Who's your celeb crush?
Sometimes the chatter can be super serious, but every now and then the "Tyra Show" community likes to ponder the fun side of life. Recently, community member Montego asked: "If you had a chance to go on one date with any celebrity, who would you go out with? And explain why...".
We liked this idea over here at Team Tyra so we decided to give you our answers. Here goes!
Christina: John Krasinski
I'm a happily taken woman -- except for every Thursday at 9:00 pm. This, my dear "Tyra Show" friends, is when I like to spend some time at the Office with my salesman boyfriend. John Krasinski plays the precious Jim Halpert and I sit girlishly laughing at his oh-so-dreamy ways, whilst simultaneously ignoring the grumbles of my real-life boyfriend. I love his dry comic delivery and that smile -- swoon. But alas, I am happily taken so only one date with the Boston-bred babe would be where our love affair would begin and end.
Tristan: Rachel Maddow
I know me and Rachel Maddow don't play for the same team, but I can't get enough of her. Ever since that cold primary night when I first noticed her on the airwaves, I was instantly hooked. She has a way with words that calmed my nerves as I watched the election returns and compulsively refreshed realclearpolitics.com. No one is better at the one-line zingers and no matter what type of day I've had, her chuckle always puts a smile on my face. I'm in awe of her brilliance, dry wit and those nerdy glasses.
Shanna: Heath Ledger
Heath Ledger has always been a favorite of mine -- gave me the "butterflies" and everything. Even though he's passed away -- he's still my pick. I love how humble he was -- his charm, down to earth demeanor and enormous contagious smile. He had a likability about him and sensitivity. There was a mystery about him I've always been drawn to. He wasn't too bad to look at either!
