Hi tyra!
I want to thank you for airing this show. I didn't see it but exposing stalking crimes is really a good idea. I have been stalked for 2 and 1/2 years now and not a soul believes me. This posting gave me hope that people are working to get it stopped. A couple of years ago I moved in with this wierdo through the newspaper and he has managed to get me fired by telling lies about me. He even tries to ruin my reputation by spreading lies via slander. He knows some wierdos just like him that help him do this to me. He is sick and I cannot prove anything. I just know it's happening. He thinks he is "talented" and is into drugs. It's funny how people tell lies about people and they are the screwed up ones. It sounds like stalkers have no self-esteem. Why else would you do that to someone?? Thank you for exposing stalkers for what they are!!!! I also want to say that whoever posts bad stuff about you- Just ignore it! These people wish they were beautiful and famous just like you and have major self-esteem issues as well. (I bet it's the same issues that my stalker has except I'm not famous like you lol) I think you are so beautiful and talented! keep up the good work and thanks for exposing this!!!!

Very informative show...I was thinking, is it possible that these "stalker" people set up audio & video at, in, or around these people's houses, or are just loitering, & they don't have access visually thru the phone at all?? When this family was in the mountains,it seems possible that these people saw them leave & saw what they were wearing, and knew they were going to the mountains, & that they could'nt see them thru the phone at all? I find it interesting that they live close by. Would'nt it make more sense that they lived far away, as to not get caught? For such "brilliant" criminals, they seem pretty stupid. You'd think a guy or girl that was smart enough to hack into your cellphone, was smart enough to do it from Siberia, not down the block. It's only a matter of time before they get caught...

Something does'nt jive...They are getting off on scaring these people, but maybe they really don't have that much power afterall.

why can't we ever see the whole chris brown episode of the tyra show and when are the new episodes of the tyra show going to begine

Hi Tyra, love you and what you do. I just wanted to say that I just don't believe the guests on the show about the stalking. How does someone see you through a phone if it is in your purse? Kinda strange that all the people know each other. If they were so concerned, the first thing would have been to get cameras outside. And how do they see all that, the lens is not very wide. I just question that segment more than I believe it.

this subject really hits home with me,i became a victim of cell phone abuse.I thought chatting was a cafe way for me to meet friends,or even more.what started out as chatting quickly became something else.my life was thretend,some how the person or persons hurassing me found out where i lived,next thing i know im being told that i was sold as a slave,this was the scarriest time in my life,and knowone even believed me,not even the poliece.i dont own a cell phone anymore,and dont plan on it any time soon.

i just saw ur show for the cyber cell phone stalking...and i know that that episode was a repeat, so i was wondering...did the family ever catch the criminal? are they able to live there lives the way they wanted to now? did all of the scary phone calls stop for them?

Hey Tyra,
I watched your show yesterday about the cellphone hackers. I am probably one of those ingnorant people who never have thought about this. There is one concern I was thinking about during the segment. The family mentioned putting up security camaras around the house. I don't know how new cellphone hacking is, but it would worry me that if a person could hack into that, then what is stopping them from hacking into the camara system next? If they are working with the cellphone camara to describe things then the security camara would just be more access. I hope and pray things get cleaned up with the family. Whoever is doing this is severly sick, obviously in the head and needs help.

I recently watched your show regarding cyber crimes and cyber stalking using one's cell phone.

I think I may have a lead on this. Have you ever heard of a group of people known as Anonymous?
Basically what they do is they harass people using the methods that you provided in your show as well as other ways. House phone is common as well. They find your personal information (social security number, home phone number, address, etc.) and they post it on the internet. They make death threats and the sad part is, they find it all to be a big joke. Fox 11 did a story on them a few years ago, and if you type in Anonymous on You Tube, you'd be surprised how much they go out of their way to scare people. It's a concern that is growing all the time, so I though I could be of help.

Hey Tyra, I just watched your show, and it piqued my interest. Whoever did this to Courtney and her family is disgusting. I went on Google and entered in ''Cell Phone Hackers'' and the first result I got is a website called ''cellphonehacks.com'', a site that actually offers potential hackers tips to stay under the radar. Maybe whoever is stalking this family got their tricks from this site or a site like it. I hope I helped.

Courtney and her family are victims of GANG STALKING. THE FBI is not going to get involved because these stalking groups are connected with organized crime and drug and human trafficking, often providing countersurveillence to higher priority criminals. Please GOOGLE gang stalking, electronic harassment and noise campaigns and Read David Lawson's Cause Stalking to get an idea of what these groups are about. Also Youtube gang stalking and check out gangstalkingworld.com If you properly investigate this could be a HUGE story hidden in plain sight. You will get resistance if you even mention gang stalking on air, but you can help a lot more victims than you can imagine.

Hi Tyra, I saw your show and Courtney and her family need to not only shut their phones off, but also take the batteries out. It is someone close to her if they knew all the kids name she was babysitting and if I was dating a beautiful woman like Courtney I would stand outside of her house with a gun all day and night and do whatever it took to protect her. Does she have a boyfriend? What is her father doing? Her family should look into Bodyguards and get rid of their cell phones for a while. Thanks Tyra

I saw your show today and wanted to share an experience that occurred to me about 4 years ago. I was about 15 or 16, my parents had bought me a camera phone. Like all teen I took lots of pics, but never sent text messages or made any prank calls. My cousins in the other hand made many prank calls, they would make up numbers and call. I never liked to be apart of those things, I would tell them it was wrong but they never listened to me. I had to write this so everyone could understand the situation.

Like I said before I was about 15 or 16 I received a phone call and it was a man’s voice kind of deep, at first I thought it was my cousins. I told him, “I know it’s is you guys stop playing around it isn’t funny at all,” but to my surprise he said “I don’t know who your talking about.” I replied “stop playing around and stop acting like you don’t know what I’m talking about.” He replied “you think I’m playing I can see you at ------- store and you are holding up a black skirt.” At that moment I knew it couldn’t be my cousins because 1) they weren’t there with me and 2) all my cousins live at least 45minutes – 2 hours away from me. At first I did get scared but then I thought it could have been my cousins or a friend doing a prank call. Then I didn’t receive any more calls from that man so I just ignored it.

Then one day my parents and I went to a mechanic and I received another call from that mysterious man, as the first call I told him to stop call me and I was going to hang up because I knew it was a prank call. He ten replied, “this is not a joke and don’t dare hang up on me,” then he continued “are you a virgin?” Quickly I said “I am going to hang up” and I did it. Then he called again but not right away it took awhile, he knew I wasn’t going to answer in the first hour. I didn’t answer the phone for an hour for anyone. I thought it was stupid and ended up answering the phone again. He called and I answered and it all began again he said he knew I was a virgin and wanted to do the pleasure of.., you probably know what? In that moment I stopped answering the phone and ended up canceling the cell phone. Since then I have never received any phone call like this one. I would like to tell everyone to be careful.

Hey Tyra, just wanted to say thanks for this very helpful show.... I am a 22 year old MALE and i am currently the victim of this crime... My phone has been done the same way. My friends received random text messages from my number saying mean and vulgar things. Secondly this person knows my every move and the thing is I dont have a camera phone. If I go some where secluded like without telling ANYONE where im going or what im doing, my friends back home in Mississippi knew what I was doing and everything. This has ruined my relationship all. If I text other friends, my other friends get the entire text conversation thru email! I even received random text from an "unknown number". This has been happening to me since March. Its very scary and I would love to end this. Please help me by giving me a number or something I can call someone to help me with this matter, Thank you sooo much!!

What about computers with cameras?? I just got a mac that comes with a camera but I keep it covered cuz it creeps me out!
