dear tyra, i dont usually watch ur show cuz im at work, but i did catch you talkin with miley, (she is an idol to an impressionable youth audience), and thot it was in very poor taste to teach american kids to be dishonest and paranoid by invading others privacy by going thru thier cell phones. try to be a more positive roll model in the future.

I was a big fan of Tyra and her show until I saw how she acted with Miley Cyrus on her show today. Tyra, sexualizing children is not cute. You told Miley that she was "hot" in her short dress that revealed way too much. You always contradict yourself and I am starting to realize that you are a hypocrite. I could see you one day having a show about teen girls dressing too sexy, and lecturing them about their lack of self-respect and self-worth. Also, towards the end of the show you told Miley's male costar that he was "hot" then made sure he was 18...once he said he was 18, you said "oh, okay, then I can say you're hot!" But it was okay for you to tell Miley, a child, that she looked "hot" in her oversexualized-looking dress? I think what might have even been worse than that was when you asked her male costar (don't know his name) how good of a kisser Miley was. Are you serious? I am only 22...I went through a stage when I was Miley's age where I thought I should try to dress above my age also, but I quickly grew out of it and realized how stupid I was for acting that way. But I can say that during that time, no adult that I look up to ever told me I looked "hot." I now have enough wisdom to know that these young girls like that really need guidance. It is really sad that Tyra Banks, such a huge role model for young women, would promote sexualization of a child, just to promote a movie.

Tyra, I am surprised that your having Miley Cyrus on your show, as I do watch your show faithfully and I know you don't care for racist people. I have a daughter that is 6 yrs old and used to love Miley until she showed her real side of making fun of asian people recently. I was married and my family was bi-racial, my ex was Japanesse, I'm all white, my son is half japanese and white and my little daughter is adopted from China. I would not ever buy anything again for my little Christi that had anything to do with Miley, I refuse to make her pocket any deeper then it is, especially since she has a problem with asian's eyes being slanted. My little daughter was just crushed and asking me as her Mama why would Miley make fun of asian people's eyes, my answer to her was, "I don't know, some people just do bad things in life" ... I hope tomorrow you will ask Miley, why would she do something like that if she's so grounded and grown up as she and her daddy say she is. I do wish I was on your show tomorrow, as I would ask her myself !!!!
