What are barsexuals? Straight girls kissing each other for fun, attention and even money!

Tyra Show cameras follow ladies into the club on a "typical" night out, where they take Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" further than you'd ever believe. Plus, Tyra talks to Dana, a straight 15-year-old girl who kisses other girls for attention. And Jill, Dana's twin sister, confronts Jill about her behavior. Finally, Tyra talks to Genesis and Treasure, who frequently lock lips to get attention from guys. But for the first time, Treasure is ready to admit all that kissing has led her to develop feelings for Genesis. Now she wants their barsexual ways to turn into a real relationship!

it's one thing for single girls to go out and be barsexual, get free drinks from guys, get attention from guys, and EXPECT the guys to want to take them home for the night, but i find it digusting that the blonde girl with a boyfriend is going out and being barsexual and getting attention from other men. There's obviously a problem in her relationship if she needs to find attention elsewhere. Not to mention the fact of what is she doing getting wasting at a bar WHEN SHE HAS A ONE YEAR OLD at home with her boyfriend! and she's going out getting wasted and making out with her friend..i just find that morally wrong. I wonder what their families will think of this after they watch the show.

This is so stupid. What else will these girls do to please WASTED guys in a bar? Where are your priorities ladies?? Yeah, okay, so you're "just having a good time", but COME ONNNNNNN. It's almost insulting to the gay community. Get some respect. You're whoring yourself out.

I think the fact that these girls have to imitate another lifestyle to get attention from guys is ridiculous. Obviously they are extremely insecure with their own personalities, because they can't be themselves. They have to pretend to be someone else to get attention. I think it's wrong for them to imitate the gay lifestyle because they know it gets attention. This has to be frustrating for anyone of the gay community--because gays don't get praise when they make out. And this girl has a boyfriend?? I'd love for him to come home one night.."honey, i made out with some guys so hot girls would buy us drinks..no big deal right?" wrong.

This is pathetic. I am a REAL bisexual and girls (AND GUYS) who do this give gays, lesbians, and bisexuals a bad name! Some of my friends who I haven't come out to yet think that since these girls are all over the place acting this way, that they too are bisexual or lesbian that we're all like that. It's disgracceful to not only the gay community, but to themselves as well. It really shows that they have no respect for themselves and will do anything for a free drink.

Laura, this is why I'm an atheist. How DARE you say your "god" only created man and women?? So are you saying that what gay and bisexual people do are sins? If there really WAS a hell, I'd hope you'll rot in it. Your "god" is supposed to love everyone for who they are. Oh, and to answer your question on how gay people have sex, USE YOUR IMAGINATION! Anyway, Barsexuals are wrong. Gays and bisexuals are fine. STRAIGHT CHICKS, KEEP YOUR LIPS ON YOUR MEN!

Ok this has nothing to do with this subject but hey tyra i just wanted to say i have a story that i would like to tell but i love ur show 1st of all.Secand when i was a baby my dad was an acholic and he liked to party and drunk drive and got into a couple wrecks well two weeks before he preposed to my mom two months after i was born he got into an accident with his buddys there were 4 including him but only 3 came out of the crash alive.he was dead and he had left me and my mom behind well in 99 my mom had my sister i was almost 3 yrs and her dad cheated on muy mom.o in 2005 i was in walmart looking around for something good to listien to and found paramore and eversince i have gotten all of there CDs including 2 songs on the twilight Cd and my dream since I was 9 was to meet them it was the dream i had Haley Williams there singer made me want to sing and now i am almost 13 and i want to meet them more that ever.please e-mail me back i love u and both of ur shows.

i think all the publicity of this is crap. first off, i'm 14 and a lesbian. i already get a bunch of people who think i'm just faking it for the attention, and puting this out there just leads people to believe i'm faking it. i also get a ton of people who say i'm "too young" to know my sexuality. well, i say that if you can be sure you're straight at 14, then how the hell can't you know you're a lesbian? there are so many people who hate me because they think i'm fake that i believe it lead to my phychological problems. i've been admitted to a mental health hospital because they believed i was suicidal and a "danger to myself" and "acting out for help." i say that these "barsexuals" are idiots giving a bad name to all real bisexuals and lesbians everywhere. it's bullsh**.

This has nothing to do with your talk show but instead top model, I wanted to ask you something and this is the only way I can. I was watching the marathon of top model today on oxygen and I know its an old season but I wanted to say something about a comment you made. You were talking about Bre and you said something like she is short and should never take off her shoes, and her flaw was her height in alimination. I am 4'11' tall and my height is my biggest insecurity. I feel ugly, lack cofidence, and embarassed of my height all the time and this is nothing I can fix. Hearing that about a girl that is that much taller than me hurts. I know you are talking about the modeling industry and it is diffrent but please realize that many women like myself are watching.

I don't think anyone can blame anyone. I mean, it's being done for attention! There is no doubt about that. Any ATTENTION, is good attention to most people. Look at the reaction and the rise it's getting out of EVERYONE. Of course these girl's are going to keep doing it. I wonder why they think it's cool, and cute. Maybe people are making it look that way.

I blame it on Katy Perry's i kissed a girl song. girls start kissing and stuff for attention. i think thats just stupid. as Tyra said there are a lot of ways to get attention and kissing for no reason is not one of them. Katy Perry has targeted the gay community with this track by using the meaning of gay in a negative manner meaning people will start hatting gays more. it the same with another of her songs. your so gay and you dont even like boys.......i mean WHAT THE HELL!!

Tyra this is extremely disgusting...I have witnessed straight girls kissing other straight girls...and they were my best-friends...I was extremely angry at their actions because they were drinking! After I caught them doing this, I ran over to them and told them we were leaving they weren't happy but I smacked them and asked them if they lost their heads certainly they didn't understand because they were drunk. Of course when I told them they were laughing and singing Katy Perry's song. Honestly I can't stand when the same sex kiss because its just awful to see. I'm a Catholic, and its against the bible, God only created A MAN AND A WOMAN!!! I don't know how people can have sex with the same gender. I think the Celebrites and the media have a big part in this! Everywhere now u see Celebrites coming out of the closest, like Lindsey Lohan, pretty sure a few years ago she was all into men, now she use to have a girlfriend wow...this is pretty stupid. I think the Media is telling teenagers and adults that its cool to be gay, which really being gay have a negative affect. There's hate crimes against gays, violence, and won't be accepted in communities. I think this should stop now!

This subject is very frustrating for me. A few years ago I had developed feelings for my female friend, and when we were around other people she claimed to love me back. It broke my heart when I learned she was just putting on a show. I'm not familiar with "barsexuals" but it annoys me when straight girls kiss... kisses should actually have feelings behind them.
