When the competition's this fierce, even the best get beat.
It came down to the final four and what a fabulous four it was! Aminat, Teyona, Celia and Allison all have been strong competitors this whole cycle so we knew it'd get tough in the last few weeks, sure enough - - it was.
While in Brazil, it was only fitting that they do a little samba dancing and Paulina was there to help teach them. The girls did surprisingly well, and Teyona just did surprising - - this top competitor was a little awkward during her dance.
Of course, where there's a teach, there's a challenge.
As expected, the ladies sambaed their way through the challenge hoping to win Ara Vartanian jewelry worth over $7,000 to share with a pal. While Celia was sure this was Aminat's challenge, it was actually she who reigned victorious and shared her bling, bling prize with Allison.
As the models headed to their photoshoot, already decked out in wild hair and makeup, they ran in to a snag - - a lady stalled on the side of the road, blocking their path. The frazzled woman emerged angry from the steaming car, while everyone got out to help her. But as the smoke cleared, she looked familiar...
You guessed it, it was the photographer for the day's shoot - - Tyra! Tyra shot the girls as exotic birds posing in their nests. While shooting with a judge - - THE judge, at that - - might make most nervous, every girl turned it out under Tyra's solid direction.
Four fantastic photos made the judges' job even harder this week. Allison's baby-bird shot earned her the first call-out, and while Teyona rested a little on her good reviews, she came in second. Both Aminat and Celia found themselves in the bottom two for the third time. It was Celia who's three strikes left her out and she left as she always wanted to - - twirling.
Only one more week until we meet America's Next Top Model!
