I think that it's sad that these young ladies feel that fighting is cool. Not realizing that their are consequences behind their actions. I have an 11 year old daughter & I am terrified that this can happen to her.

I think that now a days girls are getting more and more violant or are violent because they need someone to care for them and show them love and emotion. Also, some girls fight just to get attention from their peers and to make them feel happy and special.

there's a saying that angels dream of being human but i don't see how that's true. If it's about popularity that only goes to show that people hide in masks because they want to be like everyone else. Why can't they be themselves and let others be themselves. If it has to do with parents and attention well there are other people that can love you. If it's about movie celebrities or rock stars or rap stars, then we do have bad role models. I mean there is one rap song that i like and it's called Jesus Walks created by Kanye West. And a long the song he talks about how rappers rap about the same thing guns,sex,gangs,lies and that they don't think. He also talks about how if he talks about god his record won't get played, that's why he is the only rapper that I respect. All that other music that's about guns,gangs,fights,sex kids are gonna think it's fine to act and be a part of that. Now if it has to do something with school i only have one thing to say. For those that want popularity, IT'S BETTER TO BE AN ORIGINAL THAN TO BE SOMEONES COPY.

I think teen girls are becoming more violent because they see their friends do it and they think if the could do it than I can to. Also I think they try to impress boys when they are doing it.

I can relate i mean these days girls want respect and it shows there not weak and most girls who are violent have a soft spot you need to look at the world there is violence everywhere so i think thats what makes them violent they have no other way to turn

I think these girl go to violenece, because they're not mentally mature enough to talk it out. I think you should only fight if someone puts their hands on you. I'm 13, and I only had 1 fight so far, but that was when I was 9. When I look back on it, I don't regret it, because she never should've put her hands on me.

honestly i dont think is right........ but i can see why some kids do that...... being 13..... i think i can pretty much relate..especially when i have friends that suffer from this.... im mean i hear thay do this to keep the respect..... to shw they arent week.... alot of reasons..... so i can understand mst of these gurls cause i see it alot around skool and especially the town tat we are living in!!

well this topic is simple and reasonable, let me put it this way. Hey he's or she's doing it well so can I. I'm talking about the people these kids look up to, whether it's rap stars rock stars movie celebrities. You know I'm talking about what they see and hear. If this rap star is acting all bad and talking bad all this trash, well kids would think it's fine to act the same.
