In last weeks installment of our teen pregnancy diary, Taimyra had a special message for teen girls who are actually trying to get pregnant and was still weighing the idea of adoption.

This week Taimyra goes to the doctor to hear her baby's heart beat for the very first time.

hey tyra, hey i just wanted to thank for all the time you take for teens especially girls.i myself am teen girl and i watch your show everyday at 5 and out of that i have gotten so much,you are a role model for my friends and i.you have personally help get over some body image issues,throu hearing you talk about it,and keep up the hard work because you influence alot more people than you think!! god bless you love ange

ok iit me tyriance again.. the 1st time u hear your unborn babies heart beat its a beautiful moment.. ((while im not a teen mom)).. i know becuz i watch the video and it sound beautiful.. i know its hard for u to give your baby up for adoption.. but i think u should rethink urself and not give your baby up for adoption.. becuz its just not right to do.. i wish they didnt have adoption services.. becuz ppl think thats going to help them.. but it really wont.. ok.. if u put ur baby up for adoption u going to always think of him or her.. how u could hold him or her in ur arms.. u just going to rethink of wat u did.. u going to b a mom someday while why not b one now.. by the way im 14 yrs old and im not pergnant.. :)l0v3 ya(:

im 14 and when i was 13 i began having sex and soon rumors of me were spread of me being pregnant and me being young ond dumb i flaunted it even though i wasnt pregnant. when i turned 14 my sister who is 18 got pregnant and made it look like the greatest thing ever.by no way i am trying to tell you you are wrong for what you did cuz we all make mistakes. i hope you be the best mother possible to your baby.iCare!

You're not a bad person because of a mistake you made. Just start learning from them and move on from there. People, especially kids in school will always criticize you, no matter if you're doing good or bad. That's because their either jealous or just to quick to be judgmental. They don't know how it would be if it happened to them. So, just keep your head up, take care of yourself, work hard, study hard, and just move on from there. God bless again Tam!!!

It's easy for others on the outside to say that teens shouldn't have sex. But the the realness of it is, that they are. It starts in the home and as they grow up they are influenced by things outside of the home. We just have to keep communication open with our teens and teach them as they grow older from birth until teens even early adulthood the importance of them taking care of their bodies and the peer pressures of the world. But I'd like to tell Tam to just take it one day at the time and while you're still early in the pregnancy go and get your GED or even go back to school. Better yourself so you can have a better life for you and your child. You're not so limited because of a mistake that you made. God bless you!

I am a dad of a 5yrs old girl. I think this young ladies or girls need someone that they can look up to. Parents need to back then up cause we are all humans we all make mistakes we have to show then some how that we care for then no matter what. Everything happens for a reason maybe we are the ones that we dint show then or give then the attention they needed. We need to start acting like adults and start showing we do want the best for our children.Show it dont just tell it.

IM 17 AND 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. SWEETY KEEP YOUR BABY!!!! i WATCHED THE VIDEO WHERE YOU HEAR HIS HEARTBEAT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND YOU KNOW I THINK ITS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD. IM CURRENTLY PREGNANT AND I TOO CRIED WHEN I HEARD MY BABYS HEARTBEAT... I WAS EVEN MORE EXCITED WHEN I FELT HIM START MOVING AND KICKING. ITS THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD.!!! YOU GET TO WATCH HIM GROW INSIDE YOU AND WATCH HIM DEVELOP. DON'T GIVE HIM/HER FOR ADOPTION. I DON;T THINK THAT ITS THE BEST THING FOR YOU.

I really this Tyra should do a show on sucessful moms. I'm one of them. I'm 15 and my baby girl is just over three months. And also, i remember hearing her heartbeat for the first time, i really couldn't believe it. It just keeps getting better and better. Feeling the baby grow and seeing it for the first time...its all amazing!

I love the tyra show i really do but she really needs to do a show on teenage mothers who are succesful. Im 18 years old my boyfriend is 21, im currently 6 months pregnant and in my opinon were living the same life most 30 year olds who are apprently better parents are living. We rely on the government for nothing, we own a 3 bedroom single family home in a nice neighborhood and make 90,000 a year. All this show shows is the negative side to teenage pregnancy what about us that are doing better then most people who are at the publically accepted child bearing age? People say age determines what makes a good parent but what about the 30 year old who still acts young and parties and drinks and does drugs how in the WORLD is that a better mother than me an 18 year old independant woman who is relying on no one for help and I dont need anyones help I dont party and I never drank in my life. Not all teenage pregnancys should be put in the same categorey.
