HI Tyra. My Name is Trudy.I am a mother of three,an my 15 year old sister has been living with me..since November.. My mom does not help me with her at all.. an now her dad that she has never seen wants to take her...Not only that..I've been with my son father for 7 years an just found out that he's been having an affair for the past 3 years...So i've kicked him out.. But i have no job. But i've been looking so i can support my family.An would love to work..But i have a 10000 things going on i dont even know where to start.. Hey tyra i love you and your show:) well im 15 and in stress:l yea i know im young, here is the story, my mom is a single mother who has a job but does not get paid enough. We have no home,car, or food. We are currently staying at my mom friends house(its a house shared by different people but we are crowded in one little room),wich we need to move out of because its bought by the bank and asked my mom friend to move out. I have a 17yr old sister whom shes a teen parent of a beautiful 6months old baby boy. She has a job but she also does not get paid enough. She barely can aforrd diapers for my nephew. I also have a 8yr brother who has dreams and hopes of going back to school, because of the problem we are going through we are not able to go back to school. You see i stay home and take care of my nephew and brother while my mom and sister go to work.this is a summary of what we are currently living(but thier is more to this story)

Dear tyra my name is faith i love your show. please help me i am so depreesed i feel like I want to die everyday. b=cuz how ugly i am i got a scar on my face and dark marks on my face. the only reason i go on is for my kids.i went to dermotolgist she told me i need a chemical peel so i got obagi blue peel now my face is pink still that was 2 months ago. that was going to help my skin but it didnt . i think all she want was my money that was my boyfriend tax refund money. now every day i cry hopeing i wake up look ok but i dont. plese help me live again thx faith plaese please please please please pleaseplesase please please help me
Hey Tyra I am stressed out because I've spent 25 years of my life trying to be the recording artist that I am. My first Album was a hit in three block buster hit movies which was picked up by a major recording Malaco Record. The stressed out part is I never recieved any money for my efforts. Hi tyra I want to start off by saying I love u and ur show ur so spunky n free.well I am 20 years old n ian constantly stressed about my boyfriend n my mother. He always tflls me what I'm doing wrong n what Im saying wrong he's all about controll he wants to be boss all the time he tells me were not even because he's a man n the man has the power I totaly disagree but I can never get my point across he always over speaks me. Also my mother Is always fighting about money n bills bringing me down if I can't give her the money she needs which by the way is never good enough when she does get it. I'm really stressed out tyra I lost my job n now she's angry cause I can't provide money for her like I always did n it drives me crazy while my boyfriend mentally torchurs my skills n my abilitys because I am the woman.Tyra I need help to clear my mind. Well more than a coment I need to ask for an advise; I've searched the Internet trying to find a web sites about auditions for commercials but the ones that I have found charges people I don't feel I can trust those web sites. I do not want to be caught up in a fraud kind of deal.

Hi tyra let me start by sayin I love u as well as your show but I'm 21 years old n I do believe that I'm stressed out and as a result I have lost some weight. I have a child she's a year old but she barely knows her father he disclaims her n that hurts me to have to look at my child n kno that her father doesn't want her. He has 4 kids from 3 different mothers that I just found out about but she's the only one he treats differently. He don't spend anytime with her and whenever she needs something he says he don't have the money. He disrepects me but I can't get away from him cuz we work together n he thinks he own me. He tells me I'm the one he really wants to b with but he have a strange way of showin it n its really startin to affect me n a bad way. I'm always angry because of him and I don't want to b like that I really need some help so your fed back is really appreciated
Hello! Yes sometime I'm stress i end up having anixety attack and it's not nice to go through that at all. I have been through so much in the past few years that I want to run away... God is my strength and I'm holding on everyday...I'm now is college at the age of 45 and it's hard to try to get through school but i'm not going to give-up with that either.I'm going to keep on going, the reason I'm saying this is because I did not pass my classes and have to do them all over the 2nd go round.... I been out almost 30 years and I won't give up. I CAN NOT LET SCHOOL OR ANYTHING SRESS ME NO MORE!!!
I was surfing the web today trying to find options available to homeless pregnant women with children and came across this site which deals with stress. I gave birth prematurely with my first child because of stress and i am trying to find ways to deal with stress now to prevent the same thing from happening again. I have found that trying to fill my day with playing with the kids instead of fussing or picking on every little thing helps as well as staying busy will help take the edge off. Dealing with stress is hard, but stress always seems to come easy!!!

Hi tyra iam 23and i have a 2 year old and he is very active i just want to keep up with him but i am overweigh currently iam trying towalk and play ball with my famaly to loose weighand it is workig currently i lost 30 pound i just need more motavation thanks and i love your show i see it everyday
