Will Alana Love return to the ranch?

When Alana first appeared on the "Tyra Show" she set off a firestorm from our viewers. Everyone had an opinion and wanted to be heard.

Alana gave birth to a beautiful baby girl a few weeks ago and came back to update us on how things are going and respond to the criticism from some of you at home.

Tell Us: You heard what Alana had to say, now what do you think? Will she go back to the ranch?

Tyra, I understand her situation however, i feel like their both giving up and taking the easy way out. I just had my son he's now 7wks old, yes, it was very hard to get a job and i still dont have one but because i respect myself i can't do that type of job, but not only for myself respec but for my son. when i look at him yes i want him to have the best but i want to feel proud of how i support my family. it's not easy it takes time everything does, i'm still in school, and i feel that is the best way to support my child. now he'll have a positive road to follow, just imagin how her baby girl will feel later on down the line when she's able to understand. i'm not trying to judge anyone but if she's doing it just to get on her feet then that's understandable but i suggest changing you job when you child develops understanding. smooches

Recently, Tyra said that she read the comments that viewers sent her. She had guests on the show about this. I thought that she would take some of these comments seriously, but she stated that she would bypass the "hate" mail, and address the "constructive" mail. What a cop out! I take her show with a grain of salt. She is trying to do what Oprah and Dr. Phil are doing, but has little to no experience in it. (like she admits). Stick to what you know, Tyra. Fashion and little advice. Don't try to save the world, when you have one view. I think that 14 year olds admire you, but I'm 49 and get little use out of the show. What she tells her guests would be common sense to anyone, but again, she is not consistent with how she treats her guests, which I have the most trouble with. Alana Love's appearances were the best example of this comment.I have trouble with Oprah, and do not usually watch her, but I have seen her show alot in the past. She acts really blind to what is going on in the world. She says,"I didn't know that?" (about the working poor, etc.) Oh well, can you really believe what is on T.V.?

Tyra's number one concern in this case was for the child. It is not a good environment for a child to grow up in. Children look up to their parents and often times follow in their footsteps and Alana is a prostitute. I do not belive we should be tolerant of prostitution. Yes, everyone does have choice, but this was not her only choice. I can't help to believe that something may have happened sexually to Alana when she was young. Therefore we should not judge but instead encourage treatment for her.

TYRA!!! I THINK THAT IS SO WRONG.. IM A MOTHER AND EVEN IF I HAD TO BUST TABLES DAY AND NIGHT I WOULD DO IT. BUT I WOULD NEVER DO WUT SHE DOES!! THATS NJUST WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS... IM DISGUSTED!!!!

Tyra, I loove your show but was horribly disappointed with the first show and even more disappointed the 2nd time around since I thought that you had brought her back to apologize to her and you just did the same thing you did before; be intolerant and judemental. I like you Tyra, I think you have decent values and you try to be tolerant but may I suggest that you work on this intolerance of sex workers before you have another one be on your show. You wore skimpy bikinis on the the runway and on the magazine covers and although you did not have sex with anyone, when guys look at theose magazines, they buy it because of the SEX APPEAL. whe nthey buy the magazine and get aroused, they go to people like ALana to 'finish off' and that's the cycle Tyra. You have no right to look down on her just because you don't agree with what she does. There are people who would say that you are just as bad as her since you sell the image of sex.... she just sells the actual product. you don't like when people judge you so why judge her? She did what she thought was the best option for her and she is trying support her child. She could have come on your show begging for handouts, she could have mooched off tax payer's money, but she did not. She is performing a service in order to get her paycheck at the end of the day and out of that paycheck she pays taxes... just like your modelling check pays taxes. You have racist people on ther show and you don't give them half the hellyou gave this young lady. you need to fix that Tyra. Much Love.

Look im personally not a fan of legal prostution but i understand that its her choice and whatever she has to do to keep herself and her baby healthy and well is her business i didnt believe in the way tyra jumped on her about doing it was right which isnt very like tyra. I do disagree with her having sex with strange guys while she was pregnant i dont think that was a smart decision on her part. But i do say if she really likes the bunny ranch then its her decision. who's to judge someone else on their life decisions.

we all live different lives. my love goes out to alana. i just gave birth to a baby girl 6 weeks ago and for the first 4 months of my pregnancy my father disowned me my mom is 1000 miles away and my fiance was laid off so i stripped all the way til i showed. i'm not proud but it paid the bills when all doors shut. so alana, do what u gotta do. i dont agree but if thats what you feel you must do to keep food on the table then so be it. i do think tyra was really ugly to the woman. i'm sure she onced looked up to tyra and the way she was treated was hurtful. i never turned to selling my body for sex but i was in the sex industry and u really have to live the life to understand where shes coming from. so all of you who are judging her step back and imagine if you had no option but sex or starving. you say one thing but once you get there its a completely different ball game. i dont agree w/ alana entirely but do what you gotta do to feed that baby. i support you, alana.

Alana, the day these women r in ur shoes then they could talk. NO ONE pays ur bills but u!!! GOD is the only one you answer to; you d owhat you think is best. Keep your head up!! ur windy city sista.

Tyra: i hope you read this ...i notice that when ppl cry on ur show you just sit there and let them cry! you never hand them a tissue and that is just not classy. now, onto the "pregnant prostitute"...personally, i would never make the same decision as this woman, but reading the comments here posted by other women...they are so judgmental and crass, calling her names...it makes one wonder why women feel the need to attack others so viciously. Instead of judging why not ask what made this woman make those choices...we saw on that show that she had had a relationship w/a 30 yr old man when she was 15, maybe that has something to do with it?! why not get this woman some help instead of just being a voyeur? she needed to go on Dr. Phil, not the Tyra Show

I personally think that Alana is doing nothing wrong, all accept she is giving up 50%. If working the bunny ranch is what she chooses to do to support herself and daughter so be it. Who is tyra to judge or anyone else for that matter. I thought it was wrong how tyra was attacking her ans some of audience members. Especailly that 6 month pregnant girl. Everyone is free to make their own choices and if Alana felt selling her body was the best for her why does it concern anyone else. She is going to be the one who has to live with it for the rest of her life. Sure there are other choices out there but does anyone remember were in a RECESSION!!!! Finding an honest job that pays well isn't exactly easy. I was once pregnnt and jobless and found it very difficult to find a job, I had to settle for minimum wage at a clothing store. Thank God for my now husband otherwise. So instead of ganging up on Alana we should respect the decision she made as it only affects her.

So- Alana "Only " gets 50 %?? I clean houses and get 40 %... If Alana was going to collect social sec., people would whine ad cry, if she stood on a register or stock shelfs, it would not support her and her daughter. I am german, german prostitudes are leagal, pay taxes and incurances. What makes America the Moral-police?? Make prostitution legal and the number of cheating, devorces, rapes would drastically drop! Alanas boss is a warm hearted but straight out bussiness man. I appreciate the way he supports her, replaces the family she needs so bad and does not have! I am sorry to line up with the Tyra- slammers, but this had to realy get off my chest! Alana: follow your inner voice! Do what you think is the right decicion and don't listen to other people! They are not here to help you- they don't need to tell you right from wrong! B.

Tyra is the biggest hypocryte of all! She talked down to Alana for making the choice to be a prostitute but modeling is not that much different. It's all about sex, that's what makes the world go around. Whether you are selling the sexy image in the victoria secret catalag or selling the real thing at the bunny ranch. One thing I want to say is that Tyra is no Oprah! Her facial expressions and maneurism were so unprofessional and disrepcful towards that Girl. Every body deserves to be treated with respect regardless of what their profession is. What is a magic wond of reality? What kind of oxymorone is that. Tyra take a class or two with Oprah before you call youself a talk show host.Brush up on your vocabulary and have some class. You have a long way to go.

I was really upset watching this show not at alana for being a prostitute but at Tara for being so judge mental not only to alana but to the bunny ranch owner you called him a pi mp but in reality tyra he's running a business and he has ppl comming to his ranch all the time and as long as he has the clients he's gonna stay open just as any business person would. Regardless how u personally feel about it you should have never talked down to him or her for what they do, and I say this because for someone (as yourself) who promotes tolerance and acceptance you came off very closed mined (very bully like) and that really just upset me. No matter how u feel personally ms tyra you should have still treated her and him with respect. The truth is sex sells (and you should now that better than anyone, you worked in an industry that also sells it) and as long as ppl pay for it its always gonna be around and that's just a FACT. I wish we lived in a perfect world but we don't and if someone wants to make there living having sex then so be it (at least she's supporting herself)and no one should ever be made to feel bad about that (even if its not what u would agree with) I hope that next time your so quick to judge someone you think twice about it because regardless on how u feel about it ppl still should be showen some respect (especialy a "guest"on YOUR show) everyone has feelings (even prostitutes)

Well I watched the show...I thought tyra was being a little blunt but its her show!! She was only tellin the truth..prostitution is a terrible thang n shouldn't be an option for any woman!! Alana was sounding really dumb! And acting as if she was scared of her big daddy! The ranch owner...she needs to leave their and grow up its other options and plenty help out there for ppl like her!! I really feel bad for her baby who has to grow up into that!!! All she had to say was that she's wanting to change I know tyra woùld have reached out!! Best regards to both ladies and tyra u beautiful and your show is awesome!! Keep up the good work! Mmwah

As far as Alana goes Tyra was kinda harsh. She's never been in Alana's shoes so she has no idea what Alana is going thru or how's she's feeling. Its hard being a single parent and having no support, not that that's a good reason to be a prostitute, but it's not far to judge a her based on the fact that you may or may not agree with prostitution. I just hope instead of just critizing her Tyra trys to help her find other resources and forms of support to better her life. I still love the Tyra show though.
