A few quick ways to feel sexy and healthy in no time.

A day at the spa would make you feel a million times better. Even if you would like a day of beauty and pampering, who has the time?

Here's a few tips to feel instantly happier, healthier -- and sexier!

1. Pop an apple in your mouth if you've got a case of funky breath -- it'll help scrape away stank bacteria.

2. Get a flowery disposition by putting a bouquet in your bedroom -- it'll help you become more outgoing.

3. Cheers to your health! A glass of wine -- especially pinot noir -- contains anti-oxidants that are good for you. So sip in moderation for better health.

4. Kick your heels up -- literally. If you lay on your back with your legs up for a few minutes, it'll send blood to your head and get you a little extra energy.

5. Cure your bruises with a little bit of ice. Rub a cube on the area and that'll help clear up the discoloration.

Hi Tyra, I love your show! but the one on multiracial people really hit a nerve, mainly because of Roderick, what a pathetic loser!! I always try to see both sides of the issue, and read between the lines, what is not being said, but is obiously a problem; In the case of Roderick, I can understand why he hates Mexicans, the way he talks and the way he looks, I'm sure the Mexicans really give him hell when they find out that he is half Mexican, but it has more to do with the way he comes accross, he is a reject no matter what the racial mix!! There are many black people that almost any race or nationality would be more than glad to claim as theirs, you for example, Denzel Washington, Michael Jordan, President Obama, but this loser, even if he ever becomes successful, a lot of Mexicans would still reject him, HE IS NOT MANLY ENOUGH!! not that it makes any difference either way, we have many "not manly enough" full blooded Mexicans anyway, but those, these people will reject only for that reason, and can't say anything about their race. I'm almost sure this e-mail will be too large for you to post, but it's okay if you don't, I just needed to get this off my chest, because my own and only daughter gave birth to a half Black baby, and I feel sorry for him because most likely he is going to go thru hell because of it, I'm sure, and he may end up just as bitter and conffussed as Roderick, I will try to do my part to make things easier for him, by allowing him to identify himself with whomever he chooses to identify with. Again, I love your

Actually, it has been my understanding that, in the United States, any black in your family tree makes you legally black. If this is true(and the dean of Hampton University---a black college in Hampton Roads--seems to believe this is so) then President Obama is, indeed, the country's first black President.

Here in Saudi Arabia you carry your father's name and race. so, if your father is black you are black then ! so, we would consider Obama pretty much black and beside he doesn't look white at all. Anyways, no matter what color his skin is, I surely believe he'd be onr of the greatest presidens in America's history.

JUST WANT TO SAY THAT IM PROUD OF U U ARE MY INSPIRATION JUST TO KEEP DOIN WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET TO THE TOP LOVE U . MAYBE ONE DAY I'LL BE ABLE TO TO SAY IT IN YOUR FACE I WANT TO BE JUST LIKE U BY THE AGE O 30...

i agree with u barbara, but to society a person whose any part black is considered black, not mixed,bi-racial or multi-racial. I'm a multi-racial woman-meaning both of my parents are multi-racial. we were always raised that we are "black". who is not mixed these days. we can all reach up our family tree to see some other race that helped make us,so who is truly black? we are black people because thats what became approiate to say instead of the "N" word. when it all falls down we are american people not black people.(my skin is far from black) lastly, his white family has very much been in the media. we all remember the pixs of him as a kid with his mom and grandparents, and clearly we could see they are white. he is not the first black president-he's the 1st american-african president, but he is to us the 1st black man to be president.

President Obama is the first African/Caucasian President. Why isn't his White heritage ever mentioned? I am sure if his parents were alive such as his Mother she would make sure the title was correct. So infact he really isn't the First true Black President. Lets get it right.
