I think that she should do what ever makes her happy. I think she could be a prostitute and still be a great mother and role model. There is nothing wrong with prostitution.

I think she went to the show to use it to sell her services... I think she really wants to earn money, she doesnt care about values, moral or anything related to that...

hard to say. but i hope she duznt go back. part of me belives she willl though. she needs 2 understand thats thats not the only life style left 2 live and that she could find a job or at least try and be the mom she has to be. she shud stop because thats an embarrasment for her child when she grows up. knowing her mom did that will hav people talking thier smack

I hope Alana will allow a family member help her with the baby if she decides to continue her previous occupation the hardship will come when her daughter starts school, you know children can be very cruel to one another if they find out what she is or if one of the parents recognize her from the show. I wish you well Alana.

On the first show, I thought Tyra was cruel for not letting up on this girl - who already seemed to understand that doing something like this was wrong and she didn't like it. Now -- were all those tears of Alana's just related to pregnancy hormones or something? Because now she's totally reversed her story. She DOES like what she's doing, sees nothing wrong with prostitution, and she's not even sure she'll quit any time soon. I don't see how any person can call what prostitutes do, "easy." That's got to be an extremely hard thing for the average woman to do..... It is FAST MONEY. She can make more in a day than she could in probably a couple months at BK. I think the money's got her in the Golden Handcuffs.... Poor child, having to grow up and suffer in this situation, if the mother continues.....

My heart really went out to Alana and her new baby. I believe that Alana wants to do the best thing for her child and herself, but has been on the wrong road. I am in no ways judging Alana or Tyra, because Tyra's show has recognized the lack of morals and self-worth that Alana may have or dealing with. It is a shame and it is scary that she has to make a decision and has to face that decision and hopelessly without some other option!

I watched the whole episode. I think that if thats what makes her happy and feel finicially secure then she should do it. Live her life. Not everyone is born with a silver spoon in their mouths and ppl. to help them make it through their hardships. To corrine, it might be troubling because of what the child might go through but she is also doing so her child doesnt have to go without. Could you imagine waking up and your child having no clothes, diapers, or food. Simply heart breaking. If i didnt have any morals or was desperate enough i would do it too. I couldnt live with myself knowing that i could not provide... i couldnt look at my child and tell them that money has no way for us to eat or no home to live in... Everyones life is different. who are you ppl. to judge when you have never been in someones foot steps or suffered the same hardships.

Tyra, I love your shows. However, I do understand where people are coming from about your "judgmental attitude". I think that you are a very passionate person and very opinionated which shows in your comments and it makes you relatable. However as a show host I think you have to watch what you say and how you say it. I think you should show respect to ALL of your guests regardless of your opinion about them and be a bit more diplomatic. I think people will take to you better. Oprah is a very good example, she has had many controversial guests yet she remains neutral. I believe you have the potential to get to that level. Also, you can sound condescending and I notice that you often speak over your professional guests (psychiatrists, doctors, e.t.c)expressing your input, but the reason why you have professionals is to get a clinical and objective response to the issues on your show. When you jump in to interrupt with your own comments it defeats the purpose of having them on the show. All in all, I appreciate what you do, even though some people chastise you about being fake, judgemental, whatever, you are a human being and still growing and learning and I really believe that your heart is in the right place. Keep it up, stay open to learning and growing and I know you will go far. Thank you.
