Tyra's Glam Squad are the fiercest in the business. Yaniece dresses Tyra to the T; Oscar knows how to give Tyra bouncy curls and Valente always makes her eyes pop.

The Glam Squad gave 4 deserving women the chance of a lifetime to be models for a day with out-of-this-world makeovers.

Now they're dishing out some of their beauty and fashion secrets just for you!

Yaniece Thomas, Wardrobe Stylist
We all know that times are tough right now, which can make shopping for the latest fashion trends a bit difficult. Check out the thrift stores in your area. That is a great way to find clothes you will love, keep your wardrobe looking new and fresh, and you'll also be putting money back into the economy!

Another thing I love to do with my friends is have a monthly Diva Swap. These are my all time fave. Each month we all get together at someone's house and have a themed party. Everyone brings some of their gently worn garments and get "Diva Dollars" at the beginning of the night. Then we have a bunch of food and drinks and start bidding on the clothes we want. By the end of the night we've all had a ton of fun and walk away with new clothes and you don't have to spend a dime! It's a fun night with the girls and kills the shopping urge!

Oscar James, Hair Stylist
The way to get curls like Tyra is to start with blow dried hair. Take 1-inch sections of hair and spray it with a light holding spray. Twist hair around a quarter size curling iron and hold for a few seconds. Use a small iron for tight curls and a larger iron for softer waves and curls; the larger the iron, the looser the wave. Pull the end of the section through the curling to finish the ends. For a more tousled and fuller look curl one row to the left and the next to the right and keep alternating. This keeps the curls from clumping together and makes the curls sit on top of one another and makes the hair appear fuller.

Valente Frazier, Make-Up Artist
Are you tired of seeing girls with clumpy glue on their false lashes? Well, here's a simple tip to make your falsies appear seamless and flawless. First chose glue that's made for use on the eyes, not glue for weaves! Weave glue should stay reserved for your head ladies. Weave glue is much stronger, but can permanently damage your lash bed, inhibit lash growth, and rip the lashes you do have out! Duo Lash Glue is a perfect product to consider. It is a latex formula that is gentle for the eyes. This product comes in two shades, black and white. I use the black glue on Tyra.

Once you've taken the false lashes out of the cart, take the head of a bobby pin and apply a small dab of glue to it. Gently apply the glue to the band (the part that fits on the eye) of the false lash. Repeat this step once more to assure that you have a sufficient amount of glue to adhere to your lash line. The key is not to use too much so you don't get that clumpy gluey look. Wait a minute for the glue on the lash band to become a little tacky and then apply the false lash to your lash bed (the base of the lashes).

To help you see where you are putting the false lash, try squinting the eye you are applying the lash to, keeping it slightly open. Tyra does this with her eyes all the time when I'm applying her lashes.

Make sure before you glue the lashes on that they are not too long or too short. Hold the false lash up to your eye to measure it. If it's too long, snip a small piece off the end. For an even, more believable lash, try a false lash that's not too long and unnatural looking. Also try cutting the false lash in half. Apply the half lash to the end of your lash bed. Mascara is the final touch that seals the deal. It helps to blend your natural lashes together with the falsies for a final flawless finish.

Finally, these are three make-up must-haves I recommend!

  • Makeup Forever Face and Body Foundation

  • L'Oréal Paris' Double Extend Mascara

  • Iman Cosmetic's Afterglow Bronzing Powder

Hi Tyra!!!!! I loved your show toady. All the girls were beautiful after their makeovers. I loved Nadia, her makeover was so hip and so 2009. I am such a plain girl. I sometimes want to spice up my attire, but I am not sure how to. I don't know what looks good on me and what doesn't, thats my problem. I am scared to try new things. I stick to the same hairstyle with is a doobie and a plain sense of fashion. I don't know Tyra.... Can you help me?

Hi Tyra, my name is leeanna henry and i am 19yrs old and you are my inspiration ever since i was 8yrs old. I wish and dream of meeting you all my life. When i was younger i always wanted to attend your t-zone camp and i never got the chance to do so, but as i grown my love for you never change but only got bigger, since i was 13yrs old i want to go forward in my dream of becoming a model and i missed my chance to be on cycle 13 for petite models but tyra i am not giving up. I am watching your show as your glam squad gives these ladies a chance to be a model for a day and tyra i will ABSOLUTELY loveee to get the chance to be a model for a day. I promised myself that if i just meet you tyra there is NOTHING that i can't do or go, tyra if i just meet you!. I love you and you are the only person that inspired and help me to be the young lady, that people see and love today you are a strong women and everything that i strive to be as a Lady. Lots of Love...Leeanna

i absalutely love the shoes that julia is wearing when she comes onstage in the pink dress .. where are they from?

Hi Tyra, Believe it or not I a guy and I watch your show everyday that I work from home. You have great topics. I was Just wondering, you always have make overs for women and young ladies. Why don't you ever have men that get make overs. Not saying that I deserve one, but I am sure there are some fellows out there that watch you show that do deserve it.

Hey Tyra! I absolutely loved the show today! Those girls were so beautiful before their makeover and after they just looked stunning! I love the fantasy makeovers you do and I liked this time how you added the "out on the street" look so they could go out looking like a dove, fairy etc. but in a very natural beautiful way. I would love a true fantasy makeover. What I mean by TRUE is ... what my fantasy or dream would be later on in life (my goals). One of my dreams that I pray for every night is to meet you face-to-face, eye-to-eye! However, the dream that I would love to be turned into a makeover is to be a Professional Hockey Player for team Canada! I find that it’s so hard to make a hockey player look sexy lol, I have the pink hockey gloves aha and pink stick and that’s all they have for the “girl” colours… well that I can find in stores anyway … and really, my favourite colour is purple. I know this may be really challenging but I think we could do it! I am willing to try anything new and if anyone is going to make me look DISCUSTING! Aha, it will be you and your glam squad Tyra! Hope you keep me in mind. Ps. I have many other goals that I would love to be made into, if the hockey thing is to hard but being a hockey player is like my dream come true! Moreover, I think that it would be really cool giving girls/guys a makeover where they can see themselves in 5-10+ years. Love Emily Doherty xxo.

Hey Tyra! I'm 25 yrs old and I have never been BIG on my looks. I try, when I feel like it. My boyfriend, who is a Pastor, is always telling me how important appearence is because you never know who's looking at you or who's looking up to you! At the church, last year I started singing with the youth choir (cause I love to sing) and since I have been singing with them, many of the young people have really opened up to me. They make me feel like a big sister (I'm the baby of 6 in my family, so it means a lot to me. LOL) To me, it's nothing major, but it's like the quote says, "To the world, you may be 1 person, but to 1 person, you mean the world." For me, a Fantasy Make-over would be nice because I can show my little "Sisters In Christ" that everyday people can be Fabolous too, you can go anywhere you dream, and in the mist of the stress & depression of looking for a job, I am still Fabolous. Thanks for reading, even if I'm not picked to get the make-over. Keep being fabolou-so and Be Blessed! MUAH!!!

Hey Tyra, I would love the opportunity to receive a makeover by your glam-squad. I am a 32 year old mother of three who will be going through an ugly divorce really soon. For years I have lost myself and my sense of style. I currently work as a cosmetic clinician and strive to give other people back their beauty and self confidence. I guess I sort of feel like if I continue to help others find the beauty within themselves that somewhere along the way I will find mine. Well Tyra, I have not found it yet and I need to be rescued. Please help me feel and look beautiful again.

hey tyra!! im 15 years old in a couple of weeks and i work on a farm which i love and i plan on being an engineer when i grow up!:)i just wanted to say i absolutly LOVE your show, i watch top model all the time and it would be a dream come true to be a model for a day on your show!! i love fashion but i never have the chance to get all dressed up when going out haha ive just finished watching the girls have a beautiful make over on your show!it looked like they had a really fun time! i would love to experience the feeling those girls had by being a model for a day on your show and proving to other girls that they are beautiful no matter how they dress and they should all love themselves for who they are!!! well thank you you for your time

Heyyy tyra. I have been watching your show for a while now and I am absolutely in love with it. I love everything you stand for and I think you are an AMAZING rolemodel for girl around the world. I watched your show today about MODEL FOR A DAY and was really excited when i heard that you were offering more chances to be model for a day. My name is Katie and the reason I am commenting is not for myself but for my friend Amy. Amy is my best friend of all time and durring the last year she had gone through a horrible disease that ruined her grad year and prom. Anorexia had taken over her life for almost a full year. She dropped down to a tiny 84 pounds and standing at 5'7 and a half... she was only bones. After an intervention she finally came clean and addmited she had anoreixa and is finally recovering. She had been struggling with her recovery for so long and addmited that she has never realy felt pretty (except for when she was bones) and I just wanted her to see how absolutely gorgeous she is. Amy is an amazing person and I know that anything she is given she will appreciate forever and ever. I know she absolutely loves fashion and would kill to be a model and even if it was for one day i know it would make her feel beauitful and give her the confidence she lacks so much. Amy is my best friend and I really hope that you can help me make her feel as beauitul as she is. Thank you for giving girls around the world confidence and showing them that being 100 pounds and six feet tall isn't the only option.

Dear Tyra, Hey girl heyyyy!! I think the makeover idea is awesome, i myself have been volunteering since i was 6 yrs old at the seniors center. I need to know what kind of lip stick ws used on the girls for the make overs please i like the lipstick on the girl in the gold coat.

I just recently became addicted to your show. And I've noticed the make-over shows. I also noticed that I've never seen anyone do a make-over show for Teens with disabilities. I have a 14 year daughter who loves to get "dolled" up. She also has Cerebral Palsy...a mild form. But I was wondering about other teens who have a disibility and would love to have a makeover. I know so many mom's focuse on the health of thier child. But I think it would be great if you could show these teens that they are more than just that. A day were they can be beautiful and have convidence. You seem to have alot of compasion and inner beauty. Just like alot of these teens with disabilies. Just a thought for your show.

Dear Tyra, I watched your show today and i loved the makeovers your Glam Squad did and they were amazing! I am 18 years old and a struggling single mother working full time to support my daughter and save money to go to school and become a Child Protective Services worker. People have always told me that I could be a model but I never had the chance, after I saw your show it made me get up and go to my computer and write this e-mail for a chance to have a one day model makeover. I watch Americas Next Top Model whenever I get the chance, I love the show. And i would love a chance at a one day makeover.

Hi Tyra, I have a friend who would be great for the Model for a day. She has lost 100lbs and there is so much that she has been through. She worked as a construction foreman/Dozer operator/heavy equipment operator. She got hurt on the job about 2 yrs ago and was on workmans Comp. She has three beautiful children and although she loves her children very much she is not one to sit at home without working. Due to her injury she is not able to work anymore. She is very beautiful and feels like she is unattractive and since not working she feels worthless. She is such a wonderful person, she will do for someone else before she does for herself. I feel if you were to give her a makeover then she would see the beautiful person that she is,not only on the inside but on the outside. Maybe if you were to give her a makeover she could see what everyone else see's
