I can't help but wonder if no one's commented due to not wanting to hurt feelings... No offense intended, but all together, that outfit is, IMHO, hideous! Perhaps if there wasn't so much, it'd be nicer looking. I'm all for a design in tights, but you have to kind of "match" it to the outfit; going by what I can see, those don't go with that dress. Perhaps the outfit would look a lot nicer if there was less to it--those boots + those stockings + a coat + a scarf + the big dangly earrings+ the big bracelet = clash! There really is beauty in simplicity.
