Hey Tyra,
I think you should do a show about
how drug usage is growing more and
more everyday and how it's almost
accepted these days. Or how when you
watch the news and almost nothing suprises
you anymore, Are we just getting used
to the fact that there are killings,
thefts,horrible storms,accidents??
Cause i know when i watch the news, it's
basically expected almost, why cant we have
news thats good for once? Will no one watch it?
thank you for your time
hi tyra,
i think that you should do a show about something that is affecting alot of women out there but noone seems to know enough about it and often the women that suffer from it are ridiculed because of the side effects. this condition is called PCOS polycystic ovarian syndrome and it is uncurable. PCOS causes weight gain, absent period, oily skin, excess body hair, balding and infertility. women that suffer from this condition would appreciate it if they saw a show that offered some advice on dealing with all of the things they have to deal with. i think that you should also get some celebrities that suffer from pcos that are willing to admit it such as victoria beckham and tell their inspirational stories.
Hi Tyra, I love your show! I relized that theres so much issues going on with thicker women looking to be thinner, I think you should do a show about skinny girls looking to be thicker. Including advice for girls, such as me, that arent confortable being so thin because now being thick is in, men arent looking for skinny girls no more...and the body type that i have,it's really hard for me to gain weight.I feel horrible when men prefer the bigger booty, fuller thighs, etc. Tyra please pitch out advice to young girls like me that arent confortable with the skinny figure.
Hello Tyra, I've been watching your show for a while and I love the show. But one show hit me, and it really maybe think that what I have on my mind I shouldnt hind it any more. Well see I watched the one about Gay Teens. But im not gay, I dont have things against gay people its just that, when I was like 13 years old I got beaten and raped by 3 men. And now Im terrified of men touching me, I can't even get close to a man. Like my mom's husband, Im terrified to even stay in the same house by myself wit him. I wish I could get over being this way. I can have friends that are boys but I cant get too close to them. But for me getting raped, it makes me question my sexuality, it makes me scared to even look at a man. I really need some advise, and some help! Please HELP me.
I think you should do a show on the disapperance of Rilya Wilson. Other talk shows are always broadcasting when white children are missing but never African American children. I think you should also do a show on parental kidnapping. My younger cousin was recently kidnapped by his biological mother and taken to Mexico. I think your viewers should know African American children are missing and important too.
Hi Tyra,
With all the great shows you do on the issue race, I think it would be an great idea to do a show on the Racism in Hawaii. I think it would be a shocking and eye-opening look at what it really is like here in "paradise." I would give a URL but it's easier to goodle "racism in hawaii" "hawaii racists" "hate crimes in hawaii" or "race based Akaka bill" for seemingly endless pages on the topic.
I think this should be exposed- many try to say the racism doesn't exist or just sweep it under the rug.
The show seems to focus on white and black racial tensions so I think this would be a different take on the issue of racism.
Hi Tyra,
I'm a single mother of two wnderful boys. I have legal custody of them. My ex has not paid child support since last year. My ex has hurt my boys emotionally, and physically. Their dad can go out state for car shows, have brand new shoes, have money for the party and my boys don't get a penny. He can go for a haircut and he won't take the boys. I live pay check to pay check to support my boys, sometimes I have to make arragements for the bills because I just don't have enough to cover everything. My ex acts like he walks on water. Maybe you can have a show to put these low-life donors in their place.
Hi Tyra, I´m a swedish fan of yours, a great idea for your show would be to have miss Britney Spears on it, maybe to talk about her past years or her new album...but I don´t think it is possible but i´m still hopin..much love from sweden god bless you/Michael

Tyra,

Watching your show leaves me drained and uninspired. When you talk about dating you tend to focus on what the opposite sex doesn't want. You start off asking what they want but you spend more time on what they don't want. I want to know what they want. When you talk about the shocking things that go on in racial communities you dwell on the negative aspect of it. I want to know how to heal and comfort those that are in those situations. There was one piece that you took on that was great. It was the one with the black girl and the muslem. You took that story and you went full circle with it. You opened my eyes to my own prejudices so that I could deal with them.
My Request:
I want you to take your show to the next level.
Give a solution when you point out a problem. Stop focusing on the negative with out pointing out positives. When you don't provide a solution it feels like you are exploiting the life experiences of other people. I would like you to do more shows that leave your audience with the knowledge to do something about what they've seen and heard.
Become a voice that not only informs but also influences, positively, the communities in which we live.
Thanks for listening,
Andrea

Hi Tyra.
My name is Stephane Mounger. I am married to a US Soldier. I got married at 18. I received a lot of crap about it being so young. I know I am not the only young woman that married so young because the significant other was in the military. We go through deployment, raising children before we can even legally drink, being left alone, being hundreds of miles away from family but yet most of us are probably the strongest women in the world. Its very emotional. And I think other women seeing that there are a lot of women that go through the same thing will help.
Thank you for this oppurtunity. Ive been wanting to get my story out for a while.
