I think one thing people don't realize about Porn is how many criminals who have hainous crimes, particuraly sex crimes all share one thing in common...a love of pornography. Now don't get me wrong i am not saying that if you watch you will become a violent offender. however, as someone who spent 3 years volunteering in a max security prison I can tell you that pornography is the core reason for many of those men being there. now you May say "well they took it to the extreme" but that is not the case..it corrupted their minds and whatever you want to think or believe it is harmful to you and your relationships. It is not what we want our children growing up to believe about relationships but then again I am one of teh few people who was a virgin when she married....just watch an old interview with Jeffrey Da. (before he was killed in prison) He said that his addiction began with pornography..no we wont' all become serial killers by watching but you have to ask yourself this question "if watching this type of stuff can distort the views of 98% of sex offenders in prison then what can it do to our relationship. I believe that most relationships where a man and woman share in this together the man is either very controlling or abusive in one way or another or they have a very open relationship....now don't hate me that is just my opinion...lastly..what does God say about it...I don't think any of us need to ask that question we know the answer...if it wasn't so bad why then is it controversial????

I would like to add... PORN is not a learning tool. IT IS A MOVIE. You don't think that Rambo is real, so why people think that these men and women are really feeling what they are "paid" to do, as Violet and Ms. Royalle said, is beyond me. Porn is for 'entertainment' and sure, it does have some ideas you 'MAY' want to try. However, MOST women don't want to do those things, it is FANTASY not reality. And believing that these women want to be treated like that on a daily basis, is just wrong. If you take porn in the context it was meant, yep it may spice it up a bit, yep it may be entertaining. But it is NOT a way of life!! It is people PAID to look like this is great and fun. It is people PAID to do those things. And as you have heard from a few, it can and DOES ruin relationships when it gets out of hand. You can't hurt your partner and expect them to like it and want it. This world we live in is very violent and very bad in the way we treat each other as human beings. Although Sex and Love are two different things, you can't expect people to just serve you and be submissive and then work out in the long run. It takes TWO people to make anything work. DISCUSS it, and compromise!! But remember, it is a MOVIE not reality folks.

I have to chime in... since WHEN did NOT liking something mean we are deficient or less than human? When did it mean we are not comfortable with our sexuality or ourselves? What is wrong with YOU people that feel that you have the right to force people, demean them with words, because they don't do what YOU like? I don't like liver, maybe you do. And telling people that you should BEWARE.. as if to threaten them that if they don't do something they don't like you will cheat on them.. POPPYCOCK!! I would think most men would not like that, but should we threaten to leave you if you don't do it?? How about the MEN start swallowing semen, we may leave you if you don't!! Hey Tyra, I'm watching the show right now and I feel that whether or not you watch adult films is a personal preference. If you like it and someone disagrees with you, that's their opinion and they're entitled to have it but it shouldn't affect you. I'm 18 years old and I watch it sometimes. I think it's a good way to spice up a relationship or to learn new things. I don't think that there is anything wrong with it and like I said, it's a personal preference.

Ok, I already posted a comment but after reading some of the other comments I have to post another one. Porn is a billion dollar industry greared toward men. About 80% of the consumers of porn are males. They purchase it because it represnts they're fantasys. So if you are a woman and you are not doing the things that are in the porn movies then the disconnect in yor relationship is that you man is not having his sexual needs met. Remenber, cheaters are only the men who get caught, so just because you haven't caught your man dosen't mean he isn't getting his needs met....better wake up ladies!!!!!!!!

Hey Tyra, I find it amazing that after all this time women still don't get it! As it relates to men, love and romance have absolutly nothing to do with sex, honstly, most men have their best sexual experiencs with women that they have no feelings for simply becuase they are then allowed to be completely uninhibited without the worry of the woman somehow feeling disrespected. Ladies, if you are bringing your pride into the bedroom, 9 times out of 10....you are not good in bed. This is the reason men cheat. The very things that women feel are appauling, degrading,and disrepectfull are exactly the things that they should be doing to their men in order to keep them satisfied. It is definately a womens choice as to whether or not they are willing to do these things or not but if they choose not to, they should expect to get cheated on and shut up about it!!!

I would like to say that there are porn movies that some will find repulsive or overdone, but there are also movies that are just a pure turn-on, and some like comedy and some prefer mystery I think every woman has the same needs and desires for sexual pleasure as their counter-part, but if you don't have an open mind to sex and the gratification then you do have issues, sex with your partner is the most beautiful experience God gave us, and yes there is a difference in sex and love-making, but either can still be very rewarding, it just depends on your frame of mind, and women who hate porn are actually just afraid of their own sexuality. Do you own sex toys, but hate porn, then you are insecure about your sexuality, because porn is just another enhancement, as are sex toys and fantasizing. Relax, indulge and enjoy ladies, you don't know what you are missing! Really!!

Tyra, I can't believe you would actually air a show like this with all of the influence you have with young girls or women. Promoting adult films and porn is what this show was about. Please stop promoting the sin of the world. We have enough sex, porn, cussing, etc... on tv. We want clean shows with information or guests that will enable us to be better and live better. Please start with yourself first and stop all the cursing on the show. It seemed to start with that and now you are having shows about porn, homosexuality, sex, witches, etc... I will not continue to watch your show if you continue having these types of shows. There is enough garbage on tv so please set a good example especially for the young viewers.

I think watching porn is fine. I do not see the issue with it as long as you and your mate are both on equal terms about it. Porn is kind of like a fantasy world so as long as people recognize that and just use it to spice things up or for entertainment it's alright with me.
