I am an 18 year old guy and still a virgin. I know I'm late at posting this, but people talk about how hard it is to not have sex, but I have been with the girl I plan to marry for two years, she knows my intentions, and even with that, we are still virgins. So here I am with my soon to be wife and I am not finding it hard for the both of us to go with out. I am actually going to look into getting a purity ring because it's something that's important to me. Sex has never been a big issue to me. It was always the last thing on my list until I met my wife-to-be. I want sex and I believe she wants it, but I made up my mind that not only was I going to wait, I was going to be completely abstinent after she told me that she wanted to wait till marriage. We have a goal we are waiting for before I propose. Because of what we’re waiting for, it is going to be three more years until we get married. Some guys use the excuse that they want it sooo bad to get sex from their girl, but that is the worst excuse ever. Yes, I think guys do want it more, just like I think I do, but if her virginity something she is wanting to protect, then you should want to protect it too.
I'm 16 years old and i do not believe teens are ready for sex. sex sometimes comes with physical consequences such as pregnancy and stds. Many times parents end up having to help take care of their grandchild with a 15 year old mother or paying for all the doctor visits after thier daughter gets an std. before you have sex you should be able to take care of the consequences on your own and you should be an adult. new emotions also come with sex. lots of teenage boys don't respect their girlfriends and when they leave the morning after it often makes them feel used and worthless. Peronally i think i'm making the smart choice when it comes to sex. I plan to wait until marriage.

I personally think it depends on the girl. had friends that did not have sex until they where in there 20's and still didn't feel ready, and I also have friends who had sex when they where 15 or 16 and said (don't know if they really where) that they where ready and that they felt happy about there decision. Every one goes threw different things in there life, and grow differently. So you cant just say, OH she is 21 she is ready, but she is only 16 so she shouldn't. NO I don't think 14 and 15 y/o girls should be dating ANYONE over 18, I am in favor of girls waiting until they are COMPLETELY ready. But you can't say that just because someone is under 18 they are not ready.
I'm 19, and I had sex for the first time with my ex-boyfriend when I was 16, and I don't anything wrong with that. And I think it is so weird how differently sex is viewed in Sweden and in the US. Here it is normal to have sex at 15-16, and I don't see a problem with that, sex is natural and it's nice, it's not wrong just because you're young, it's a personal thing, when you're ready you're ready, and then it's up to you who you have sex with, when and where, it's all up to you. I have friends that haven't had sex yet, and I don't think that is weird, and I don't wish that I waited either, I'm happy with my choice, because it was my choice, and nobody should look down on me for having sex early. Many of the most fun conversations I have had with my friends is when we talked about sex, we laugh and talk and have a great time. I even blog about it, how I feel now that I am single and how I want a guy and how I want to have sex, and if someone is stuck up they don't have to read or care. It's sex, it's diffrent from person to person, for some it's not a big thing, and for some it is, but it shouldn't be such a big deal about how old you are, like I said, when you're ready, you're ready.

I think if You & only you think your ready then it's okay . Just make sure you protect yourself/loved one & get educated about possible consequences but you cant put an age limit on it!

hey...im 16 i lost my virginity when i was 15 i dont think its a bad thing to wait but i mean if you are feeling the person go for it...just know how to use protection at all times..n if you want to go oral just wait until you are married because oral sex is just straight out nasty and digital sex also
