Are You Asking the Right Questions?

It's not all romance and passion in marriage, so make sure you've discussed the business side of your merger before you walk down the aisle. For help, check out a few of the top questions from "The Hard Questions," by Susan Piver, or visit www.amazon.com for your own copy of her book.
- Home: Discuss what kind of home you want to live in, (an apartment, a house, a townhouse, etc.) and who will be responsible for what chores (grocery shopping, yard work, housework, paying the bills, etc.)?
- Money: Ask yourselves if your combined incomes can cover all your expenses. What are your current individual financial standings and what are your long-term financial goals? Then, of course, there's the question of how much you will each contribute to your communal expenses and how much you will keep for your own, personal costs. Remember, money is one of the top causes of divorce so this is important to discuss BEFORE you say 'I do.'
- Work: Are you each happy with your own jobs AND are you content with the demands of your partners work? Are there any circumstances under which it would be okay for one of you not to work, and what are those circumstances?
- Sex: If money is one of the top reasons for divorce, sex is right up there with it. Before getting married, discuss your sex life honestly. Are you both happy with the current state of affairs in the bedroom? If not, where would you like to make changes? This means, frequency, experimentation, gratification, etc.

Can you do a show that poses the question "how much of a friend can you be with your ex before your current girl/boyfriend feels threatened"?
I have a friend whose boyfriend is 'bestfriend' with his ex and they do a lot of inappropriate things (in my opinion). She is very passive so I don't think she feels the same about the situation as I do, outside looking in. Maybe strangers on television going through the same situations/circumstances, will shed some light on this subject. Thanks.

hey tyra,i realy admire your style and i thought that that u might be the right person to ask for advise about my love lyfe.well... u see, i think am too much in love wit someone that i know would break my heart.i once heard that love and attachmant are two complete differnt things. i try letting him go but i can't.everytime he leaves i pray he be home sooon and safe.i can't be without him for too long or i get stressed and whenever i am stressed i end up in the hospital.i would go out with friends but i d be thinking about him.we fight alot maybe everyday and we don't have sex more than once per week.we are living together but when were apart he feelsit himself. i never thought anything could hurt so much.everyting i do reminds me of him when he is not here.i had loved before but not this way.its like he is my strenght and my power.what are ur advise to me of how to be stronger.

hey Tyra my name is Rachel Jackson. I'm from Blacksburg Virginia. Recently one of my close friends was killed in a car accident. She was coming from a party and lost control of her car. I dont want to spill all the information out in the open, but I was wondering if somewhere in the near future if you could have a show on how alcohol can affect so many peoples lives. Also to cherish every minute you have with a friend or a family member cause you really dont know what moment may be your last. How life is so fragile also. This girl meant everything to so many people. I can honestly say she lived her life to the fullest, she gave everything into her smile and cherished laughter. For just a teenager she did so much with her life and loved every minute of it. If you were to see some of the pictures she had of herself, they were top model pictures just simply gorgeous. My boyfriend and I are planning on getting married!
the only problem is that I already know that he is going to ask me.
So I am waiting . Everytime we go out to dinner I dress extra nice. but nothing happens.
I cant wait no more.. I think my impatience is going to destroy everything.
Our youngest son is planning on getting married latter this year he is the youngest of 7 children and with the older children going through a few relationships I would like a copy of the book to give to our youngest before the marriage.
