Hey Tyra,over the past 5yrs I've gained sooooo much weight and to be ohnest it has taken a huge toll over my life, to the point of wanting to die.I know that's a very drastic measure but this 65lbs has ruined my life....There is so many things that I want to try to do but losing my job and home, theres no money for me to be able to do it.I really don't know what to do anymore.HELP!!!!!!

This is to Lisa K., im not hating but you DO know that once you get naked the the person you are with is going to be very disappointed because you don't have a booty lol! There are exercises you can do to lift and firm that area. Kick backs (on all fours and kick you leg back like a donkey) fire hydrants (on all fours and you lift you leg to the side like a dog peeing) and squats can help you build a nice booty. Your butt is fat and muscle, if you don't have the fat build the muscle. But most importantly you should be happy with yourself and play up your other assest. Just some advice I hope it helps.

I know i'm gonna get h8d on. i'm a black girl with NO butt! i love my body but this girl needs some booty. So last week after the show aired, i found feelfoxy.com. they had good reviews so i tried them out. i ordered the formed butt enhancer and was able to try it out this past weekend. damn. i caught guys with their jaws dropped! i went back to the site and bought the silicone padded panty. gonna try them out this weekend.

Hey Tyra, my name is Ashley and i am 18 yrs old. All of my life i have been very petite even now i am not even 100 lbs. i have been called anorexic and balemic and sticks and all sorts of hypocritical things. it has really took a huge toll on me i have tried eating and eating every second of every day and i still can not gain weight i have hid myself in big baggy clothes to hide how skinny that i am. i am so self concious about the way i look not having a nice well round butt and not have big full breast. it sucks i don't feel beautiful or healthy at all. everyone tells me that i look like a skeleton i mean you see all of bones thats what people tell me. i have been trying hard since i was as young as i can remember. and it sucks even more because the love of my life also tells me he wishes i was thicker and more healthy and i try my best to gain weight for him so he would look at me and not other curvacious women i envy so much. i just wish i could gain weight easier and just be beautiful...it's about the one thing that depresses me so much in my life and i just wish i could not be depressed about my body and just find myself beautiful.

I think it's not really a matter of having larger breasts, or a nice booty. What matters is if you're comfortable in your own skin. Confidence will get you further than sex appeal. Does it really matter what men think of you? If you can't learn to love yourself, how will you expect others to do the same?

Hi Tyra, Im 17 about to be 18 in less than a month. Ive always had trouble with my weight. Growing up i couldnt gain weight. Untill i started running x country in 6th grade then i didnt weigh a hundred untill 9th grade and that was the year i had so much confidence i was quite literaly 34 23 36. I wore a 32 C, My waist was unbelievably tiny thanks to pilate core workouts and running and my lower body, well I had to wear a size 5 or 7 jeans but then they were extremely huge in the waist. I had to get them that big to fit in my booty hips and thighs though. I was a little heavier on bottom from the running but i didnt mind. At the begining of my llth grade i weighed a healthy 124 lbs but then i was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I had to quit all my recreational sports because no one will treat me untill im 18. So my only option has been to take medications that make me feel worse than ever but help me stay awake and regulate other things. I have lost a bunch of weight and really have no confidence at all sadly. I feel like no one knows the real me because i had to change schools, and this is all they see. I miss my old self. I just cant gain weight again at all. :( If anyone could help me or is going through the same thing even a little plz reply

U KNOW, EVERYONE SAYS BE HAPPY FOR WHAT U GOT, BUT HONESTLY ITS HARD WHEN ALL U SEE IS WOMEN WITH BANGING BODIES IN THE VIDEOS, MAGAZINES,ETC. I HAVE A VERY NICE BODY NOW, BUT WHEN I WAS IN H.S IN THE 90'S I WAS VERY SKINNY AND I HATED MY WEIGHT, MY BEST FRIEND AND I TRIED EVERYTHING TO GAIN WEIGHT BUT NOTHING WORK. IT TOOK ME TO HAVE TWO KIDS FOR ME TO HAVE THE BODY I ALWAYS WANTED AND MY YOUNGEST IS 3 YEARS OLD AND I STILL FIND MYSELF ASKING (ONLY BECAUSE IM LOOSING A LOT OF WEIGHT) "AM I LOOSING MY BREAST AND MY BUTT, ESPECIALLY THE BUTT" BUT THIS IS HOW SOCIETY MADE ME. IF U HAD LONG HAIR AND A NICE BODY THEN U ARE A 10!

Hi Tyra, I'm a young female with smaller breasts. I feel that men can and are attracted to women with smaller breasts. That being said I do not think the size of my breasts matter. & I do feel sexy/beautiful with the breasts I have.

Hi Tyra, My name is Justin. I've never watched your show before. Today I was working on a paper on my world view for my philosophy course. I had my television on in the background, I wasn't paying much attention, and your show was on. It was a rerun form 2008: Big Ones vs. Small Ones. I am a 23 year old student and have dated quite a few women. As your show kept grabbing my attention I couldn't help but feel bad for the two women, who believed their lives would be better off with larger breasts, you had one you show. I personally was VERY attracted to these two women...FAR more than I was to the other two women with larger breasts. From my point of view large breasts are amazing and are huge part of male attraction toward women. What will surporise you is that of all of the women I have dated maybe two have have larger than a B cup. My point is there are men out there that are attracted to women with that body shape. They can be sexy to.

Let's face the facts here.. men do not find small-breasted women attractive. Period. That woman who said she actually had to 'try' when she had small breasts said it all. I've had small breasts my whole life, and have given up trying to be sexy. It's so pointless to try to be beautiful if you've got nothing to suggest a womanly figure. If you've got small breasts, men will never find you sexy, and that's just the way it is.

hey trya i was watching you show today and i loved todays topic . im a plus size female who has large breast i have a 52 fff. and they are natural but sometimes they are hard to manage because of back pains and finding shirts my chest seems to pop out my shirt and i also have a butt i dont have a buffy the body butt but i have enough alot of guys stare at my butt and chest and are in love with them . i know alot of females that are jealous of my chest people often ask me to donate them etc.
