Hi!! I really feel like a lot of strong proud African American set a good role in the community for us pre teens and teens. we look up to what you do and what you say . and how your body looks because some of us are tired of seeing and hearing that a size 2 is sexy but when we see such women as all of the African american size and shapes that makes up what to become better and set a example just like you!!! Tyra, you and the other ladies on the Top Black Models show are AMAZING!!! I was really inspired by all of you. Congratulations on the Italia Vogue Black Issue! I started modeling at the age of 14 and remember my agent telling me I couldn't have a career in modeling because I was too short. I was crushed and consequently stopped modeling. Now at the age of 31, I have a daughter who wants to be in the business and if nothing else, I encourage her to follow her dreams. DON'T TAKE "NO" FOR AN ANSWER! Hey I'm half african american, an aspiring model and I would like to say you gals are my heros! My inspiration, I really look up to women like you. I know to hold my head up high in the future when I start with the modeling thing.
