her male parts or not. It hurt me to watch this show today. Tyra openly claimed that basically she thinks God makes mistakes. He NEVER HAS, NEVER WILL. God is perfect. And the fact that this world is so confused that we sit here and root for the poor confused male who thinks he's a girl and MOCK a christian girl who made a mistake. Clark had no business using the south as an excuse. I completely agree with that. And her action was wrong. But she was right. Transgenderism is wrong. It is a sin, and God says these people are an abomination to him. Yes he loves them still. But He wants them to change. Clark should have simply admitted that she messed up instead of justifying herself. But Isis is not the hero here. He is a confused man and needs prayer. Tyra needs prayer too apparently. We all do, but this episode really worked my nerve. Im not even 18 yet, but I can honestly say. HOMOSEXUALITY and TRANSGENDERISM are wrong.

Now, come on First of all Tyra, you should be ashamed of yourself for even suggesting that God makes a mistake even when babies are born sick, you know that "He is too wise to make a mistake". I had just started watching your show, and when you came out with that i was not happy.

I don't regard Clark's opinion as "ignorance, closed-mindedness" and all those other names that alot of you have been labelling her. Under no circumstances does she have to agree with the way Isis wants to live her life, and that does NOT make her a bad person. I am not saying that I agree with Clark in anyway. Gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgender, none of these minorities want to be persecuted for the way they live their lives. And I don't believe anyone should be persecuted for NOT AGREEING with an alternate lifestyle. I believe Tyra invited Clark to be on her show just so that she could try and change her mind, or make her see the supposed error of her ways, and I don't think thats right.
