We spoke to Dennis after the show to find out how Alana is doing. Dennis says Alana gave birth to a little baby girl and both mom and baby are doing well. Alana has even started to work out to lose the extra baby weight.

Ohhh wow !!! I am so happy to see I wasn't the only one that felt Tyra was being Verrrry Judgemental!! It blew me away..I understand it is her show and she has a right to voice her opinion on how she feels but dang it!! She talked about said the brothel owner and her have a business relationship not familial..she couldnt sleep on his couch..umm where was her OWN REAl family.. could she sleep on theirs.. I am in no way sayin it is the right thing to do (prostitution)but wtf and then try and make this girl say in front of the customer ( the creepy man) she really doesn't like him woooowww he might meet this girl in the parking lot!! ugghhhh this show this show and yea next episode she tries to console back alley plastic surgery if u can even call it surgery patients GTHO of here!!

Shame on Tyra Banks. I just watched my first two episodes of Tyra as I lay sick on the couch, and will definitely never make that mistake again. First I watched her judge and demean an obviously desperate woman who made the choice to work as a prostitute while pregnant. Was it a choice I can understand? Absolutely not. But it's her life, her child, her body and at least she's working in a legal brothel with some level of protection instead of walking the street. Bottom line, I am in no position to judge what she's chosen to do, and neither is Tyra Banks. Then I watched Tyra hold hands and sympathize with women who went through torturous illegal plastic surgeries, that left them changed for the worse for the rest of their lives. Yes it's really horrible that they went through painful experiences - but they chose to get cheap plastic surgery that for many of them they knew wasn't approved yet! Anyone who flew somewhere to take an illegal procedure in a place where they weren't allowed to bring anyone along to bear witness should have had a major red flag raised. I'm sorry you were traumatized, but you should have seen it coming. Glad Tyra Banks is here to point out who I should and shouldn't feel for or try to understand. Desperate pregnant woman trying to make money for her unborn child? No. Unwise women who made poor decisions for the sake of vanity? Absolutely.

I am disgusted with Tyra’s behavior. Tyra made absolutely no attempt to be compassionate. Her choice to even try to compare her mother’s sacrifices to those of Alana’s was ridiculous. Instead of calling attention to the drastic lack of options she villainized a woman who is really doing the best she can. Tyra had an opportunity to address the issues affecting our society’s lack of support for women; instead she spoke from a place a privilege and drew upon audience support to draw distinctions between herself and “women like Alana” . I would be proud to be associated with someone willing to make the kinds of sacrifices Alana has.

hello tyra sorry but i think she has the right to do what is the best for her child my mom just to work at one of those places but now i am a good person i have 3 girls im still at school i never been and party or any bad think so i dont think the just because she is working thre means her baby is going to do the same think went you dont have help from you own family you take bad choices and people dont have any right to say o you doing that your child is going to do the same that realy bad and sad

I think every mother has the choice to work things out the way they feel is right. I got pregnant at 17 got kicked out not because of my mom but because of my STEP FATHER. & I didn't do what she is doing. BUT, I also think that she is trying to be the best mother she can be and rather then sitting on her butt and waiting on that monthly check she decided to prostitute. It is her decision!! NO ONE SHOULD JUDGE HER. We all have been thro up's n down's and we have dealt with them in our own way. This is her way. It's her job to raise her daughter to do better & it's her job to make her daughter feel comfortable so she wont have to run out and do such a thing. Unfortunately her family wasn't there. I am 5 months pregnant. I have gone to school and because I am pregnant no one will hire me. Thanx to my significant other I have everything I need. But all girls are not that Lucky. Alana. I am sure you will end up doing whatever is best for you and your baby girl. Don't let anyone talk you down. :)

i know you dont that u have to sleep with people for money to pay bills because you are having trouble paying them. i am 20 years old a mother of three worderful kids i am married we dont have trouble paying bills so times if he misses even one day of work we have trouble. see i am a stay at home mom 90% of the time why i say 90% because if my husband loses his job i will go out and put my app to all kinds of places as well as my husband that way if i can get a job before him i can bring some money in i can really only work for min. wage because i dont have a high school dep. or G.E.D. So yes i think a job at a fast food places is a lot better then sleep around for money. even if u can only pay bills and get thing you only need. you dont need everthing to cost alot of money you can find thing just as good but for less. you dont need your family to make it.i dont have any family to help or support me eathier yes i have my husband but he can give me the support that you say you need. so i hope you do the right thing for your baby.

Tyra, Tyra, Tyra.... I understand that you strongly believe being a prostitute should have never been an option for this pregnant twenty-year-old girl. However, you should not judge so harshly until you have walked a day in her shoes. Few people have had the opportunities available to them that you have had. You repeatedly told this girl how she could be doing something different, yet your only solution was for her to get a job at McDonald's; or, give her baby up for adoption. Just so you know, those options would not solve her issues. I think it is sad that you are unable to sympathize with Alana's desperate situation. If your not a part of the solution, then your a part of the problem. You did her no favors by blasting her on television in that way. Dennis was very right in what he was saying. I applaud Alana for the difficult decision that she had to make in order to keep her baby. Tyra, I know that you probably thought it may NOT have been a good look for you to sympathize with Alana; however, you came as small minded, judgemental and slightly ignorant. You should have never told Alana that she was ignorant and an embarrassment. I'm not saying Alana is right, but you are WRONG....Next time, ask yourself, what would Oprah do? CANDY COOK

Alana, I want you to know that you can do or be anything that you want to be with or without support from family members. This is America, honey. I found out I was five months pregnant with my little girl. Her father was into drugs real bad. I left him, I went and got a job working for a daycare making $5.15 an hour and can you believe I got a house that I paid rent for, paid all of my bills, and I even bought everything I needed for my daughter and myself without any help. You can find a job without selling yourself short.

Altough Tyra is very entertaining I feel she's exremely judgemental,I feel she does care for others, but she's very, very quick to judge she thinks she knows it all,but really she doesn't she has alot more growing up to do even at the age of 30.It's funny cause she even looks at her guests weird like up and down and everything like who does she think she is? Yea she was a model, yea she has her own talk show and as much as I love Tyra she needs to stop doing that.I don't think she realizes she's doing it,but she is and it is rude!

Alana excersized the resources she had to to WHAT SHE COULD with WHAT SHE HAD. No family support, no support from an obviously lame guy. Yes, she got herself in that position, but she had no support from anyone. I know from personal experience that a family not supporting a loved one can truly be the start of a hard fall for them. I am PROUD of Alana, and I'm glad she didn't go get a minimum wage job and get on welfare just to live in a shack in the ghetto where her baby would be in much more danger than she is at the Bunny Ranch. I've seen documentaries about the Bunny Ranch and they take care of those girls, and not just anyone can go in there. They do checks on those people. I feel bad for her. She needs love, help, and support. Not judgemental retards trying to pretend like they've been in her position. Only Alana can make the best decision for her and her baby, and she should have family, friends, and the father around to help her.

Words cannot express how concerned I am about that child. I want to have sympathy for Alana, but I cannot bring myself to do so. It is hard enough to have sympathy for woman who do not have children that do that, but someone that does that she was actually carrying while she was doing this! she is putting that child in danger, and for that, I don't think I could ever forgive her.

Hey Tyra why don t you work at Mcdonald .you should not judge people I think you are very mean. its easy for you because you have money .

I am pissed about how Tyra degraded Alana. No I dont agree that she should sell her body for money but as a mother of 2 young daughters I do feel that you will do what ever you have to do in order to take care of your kids. Tyra did not tell her anything postive about herself nor did she even try to give her an out. Alana had no family to support her, a dead beat baby daddy, no money, no where to live and she is carrying a baby that she does not want to abort or give up That leaves doing what you gotta do. I have been pregnant before and looking for a job and it is not easy at all because they are not looking at your resume they are looking at your belly and thinking why waste my time hiring her when she is gonna need maternity leave soon Luckily for me I found a job but every woman is not as lucky and as fortunate as others and I applaud her for doing what she had to do if I could tell her anything it would be after having your baby and getting on your feet go ahead and make yourself find a real job even if that means giving up some of the things that fit your lifestyle. I had an expensive lifestyle and once I had my daughters I had to give up a few things but I am still making it and so can you Alana life is what you make it and it doesnt matter what you did in the past to get where you are but it matters what you do once your baby takes that 1st breath because now your a role model. Take it from

i watched the show and was sad . I dont think that you should judge her like that. She was doing what she had to do and im glad that she did it while pregnant and not when her child was old enough to know what she was doing , it might not be the best thing for her to do but she is being independant and saving for her child. You exagerated all of the issues ,trama to the baby in the womb, disease, ext,,,.

yea, like collect welfare like octomom is?I give thi woman a lot of credit, her first thought was to get legal work, not leach off the government. tyra why don´t you help her!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU USED THIS WOMEN FOR RATING!!!!!! help her!!!!! where the hell is the useless father??????? what is all against Alana & not to that scum bag.
