Hi Brian! I want know how you tell a guy you're sleeping with that you don't want to anymore. The reason is because we are just friends and even though he has told me he likes me, he doesn't ask me out. I just don't want to be that girl he sleeps with you know?

Before I go any further I have to say this: stop sleeping with him!! If the dude can get in your pants, but can't buy you a burger, there's a problem and the problem starts with you. You say you two are just friends, but it sure sounds to me like you're a teensy bit more than that. You need to do what my friends back home call DTR: Determine The Relationship; because as it stands right now, yes, you are "that girl" that he only sleeps with. What you don't realize is that you hold all the power. If you're giving it up consistently and then take it away, he'll be willing to talk about anything you want. Do you like him? It's possible that he likes you too, but it's also possible he's just saying that so he can sleep with you (typical man). I say, take a break, discuss the situation with him, and decide where to go from there. Open communication is the best way to a healthy relationship, and a healthy peace of mind.

I'm 19-years-old and very skinny. No matter what I wear it doesn't seem to look nice and my friends say it looks good, but I know they're lying. What should I do? I want to look appealing like my friends and stop shopping in the kiddies department! Help!

First of all, never be ashamed about shopping in the kids department! I can understand the stigma against it, but let's look at the pros and cons here. Pro: Cheaper. Fits better. Greater selection. Con: Um...none! Consider yourself lucky. As far as your friends are concerned, it's very possible they're telling you the truth and it's all in your head. However, it's also possible they're lying through their teeth. The important thing is to find a look that works for you, and one that you can be comfortable and confident with. Experiment and see what looks best on you. I suggest trying a low cut V-neck with skinny jeans and always, always, always a push up bra. The minute you find a look that makes you happy, you'll feel a million times better.

Hey Brian! So I'm having some friendship problems with my best friends of 4 years. It seems that every time she gets a boyfriend, she gives up time to hang out with her friends to hang out with her new bf. It started with a controlling boyfriend, but her new boyfriend isn't the controlling type. I usually respect relationships, I know they need their work, but it seems like I never see her any more. I feel like we are growing apart and I'm afraid of losing her as a friend. What can I do?

Unfortunately, this might be a situation you just need to deal with. There are certain people out there that, when they start dating someone, they disappear off the face of the earth. I don't like it, I don't condone it, but it is what it is. One of the worst feelings in the world is feeling like you're losing your best friend, so I know what you're going through. Have you spoken to your friend about needing to see her more? If you haven't, obviously do so. It's possible she's too wrapped up in her new guy to notice the distance between you two. If you have spoken to her about it, I say leave it be for now. If you keep bringing up the issue and pressuring her to hang out, you could be doing more harm than good. Just be patient and support her, and hopefully she'll come around soon.
