Today on the show, the Cycle 12 "graduates" were surprised when Tyra announced that Kenya from Nous Model Management would be selecting two girls to sign with them. Tonight ANTM Cycle 12 comes to a close and we'll finally know which model made it to the top. Why does it matter if she is black or not. the person that won was the person that the judges thought was a better model. If allison would have won would people still be posting comments about them being racist. If you dont like teyona or allison let it be based on performance, not race. I mean, this is 2009. Why are people still talking black this and white that, its really rediculous. I liked them both but lets not forget that Teyona booked more go-sees than allison. Were the designers racist too?

I am soooo glad Teyona won and really happy for her and don't think anything has to do with race. I admit Alisson was beautiful but we gotta admit Teyona has and always showed more potential. It was a fair competition in my opinion.

Allison did book a go-see, it was Fo who was shut out. Gramma, Yoanna is half Mexican through her mother and Naima could be considered Latina given her last name is Mora, but she's really a mish-mash of races, so she falls in the "exotic" category. WHITE girls: Adrienne, Nicole, CariDee, Whitney and McKey. Given the demographics of America, that's actually disproportionately FEWER white women than in the general population. African Americans comprise about 12% of the overall population, so I think they've been very well represented on the show at 33%. It's the Latinas who are underrepresented. If you count Yoanna and Naima Mora, with Jaslene you have 3/12, which is DOUBLE the Hispanic demographic. Jaslene alone would be an under-representation of Hispanics. I'm looking for an Asian to win the "short" cycle; they've been almost non-existent on ANTM.

N- seriously?! why dont you just scroll up then and read the paragraph above all the comments then. Here it says "So tune in, click on and find out tonight after the America's Next Top Model Cycle 12 finale!" so if you didnt catch that on the show. then reading should have caught your attention. hmm.. i guess not

everybody stop boohooing about how allison should have won. we all feel like someone should have won, but we are not the experts, they are. hell i wanted aminat to win, but even though i was rooting for aminat i knew teyona was going to win, she was by far the best you all have to admit it. she tore that runway up especially at the end. she outshined allison, even after here ponytail came off (which can be very embarassing) she worked it all eyes were on her. alison booked one go see. like someone said on this post earlier this is not americas most improved model, allison would win hands down if this was what the show was about. its americas next top model and teyona was the best overall. and so what if she cried during the commercial shoot, she was not the first in the history of the show to do so. and who ever said in real life she would have been fired, well in real life if you couldn't book any go sees your agency would let you go. be honest with yourselves people get over race, the best won and you all k

Tyra, sorry but your 'Winner's have been so obvious from the beginning, since Cycle 11 started. I'm not gonna watch Cycle 13 because its mostly going to be about the ratings and technically it wont be High-Fashion anymore. Thanks Tyra for the great cycles (6,7,8) and thanks for making it enjoyable to all your fans. I've now grown to not watch this show anymore :) (Allison or Aminat should have won)
