Sure you're partners in the bedroom, but can you handle being partners in the boardroom?
More and more women are hiring their husbands. Proving that yes, guys, she really is the boss of you!
According to the New York Times, women own more businesses than ever before, a 42 percent jump in ownership from ten years ago. And lots of those boss ladies are hiring their hubbies.
But making your spouse your secretary can lead to squabbles if you're not careful. Keep in mind -- he's working hard for the money (and your love), so you better treat him right.
Here are four ways to avoid workplace worries:
- Be sure your guy is confident enough to give up some control.
- Make sure he loves what he's doing as much as he loves you.
- Give your man props when he's on the right track -- in the workplace and in your relationship.
- Pick the right man for the job. (This applies to your marketplace and your marriage!)
