Good news, Twihards: There is already talk of the "New Moon" sequel!

twilight_sequel_new_moon.jpgWith the crazy success of the movie based on the crazy successful book, everyone is asking, "What is next?" For those of us who read the entire series in a span of days, we know that "Twilight" is just the beginning. Next in the book series is "New Moon." The good news? The "New Moon" movie has been giving the green light. So will we be seeing the same Bella and Edward?

Unfortunately, for right now, neither the dreamy Robert Pattinson nor the perfect Bella, Kristen Stewart, have signed on. The rest of the cast and director Catherine Hardwicke haven't either. But don't fear, Twihards, there is a good reason why the cast and crew might be taking their time.

The hard work the they put into the first movie has earned them ... more hard work. The cast and crew are still on their press tour, dishing about all of the vampy goodness that this phenomenon brings. They haven't even set sail for their Europe press tour yet! So keep your eyes peeled and your fangs sharp -- our guess is that we'll be seeing a lot more of our favorite Twi-team in the future.

You tell us: Are you excited about the "New Moon" sequel?

NEXT: Alicia Keys

first off i have to say that i absolutely love your show especially the one with taylor lautner!!! lol. I am a COMPLETE Taylor Lautner fan. Team jacob! i love new moon and cannot wait to see it! i think that summit did a great job and a better one than anyone coulda done. i hope that the new directer chris weitz will do a as good a job or better than twilight. i am the hugest fan and love the series. i am working on my 10th time in counting for reading twilight and i have read the rest twice. i am soooo glad that you are open to twilight and dont shun it because of the topic of vampires. thankyou for listening if you read these lol and for your help on the expansion of the twilight world!

hey tyra:] if you are reading this, i just want to tell you "that you are a amazing women"(and i also think that you could be the next oprah) which i love her to:] but anyway's just had to say i am in love with twilight everything, and that if i could i would probly kiss edward(robert) or jacob(taylor) i am in love with them so much:] (for real) if i i had to pick one... it would probly be taylor because he is closer to my age and he is just so pretty(like you evan said he has really pretty teeth)... lol i don't think you would care but i just had to tell you:] i love you and oh one more thing i live in oregon and that where they shot twilight:] love hayley:] (love you)and you are such a role model)

Hey Tyra. =) If you're reading this, I just want to say you're such an inspiration. From model to producer to talk show host, you can do it all, and still maintain humble and grounded. You serve as a true role model. You don't need scandal to appear in the spotlight. And, then about the Twilight debacle. I honestly don't think Edward Cullen was cast right. Robert Pattinson isn't nearly as seductive and divine as they mentioned him in the book. Henry Cavill or Justin Gaston would have been even more charming. I also don't think Kristin Stewart fit the role of Bella. Her acting is a little dry, and I think there could have been a better option, otherwise, I wish the best of luck to the whole crew. =] xoxo, Nata.

First off...Tyra I love you, your talk show, and AMNT. Like Katrina, I may be in 8th grade but I've read the whole series at least 7 times, and I know I specifically read Twilight and Eclipse 9 times, because I think those two are the best. In my opinion, the movie would have been better if you hadn't read the book because it left alot out, however on the flip side, if you hadn't read the book and you watched the movie, there was alot you wouldnt understand. It's pretty complicated. Personally, I had totally different pictures in my mind of what the characters looked like, and was first upset when I saw the cast. I am gradually getting used to it..I can't wait for New Moon, and hope they don't change the cast, as I am just adapting to this one. I ♥ you Tyra.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! I have watched it about 10 times already, and will probably watch it 100 more!

I AM SO IN LOVE WITH CAM GIGANDET. IM TURNING 16 ON MAY/19/2009 AND I TOLD MY MOTHER THAT I WOULD RATHER HAVE HIM COME TO MY PARTY THAN GET A NEW CAR AND THAT'S THE TRUTH!!!!

Well I will tell u I have read the books about 16 times. I like the 1st movie pretty good but it is still not as good as the books!I think that the women that plays Bella is just to pretty becouse in the book they kinda describe her as ugly in a way and allways wears sweatpants too. I do not know about you but to me it is soooooo true! I love you Tyra! By the way, I may be in the 8th Grade but I know alot about your show and the Books!=]

Wow. I can't wait to see the movie. I am trying to get through the books first. I am really happy with the way the roles were cast, makes me want to speed read. The story is awesome. What I want more than anything would be a role in one of the movies. To able to work with such talent. My acting career is kinda on hold. I work to much and dont get to play. Although being in a movie is considered work, I would call it play. It's my passion and I would love to fulfill that dream. Any ideas on how to get my feet off the ground and out of this call center would be appreciated. :)
