heyyy listin up this is alfonso...the kid that was on the show i thANK every1 for there support it really help me....but for all my hatters out there keep hating i love it and for that lil comment somebody wrote bout me dont worry we live in a small town every1 talks ill find out who u P.S cant wait to find out who it was...

Alfonso ... or as he has people call him back home in mahopac NY, "DJ Fonz" Everyone here wants to know how fonz lost over 100 pounds in 6 months... well since i went to school with this kid i can tell you that he took a lot of steroids and didnt eat much at all..so lets save us all some time and have a follow up on steroid abuse!!!! luv ya girlfriend

This is to joey chanel... i am alfonso's girlfriend and let me tell u that i am more then happy to have him with me and hes with me for a reason. so i dunno who u r to say that he needs someone to help him out bc i tell him hes sexy everyday, he knows hes sexy and everyone else knows that too... so u should just worry about urself!

Alfonso is soooo gorgeous and has a great body and smile and I think he looks amazing and is so brave! His accent is so hot and I believe his girlfriend needs to bring him up because he deserves it ! She's lucky to have him and he's soo sexy I do not see anything I'm not into! Not to get graphic but he deserves someone to help him in every weak image perception bc its cheating himself! Ms. TyTy, Can you PLEASE do a follow up story on Alfonso? I am highly intrigued as to how he lost 105 lbs. in 6 months WITHOUT gastric bypass. As someone who could stand to lose a few pounds, I would love to know what he did. Thanks gurl!

Tyra, I loved the opposite day show. All the guys on your males with body image segment were very hot. I love latin guys and they should all feel wonderful about themselves. Alfonso is awesome! I love your show, keep inspiring and keep being inspired!

hey Tyra, So i'm 18 years old, and i'm living on my own in my own apartment. I love it, but i'm finding it to be getting really lonely. i got a kitten recently, but i'm a very talkative person and i'm finding it really difficult sometimes like when it gets late at night and i'm sitting in my apartment alone. i was wondering if you had any tips, for what i can do when i come home from going out with friends and i'm feeling lonely. A kitten is great but what else can i do? (besides getting a roomate, because i've tried). Thanks

i saw your show and i just had to say that its true man do have body issues as well as women do. i know guys who have lost weight and look good but still think they look fat. Personally i like guys who are thick i dont like thin guys theres just something about a guy with meat, they are better to hug, so alfonso looked sexy! to me
