Let's do the time warp!

Think you need a makeover? You have nothing on these women, including one who channels Rapunzel in a major way! Tyra has brought in not one, but three experts -- Robert Verdi, Mally Roncal and Edward Tricomi -- to help these women change how old (or young!) they look.

Dear Tyra, First of all I think you are so wonderful for being you. I told my daugter that I think that if we lived near each other you and I would be Best friends. You have a glowing personality that shines, and eve that God has his hands on you in everything you do. NOw that reason why I writing you is that I love your show and the this one with Age-Dyfing makeovers was very good. The reason I liked it so much is that I'm in a age warp where my age and the way I dress is years apart. I have a semi young face and I don't feel my age 46. I rally wish I could have been on this show to get help on my age and body attire. I have lost weight and I am now trying to tone up. It's hard for me right now due to I injuryed my hand at work and can't use my left hand now under Doctor's orders. But in the future if you have a show like this again I hope that you would consider me as a guest. Now for the show about Isis. I seen the ATM show whe Isis was on there and those girls were talking about her. I didn't like it and was hoping that they wouldn't make it and they didn't. It was a race thing or gay thing it was I try not to judge people because all my life I have been judged. I feel thta we should take people for what and who they are not for the way they look are what they may or may not be. I have a gay daughter who is 22 ( she looks 12)lol and I love her. Her now

Hey Tyra I really liked this show episod because well im 19 and its not a huge difference but people think I'm 14 15 The odd time I will get my real age so this episod was me. Thanks Tyra!

I watched this show and was so amazed at what a bit of makeup could help someone, how changing the way you dress can help improve the right results and how getting your hair hooked up could make you look so hot! I wish that could happen for me all the time..I am barely turning 21 years old and I look way, wayyy older for my age,and I act older for my age, me and my husband just got married about 6 months ago and we are expecting our first little miracle baby!! I am excited about everything going on in my life, but when I here some of my friends tell "damn you look old!" I just take it as a compliment. I love dressing conservative and/or professional-business like, and I love mixing up styles with this or that..Its not that I don't know how to dress, it more of money issues..so I hope that I can find some extra tips on here for me to look good but at a descent price out of my pockets!!Thanks

hi tyra I was watching the episode the age-defying makeover & the girl amanda she is cute could u hook me up with her

i am 26,and i look 12..no one can ever get my age or even close....i cant wear big girl cloths cause i only weigh 95 and they dont fit.....

This was probably one of my favorite Tyra shows because I am in the same situation. I am going to be 21 in August and everyone thinks that I am 16. I get carded to do anything and everyone is always asking me if I am supposed to be in school or is it past my bedtime. I also feel uncomfortable walking around with my boyfriend sometimes because he is 24 and I feel as if people are staring at us like " What is he doing with that kid?". My favorite girl was Amanda because like her, I feel like I have a tomboyish look. I am 5'8" and 120 lbs. I am very petite and also uncomfortable wearing some of the clothes all of my friends wear. Anyways this was an awesome show because I know that I am not the only one with this issue. Thanks Tyra

I just had a brief comment on your age defying episode. I was a little upset on your illustration before and after. I have naturally curly hair. How ever it seems that in general people associate curly hair as messy & ugly. For example every time they do make over they straighten the her curls. In pretty woman, she wasn't considered pretty till she straightened her hair. In Princess diaries the same. This is a few examples, but we need to stop associating curly hair with being unattractive. I love my curls & get offended when my friends ask me why I never straighten it. Why would I want to change part of who I am? Food for thought. Thanks.

I have that problem too. I will be 20 this coming 2nd of july but when people see me at school or if I'm shopping in a mall.. they think i'm 14 years old. I am 5'3 and a little more to love but they say my face looks younger than my age especially that I have a slated eyes. People tend to not take people seriously when they are young or look like younger than what they really are and sometimes it's really annoying. I can't even go to the movie house to watch r18 films like SAW without the guard asking me my I.D. they want proof!

I kinda understand what they are going through. People have always assumed that I was about half of my actual age. When I go out to places with my friends and family, they always try to charge me at the kids prices. They don't take me serious, talk to me like a lil 10 yr old as if I don't understand anything. Handing me kids' menus with crayons, child movie tickets, and completely disregard me when I am talking. When people here me talk they are like "WOW! You speak so mature for your age." Because my frame is so small, some clothes fit awkwardly. I hate it when people try to direct me to the little girls clothes section, ugh. The worse part of it is when old men in their late 30s to 50s try to hit on me, and when they ask my age and I tell them 22 (currently), they mouth drop in aw, stating that they thought I was about 12-14 year old. It's disgusting because it give the impression that they are a pedophile. They think it's okay to flirt with someone they thought was a child and continues on when they find out my true age as if I'm cool with it. I know at times I should take looking younger as a compliment, but c'mon seriously my age should not be a question until I get too old to be out the house, with kids, looking 23 when I would be 30+ and care less about anything else.

I, too, am OBSESSING over the dress that the girl wearing the Cinderella t-shirt got for her make-over! I caught that it's by Nanette Lepore, (sp?) but still can't find it on the 'net! I need it! If anyone know the name of the dress or where it can be found, please post!! :)

I was disappointed to see this show was already recorded, I wanted to be in it! I would have loved for the audience to guess my age. People are always shocked to hear my age so sometimes I end up lying unconsciously and then I ask myself, why did I lie? Nice show, I enjoyed it.

The girl with the long hair that got it cut really short I love the hair style, can you please put pictures up of the new cut, i want to cut my hair or can you tell me the sytle of it?

i need to know hte designer if that vest thing that the one girl that looked 12 years old was wearing!!!1 it was hot!!!
