Wow, some of these comments are so ridiculous it is unreal. First of all, the religious crap im reading... PLEASE SHUT YOUR MOUTH. Some of my friends are gay/lesbian and they LOVE god, they attend church.. they worship him everyday. Have you ever thought that this is something god himself introduced into this world? Probably not. Gay and Lesbian couples adopt children all the time... they give an abandoned child a HOME.. have you ever thought this was part of his PLAN because some people really just DONT know how to put a condom on or take some birth control when they arent ready for a child? Everything that happens in this world happens because thats what god has put in place. And the girls on the show... ugh. Its cool to do it every now and then.. but every time you go out? Noooo no no. My boyfriend works at a bar and he and everyone else that works there.. knows the girls by name that come in and do that. They do NOT respect them whatsoever.. and when things get too heated between those girls.. they get KICKED out. Because SOO many people complain to the owner about it. They make themselves look like skanks doing it all night every night they go out.

I wish that the barsexuals would at least acknowledge the affect and ramification that their actions have on other people. Doing sexual things for attention is whorish. If you were kissing just for each other, to show emotion, to express your intimacy for each other and not because "oh boys watch us smooch all over the place to turn you on and look at us because that feels nice", if you aren't doing it for that then it's okay. it's pure and not tainted by the need for attention. girls like that don't just give lesbians a bad name, they give all girls a bad name. We're not going to act out your sexual fantasies just because you buy us a drink and pay us a little attention. And lesbians who are just trying to be with their girls aren't going to be with you just because your a man. it made me sad to hear those first girls and how they just don't get it, or don't want to get it because they're addicted to the attention from men.

I am not lesbian, but I fully support the gay community and have many, many goy friends and coworkers. We all do and just don't know it! The lesbian gal that appeared on 'Girl on Girl Kissing' was very passionate and could not fully express her thoughts. I feel greatly for her. Those girls in the barsexual situation were not just kissing, they were acting "slutty". I am not saying they are, but their actions spoke that. Yes, heterosexuals kiss in public, but when they start drooling/pawing each other, most people view it with distaste and they certainly are not jumping up on the bar and making a scene for the entire establishment. Men are highly sexual beings are very visual. This poor lesbian girl wants to be able to kiss her girlfriend and not have half the men come over and start picking up on her and her girlfriend. "Yuck!" for her and anyhow, most of the gay community is in hiding and would never put on displays like this in a regular bar out of respect for themselves and others. If these gals think that the attention they are getting and guys encoraging tham to get on the bar and dance while doing sexual acts is not done purely for their gratification, they are nuts. Alot of thes guys would love to take them home, try to get past first base and if they do, I can guarantee that they will not have an ounce of respect for them the next morning, if they even let them stay that long. If these girls are looking for a myriad of one nighters, then by all means, "to each their own". You'll get lots of attention and adoration, but in the end you'll end up used, abused, and lonely. Please

I have mixed feelings about kissing other girls. I feel that it can be harmless fun and I have no problem with that. However; A lot of women don't seem to posses enough common sense to know when it's OK or not OK to kiss another woman. Getting drunk and kissing your girlfriend in front of a bunch of men who "DON'T" respect you, could be dangerous. It also helps to know if the woman you're kissing, feels the same way you do so it doesn't end in hurt feelings. And lastly, I feel that we SHOULD be considerate of the lesbian community and not make an over the top gross display of ourselves in public. So where does that leave women who are just having harmless fun? Sadly, I don't think we'll ever live in a world that isn't judgmental. So the bottom line is use some common sense and shrug off the rest.

This is CRAZY! I want to SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! This is truly the end of time. You guys must stop promoting lesbianism. It is 100% Against God. Many of you who support lesbianism will have to answer to GOD. REPENT! REPENT! REPENT!. People stop promoting it. Stop supporting it. I don't care who you are I will tell you the truth. I wish these girls would stop being so stupid and show some self respect! I am a lesbian and I HATE nothing more than a straight girl coming on to me for attention at a bar! As if!!! Get a life and stop giving lesbians a bad name...

Hi, Wow Tyra, I was starting to really enjoy your programs, but sometimes I am a bit 'put off' on what you seem to think is"show worthy". Girl on girl kissing is "not Tyra show worthy!!" If my nine year old daughter was home, I would not be watching your program!! That says a lot about how disappointing this show was to me. Gosh, I would never want to give my daughter "Autumn" the impression that kissing a girl is a great way to get attention. This show was kinda pathetic and sad to me...........

I definitely can see how the woman that is a lesbian could be affected by other girls kissing in public for attention. The excuses the 2 girls were coming up with were pretty stupid, calling it a lifestyle was pretty sad. They do not only make lesbians look bad but also make women in general look stupid. I don't need to search for attention like that because by the end of the night you know those girls are just being laughed at by men & women alike. As for the boyfriend he also has ZERO respect for his girlfriend. His response when Tyra asked how he felt he seemed to just like the fantasy, just like the guys from the bar.

Leighann I think that is a dumb statement to say that, the lesbain on the show should go to a gay bar if she wants to go to a bar, so what they should have to! go to a gay bar just because their sexual preference is different, there still people and should be able to go out with the person they care about{no matter what sex} regardless! of if their gay or not.

First of all, the two "barsexual" girls really need to acknowledge that there are some underlying issues here... I think that this is just another form of playing games to get attention and it's really a form of manipulation. These girls are using their sexuality in order to attract male attention and then are honestly shocked when they get the response they were fishing for? I don't think so. They have some serious self-esteem/self-respect issues - instead of owning their sexuality, they are exploiting it. This is not a good model of how to behave if you want attention. Stop playing games and be yourself. If you have self-esteem issues, the last thing you need is to be hit on by a guy that just wants you because you act overtly sexual and because he wants to take you home. Don't be afraid of who you are - own it, love it. You can't count on others to give you self-worth.

you cant get respect from others if you do not have respect for yourself, no one mentioned anything about self respect during the show, but i think it all starts with self respect. if you do it to fit in you dont respect yourself. if you have respect for yourself others wont expect stupid immature behavior from you.

The first two young women who were on the show really didn't understand what the young woman of color was saying...as lesbians (or anyone who doesn't identify as straight), if you are a feminine woman you are not taken seriously because striaght girls who kiss are doing so for the sexual gratification of men. And that is NOT what lesbianism or same-gender loving is about. However, because you have young women like this kissing for the pleasure of men and to get attention from men, it takes away from the authenticity of lesbians. Women who are in relationships with other women aren't kissing in public or being affectionate in order to give pleasure or gratification to men- and unfortunately these young women on the show reinforce that notion.

i think little miss "lesbian" should take a serious chill pill. theres ppl out there taht are doing so much worse thing then just kissing. i dont think there is a problem with girls kissing girls at all. im bi and have kissed many girls. in fact my first sexual experience was with a girl but im now a mother of an 11 month old baby boy engaged to be married to a guy. i still dont see how its anyones business if 2 girls are kissing eachother. i agree with them if you dont like it then dont look.

I think that is stupid for people to worry so much about girls kissing girls and girls turning gay its a choice that has nothing to do with anyone else, I am 19years old I have a 1 year old daughter and Im a lesbian. I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years and it seems that everyone has something to say about gay couples when it has nothing to do with them.. People need to live their own lives. We make our own choices. If you like girls you like them if you like guys you like them.
