Hey tyra... i love your show. im so excited to get my pink dress the u had on your show. i ordered my dress as soon as i show it on your show. i never had my perfect prom. but im hoping to make up for it at my brother in-laws wedding in sept.

hey tyra i realy like your show especialy the free stuff !! and i just wanted to ask about the prom episode you did........there was a girl who couldnt aford braces and you gave her somthing else to put on well i have a simmular problem and i was wondering if u could tell me the name of the thing u gave her+i think it was very kind of u to do that!!! .......thanks for listenig.

Hi tyra; first I wanna say that i adore your show and bout today's episode I found it very intresting because in my opinion this is one of the biggest girls or boys problem so my advice for the unpopulargirls is do not ever give up; and say this is it i'am ugly and fat....bla bla bla you have to wake up and to move on, work on yourselves and don't lesson to the others,look for the beauty in you and bring it on. Hey Tyra! I'm watching the Prom show right now and let me just say, the pink dress was my FAVORITE! It's like my DREAM DRESS! Also it was so sweet for you to do all of that for the girls to make their proms perfect. It was kind of a bitter sweet thing for me while watching the show because I was so happy for the girls who got all of the stuff, but I was sad because I'm not going to get to go to prom. I guess I was pretty envious. I go to school that doesn't do prom so that sucks, but I'm glad all of those girls lived their prom dreams! :) You are an amazing person Tyra!! -Shelby :)

Hi Tyra I'm sitting here watching your show about bad hair. I understand the way some people feel aout bad hair. I have naturally curly hair and have hated it my life. I straightened it for years (every 3 months rofessional straighteners). I am now 55 and I still hate my hair but I guess I'm stuck with it. You see some white people do understsnd what you mean by bad hair, if I let my hair get too long it looks like an fro. Eleven years ago I had breast cancer and had to have one removed, chemo followed I lost my hair i prayed for it to grow back straight but I didn't get my wish but at least (I'm still cancer free. Hair's not everything life means so much more. Thanks, I love your show.

WOW, Let me first state that Our hair isn't nappy or kinky or any other derogatory name that it has been given! Our hair is WOOLY! It may be wooly and course or wooly and fine, but it's wooly! I think it's a sin & a shame before the creator to have these ignorant African woman on tv stating that they don't like their hair because it's not straight or smooth or long or "good"! The negatives terms of our hair, structure, and features come from the white people who enslaved Africans and made us feel like we were lower than animals! The woman that had a child outside of her race for her childs hair is mentally sick, and should seek plenty of help! This topic alone addresses the psyche of African women today, and I would be ashamed to be related to any of those women on that stage that have a negative opinion of their hair! Personally I wouldn't marry or have any children with a African woman that straightens or relaxes her hair because I think it looks tacky!

hi tyra um u are great but i am a sixth grader at madison elementry getting ready to go to el capitan middle school and i am un popualar at madison and there are many problems at my school i mean there are ''popular'' girls always trying to fight with me and my friends its like they have no feelings at all im serious i was watching your show on monday and you were talking about apoligizing and somtimes we all need to apoligize but sometimes not ya u should be the bigger person and apoligize but most of the time there is an istagater and they walk over tell them wat they sed so its he sed she sed so it makes it worse somtimes wen u dont say anything back to the popular so they should apoligize but wen u think one of them is on your side they are not so im owndering if you can help we have got in trouble many of times but nothing has happened its not only me its my best friends to and i would stick up for my friends before i would stick up for myself because my friends mean the world to me they are great so u could help us,-please

Hi Tyra, I have appreciated many of your shows and I can definitely appreciate your success as a young black woman. Thank you for all that you do. However,I think the approach or objective of your show today was quite frankly unbalanced and unfair. There was something very demeaning about the directions taken to make your points.It was in my opinion, essential to somehow make the unpopular girls feel as if they had just as much power (and they do) as the unpopular girls...As human beings we are all very powerful beings. I'm not sure what you expected to accomplish from this show but I would like to suggest you consult a psychologist/psychiatrist before you attempt to do a show that might in some cases inflict more damage than help. I am sure you intentions were good! There was something very demeaning and unsettling about the show! Could this be coming from a place of your arrogance or maybe your producers' arrogance since you did not seem to be clear even yourself on where you were going with this at times?

Hey. im gp those are my initials. I loved the show you did 2day tyr. it was brilliant. I do beleive that tamara did think too much of herself and that she would not stand up and say sorry for what she really did to those other girls. Everyone has beauty, but it unfortuanet that everyone cant see it. Everyone is beautiful in there own special way but some people just express it differently.

dear tyra i was watching your show and iwant to say i wish those girls well cause i use to get pick on since i open up anybody dont pick on me anymore and ishow them i am not afraid and i hope they get through its not to be afraid cause i wish them strength and courage to show them they only pick on you when you stay quiet

Tyra, I love it when you do shows like this. Brings the things to light that so many people try to hide. My sister was made fun of in school for being kind of nerdy and not popular. She found her way into the popular group after junior high and I had to remind her that she shouldn't make fun of anyone like her friends were encouraging her to do, because she had once been in that position. Love the show... Also, I don't know if you know, but someone wrote a cute article about you dating Kanye West at www.clutchmagonline.com You should check it out Tyra. It made my day today.

TYRA, YOUR SHOW TODAY WAS GREAT. THOSE SO CALLED BEAUTY PAGEANT GALS HAVE A LOT TO LEARN. SEEING THEM ON TV I CAN TELL YOU THEY THINK THEY ARE THE GREATEST. THE OTHER LADIES WERE HONEST AND OPEN AND ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY ARE OUR FUTURE AND GOD BLESS THEM.
