I saw your show and actually live in Dallas as well as used to be in the business (not porn but gentlemans club business in the 90's and a bit of early 2000's) The industry has brutal affects on young girls lives as well as the managers lives. I actually was brought back together w/ my first manager who was really pretty nice to me and he had been a La Bare dancer prior to management. Both of our lives have been very difficult but he has told me stories of every friend in the business he worked w/ as well as some of the managers ~ we always hear of the stories that the women go through but his stories consisted of the following... One of his best friend ~ wife(stripper) left her husband because he became so ill that he could no longer walk, feed himself and basically unable to talk ~ my friend watched him die Also, he told me about another ex dancer/manager who became so wealthy w/ material items ~ money grubbing "girls" that he could no longer handle his life and commited suicide ~ he actually had several of these stories I believe you should do a story that detail horror stories of what happens after the life of stripping Everyone in the business always believes it won't happen to them but when you sale your soul to the devil it will happen to you The money is dirty so therefore 9 times out of 10 you won't have it for long The idea of not drinking is extremely slim esp after you get a bit older because you are always chasing your own dragon of keeping that young look and not boring your clientale because believe me they bore easily that is why

I have two friends in the sex industry. I know from. Thier experience it's not a glamourus life thanx Tyra for informing young women.
