When it comes to the law, Judge Jeanine Pirro dishes out some straight talk.

Judge Jeanine doesn't parse words. On today's show the Judge helped settled disputes between a couple and two former friends.

Joanne took some racy pics for her boyfriend Jamal, but wants them back because she is worried he will show them to other people. Under the law, Judge JP says Joanne took and gave those pictures to her BF as an unconditional gift and therefore Jamal is entitled to keep them. However, because Jamal was playing games and said he only threatened to show the sexy pics of Joanne when he was angry, in the court of equity, Judge JP gave those steamy pics back to Joanne.

In the case of "Give Me My Prom Shoes Back!" Holly says she is entitled to keep Jennifer's prom shoes because Jen stole her boyfriend. Holly says Jennifer knew she was going through a rough time with her bf, talked with her about it all the time, and then Jennifer developed feelings for him and now the two are dating. Jennifer says that's not her fault and that the shoes are hers and she wants them back.

Well according to the Judge, Jennifer abandoned her shoes and never asked Holly for them back directly. Therefore, because a few months have passed, those prom shoes belong to Holly.
