Can you please help with dark circles under eyes. Is there anything out their to get rid of them. Thank you.

Hi Tyra, Can you please help my daughter, she is African American, just truned 18 and very light skinned, people sometimes mistake her for being bi-racial, but she is not. She is getting Acne pretty bad, which is bad on light skinned. We have tried Pro-Active, Clean and Clear, and Retin-A, which she hated the most, because that seem to bring a bad outbreak to her skin, and then it does not clear up the outbreak! She is now trying a Neutrogena foaming cleanser, but anything you may suggest to help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Keesha
